前記硬質パンニングされた糖衣掛けペレット状菓子の表面に少なくとも一種類の食用インクをインクジェット印刷することによって、該硬質パンニングされた糖衣掛けペレット状菓子に着色被膜を塗布し、
前記着色被膜を乾燥させる、工程を含み、
前記着色被膜が前記菓子の表面全体を被覆することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記着色被膜を塗布する工程が、
前記硬質パンニングされた糖衣掛けペレット状菓子の第1の側に食用インクをインクジェット印刷し、
前記硬質パンニングされた糖衣掛けペレット状菓子を裏返し、
前記硬質パンニングされた糖衣掛けペレット状菓子の第2の側に食用インクをインクジェット印刷する、ことを含み、
前記硬質パンニングされた糖衣掛けペレット状菓子の第1の側に塗布された食用インクが、前記第2の側に塗布された食用インクと同じであっても異なっていてもよいことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記硬質パンニングされた糖衣掛けペレット状菓子の第1と第2の側が、一種類以上の食用インクにより被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記糖衣掛けペレット状菓子の表面が、未着色の糖衣掛け表面であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記着色被膜がベース着色被膜であり、該ベース着色被膜上に少なくとも一種類の他の食用インクをインクジェット印刷する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 着色済みの硬質パンニングされた糖衣掛けペレット状菓子を調製する方法であって、
(a) ペレット状菓子の芯をパンニングして、硬質パンニングされた糖衣掛けペレット状菓子を形成し、
(b) 前記硬質パンニングされた糖衣掛けペレット状菓子をインクジェット印刷ステーションに移送し、
(c) 前記糖衣掛けペレット状菓子の表面に少なくとも一種類の食用インクをインクジェット印刷することによって、該硬質パンニングされた糖衣掛けペレット状菓子に着色被膜を塗布し、
(d) 前記着色被膜を乾燥させる、工程を含み、
前記着色被膜が前記菓子の表面全体を被覆することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記移送工程が、前記硬質パンニングされた糖衣掛けペレット状菓子を保持する形状の搬送ポケット内で該硬質パンニングされた糖衣掛けペレット状菓子を搬送することを含むことを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記着色被膜を塗布する工程が、
前記硬質パンニングされた糖衣掛けペレット状菓子の第1の側に食用インクをインクジェット印刷し、
前記硬質パンニングされた糖衣掛けペレット状菓子を裏返し、
前記硬質パンニングされた糖衣掛けペレット状菓子の第2の側に食用インクをインクジェット印刷する、ことを含み、
前記硬質パンニングされた糖衣掛けペレット状菓子の第1の側に塗布された食用インクが、前記第2の側に塗布された食用インクと同じであっても異なっていてもよいことを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。 - 前記硬質パンニングされた糖衣掛けペレット状菓子の第1と第2の側が、一種類以上の食用インクにより被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記糖衣掛けペレット状菓子の表面が、未着色の糖衣掛け表面であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記着色被膜がベース着色被膜であり、該ベース着色被膜上に少なくとも一種類の他の食用インクをインクジェット印刷する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの硬質パンニングされた糖衣掛けペレット状菓子をインクジェットヘッドに機能的に関連して配置し、
前記硬質パンニングされた糖衣掛けペレット状菓子の表面に少なくとも一種類の食用インクをインクジェット印刷することによって、該硬質パンニングされた糖衣掛けペレット状菓子に着色被膜を塗布し、
前記着色被膜を乾燥させる、工程を含む方法によって製造され、前記着色被膜が菓子の表面全体を被覆することを特徴とする、着色済み硬質パンニングされた糖衣掛けペレット状菓子。 - 第1と第2の側を有し、前記第1の側が、前記第2の側の色と異なる色を有することを特徴とする請求項12記載の着色済み硬質パンニングされた糖衣掛けペレット状菓子。
- 前記糖衣掛けペレット状菓子の表面が未着色の糖衣掛け表面であることを特徴とする請求項12記載の着色済み硬質パンニングされた糖衣掛けペレット状菓子。
- 着色済み硬質パンニングされた糖衣掛けペレット状菓子であって、
菓子の芯、
前記菓子の芯を覆い、外面を有する硬質パンニングされた糖衣、および
前記糖衣の表面上にあるインクジェット用インクコーティングにより形成された着色被膜、を有し、該着色被膜が前記菓子の表面全体を被覆することを特徴とする、着色済み硬質パンニングされた糖衣掛けペレット状菓子。 - 前記硬質パンニングされた糖衣の表面が未着色の糖衣掛け表面であることを特徴とする請求項15記載の着色済み硬質パンニングされた糖衣掛けペレット状菓子。
