Claims (5)
- 環状の外周縁が防振ゴムの外縁を画定する環状平板拘束材と、この拘束材に対し交互に
加硫接着により積層されてなるゴム層と、前記拘束材及びゴム層を貫いて形成した中央空
域と、からなる防振ゴム基体と、この防振ゴム基体の上端に、前記中央空域に連なる空域
を有する、振動源側に固定される環状首部が形成された防振ゴムであって、前記拘束材の
内縁は前記ゴム層内に埋設されると共に拘束材の外縁はゴム層の外縁とほぼ一致し、かつ
、拘束材の外縁の上下のゴム層に窪みを形成したことを特徴とする積層防振ゴム。 - 拘束材の外径(ΦA)、拘束材に挟まれたゴム層の外径(ΦN)とすると、ΦA≧ΦN
である請求項1に記載の積層防振ゴム。 - 拘束材の内径(ΦE)、中央空域の内径(ΦB)、首部空域の内径(ΦK)、首部の外
径(ΦF)とすると、ΦE>ΦF≧ΦB>ΦKである請求項1又は2に記載の積層防振ゴ
ム。 - ΦA/ΦB=1.2〜1.6である請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載の積層防振ゴム。
- 請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1項に記載の積層防振ゴムの外形を画定する型を、当該積層防振ゴムの中央を縦方向に2分割したモ−ルドを用い、窪みを形成する周突条間に拘束材を挟み込んでモ−ルドを閉じ、当該拘束材の上下及び内縁側にキャビティを形成し、積層防振ゴムの環状首部に形成した注入口よりゴム材料を注入し、拘束材の内縁側のキャビティ内をゴム材料をもって充填しつつ拘束材の上下間のキャビティ内にもゴム材料を充填し、次いで、かかるゴム材料を加硫し、これをモ−ルド内より脱型させて得られたことを特徴とする積層防振ゴムの製法。
