Description
設けた構成にしている。加熱部は内部空洞の外殻にヒータ線を電気絶縁して配置して構成されている。また、非加熱部は加熱部が高温になり端子箱が焼損あるいは劣化するのを防止するために設けられる。非加熱部の外殻は熱伝導の悪い部材で構成される。このようなボルト加熱装置は、例えば下記の特許文献1に記載されている。
Claims (4)
- ボルト加熱部の上側に非加熱部を形成し、前記非加熱部の上側に端子箱が設けられている抵抗線加熱式ボルト加熱装置において、前記加熱部は、形状が直状で、かつ非可撓性であると共に、熱伝導性を有する剛性の高い硬性部材で構成されており、前記非加熱部は可撓性部材で構成されていることを特徴とする抵抗線加熱式ボルト加熱装置。
- ボルト加熱部および前記ボルト加熱部の上側に形成される非加熱部を内部空洞の外殻で形成し、前記非加熱部の上側に端子箱が設けられている抵抗線加熱式ボルト加熱装置において、前記加熱部は形状が直状で、かつ非可撓性であると共に、前記加熱部の外殻は熱伝導性を有する剛性の高い硬性部材で構成されており、前記非加熱部の外殻は折曲自在な可撓性部材で構成されていることを特徴とする抵抗線加熱式ボルト加熱装置。
- 前記の熱伝導性を有する剛性の高い硬性部材が金属であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の抵抗線加熱式ボルト加熱装置。
- 前記の金属がステンレスであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の抵抗線加熱式ボルト加熱装置。
