Claims (3)
- 固定端と可動端との間に形成した平行な2本のアーム部と、前記2本のアーム部に2つずつ連結した4つの起歪部とからロバーバル機構を成すロードセルにおいて、
前記4つの起歪部は、肉厚を全て同厚として形成して成り、
前記2本のアーム部は、前記連結した2つの起歪部に各々歪ゲージを貼付した第1アーム部と、前記第1アーム部よりも肉厚を薄く形成した第2アーム部とから成り、
前記第2アーム部は、2本のアーム部の肉厚が同じロードセルを基に、前記2本のアーム部間の空隙の幅を変えることなく、前記空隙の中立軸をロードセルの中立軸より所定の距離だけずらすことにより形成することを特徴とするロードセル。 - 固定端と可動端との間に形成した平行な2本のアーム部と、前記2本のアーム部に2つずつ連結した4つの起歪部とからロバーバル機構を成すロードセルにおいて、
前記4つの起歪部は、肉厚を全て同厚として形成して成り、
前記2本のアーム部は、前記連結した2つの起歪部に各々歪ゲージを貼付した第1アーム部と、前記第1アーム部よりも起歪体全体に掛かる撓みの影響をより受け易くなるように肉厚を薄く形成して、前記歪ゲージを貼付した起歪部に作用する歪のバランスをとる第2アーム部とから成り、
前記第2アーム部は、2本のアーム部の肉厚が同じロードセルを基に、前記第2アーム部の肉厚だけを薄く加工して形成することを特徴とするロードセル。 - 前記第1アーム部の歪ゲージ貼付面を鉛直方向上向きとしてロードセルを固定し、前記第1アーム部上方から鉛直下向きを荷重負荷方向として構成することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のロードセル。
