Claims (8)
- 伝動装置のための液圧式の制御装置であって、クラッチの冷却を制御し、かつポンプの最小圧力及び吸込み機能を保証するための弁装置を備えている形式のものにおいて、
弁装置が、クラッチの冷却も、またポンプ最小圧力及び吸込み機能も保証する唯一の弁を有しており、該弁が、第1の制御ピストンと第2の制御ピストンとを有しており、これらの制御ピストンが弁ケーシング内に摺動可能に収容されており、少なくとも7つの接続部を有しており、これらの接続部のうちのそれぞれ少なくとも1つが、クラッチ冷却部、クラッチ冷却部の戻し循環路、ポンプ又は前制御圧源に接続されており、前記第1の制御ピストンの第1の端面側に第1のクラッチ冷却接続部が接続されており、前記第1の制御ピストンの、第1の端面側とは反対側の第2の端面側にばねが作用するようになっており、該ばねは、第1の制御ピストンの第2の端面側と第2の制御ピストンの第1の端面側との間に緊締されており、前記第1の制御ピストンは、該第1の制御ピストンの第1の端面側に作用する押圧力が該第1の制御ピストンの第2の端面側に作用するばね力よりも大きくなると、第1の位置から第2の位置へ摺動し、それによってクラッチ冷却の戻し循環路とポンプ接続部との間の接続部が開放されるようになっていることを特徴とする、制御装置。 - 前記クラッチ冷却部が、弁ケーシングの第1の接続部、第2の接続部、第3の接続部及び第4の接続部に接続されている、請求項1記載の制御装置。
- 前記第1のクラッチ冷却接続部が、接続管路を介して、前記第2のクラッチ冷却接続部に接続されており、該第2のクラッチ冷却接続部がクラッチ冷却部の前記戻し循環路に接続されている、請求項1記載の制御装置。
- 前記第2の制御ピストンの第1の端面側とは反対側の、第2の制御ピストンの第2の端面側が、前記前制御圧源接続部を介して前制御圧によって負荷可能であって、それによって、第2の制御ピストンが摺動せしめられて、第3のクラッチ冷却接続部と第4のクラッチ冷却接続部との間の接続部が開放されるようになっている、請求項1記載の制御装置。
- 第3のクラッチ冷却接続部と第4のクラッチ冷却接続部との間の接続管路内にオリフィスが配置されている、請求項4記載の制御装置。
- 第1の制御ピストンの第2の端面側から、第1の制御ピストンの縦軸線方向にスピンドルが延びている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の制御装置。
- 第1の制御ピストンと第2の制御ピストンとの間に、第1の制御ピストンを第2の制御ピストンのための収容スペースから仕切るために、キャップ状の摺動可能な仕切部材が配置されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の制御装置。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の制御装置を有することを特徴とする伝動装置。
