Description
Claims (3)
- 上側固定子(12)および下側固定子(14)と、
前記上側固定子(12)と前記下側固定子(14)の間に配置され、第1のラッチ位置と第2のラッチ位置の間で制限された回転を行うようになされた回転子(26)と、
を備える双安定磁気ラッチであって、
前記上側固定子(12)および前記下側固定子(14)がそれぞれ、磁性材料の少なくとも2つの内側磁極(16)および少なくとも2つの外側磁極(18)を有する磁気式アセンブリを備え、少なくとも1つの固定子(12、14)が、内側磁極(16)および外側磁極(18)に結合されて電磁石を形成するコイル(20)を備え、
前記固定子(12、14)は、前記上側固定子(12)の前記外側磁極(18)が前記下側固定子(14)の前記内側磁極(16)と整列し、前記上側固定子(12)の前記内側磁極(16)が前記下側固定子(14)の前記外側磁極(18)と整列するように配置され、
前記回転子(26)が、それに取り付けられた少なくとも1つの第1の永久磁石(30)および少なくとも1つの第2の永久磁石(30)を備え、第1のラッチ位置で、第1の永久磁石(30)が前記上側固定子(12)の外側磁極(18)および下側固定子(14)の内側磁極(16)と位置合せされるように配置され、第2の永久磁石(30)が前記上側固定子(12)の内側磁極(16)および前記下側固定子(14)の外側磁極(18)と位置合せされるように配置され、
それによって前記第1の永久磁石と、前記上側および下側固定子(12、14)の前記外側磁極(18)と、前記第2の永久磁石(30)とを含む磁気回路を形成し、したがって前記回路の磁束が第1のラッチ位置にある前記回転子(26)をラッチする、双安定磁気ラッチ。 - 前記コイル(20)は、前記ラッチする磁束を打ち消すための磁束が前記磁気要素内で発生し、それによって前記回転子(26)をその第1のラッチ位置から解放するような極性を有する電流で通電される、請求項1に記載の双安定磁気ラッチ。
- 双安定磁気ラッチであって、
少なくとも1つの第1の磁極片(16)および第2の磁極片(18)と、前記第1の磁極片および前記第2の磁極片に連結されて第1の電磁石を形成する第1のコイル(20)とを備える第1の固定子(12)と、
少なくとも1つの第3の磁極片(16)および第4の磁極片(18)と、前記第3の磁極片および前記第4の磁極片に連結されて第2の電磁石を形成する第2のコイル(20)とを備える第2の固定子(14)と、
前記第1の固定子と前記第2の固定子の間の回転子(26)であって、前記回転子上に少なくとも1つの第1の永久磁石(30)および第2の永久磁石(30)を備え、かつ第1の永久磁石が、第1のラッチ位置で前記第1の磁極片および前記第3の磁極片に位置合せされて当接し、第2の永久磁石が、第1のラッチ位置で前記第2の磁極片および前記第4の磁極片と位置合せされるように間隔があけられ配置される、回転子(26)とを備え、それによって第1の磁極片から第1の永久磁石を通り、前記第3の磁極片および前記第2の永久磁石を通って前記第1の磁極片までのラッチング磁束を形成する、双安定ラッチ。
