Description
Claims (23)
- 熱源及び所定の形状の心棒と、加えた真空によって前記接着ユニットに固定された真空バッグとを有し、フィルム接着剤を多孔板に塗布する接着ユニットと、
送風機と、前記送風機に隣接して配置されたフィルタと、前記フィルタに隣接したドライヤと、前記送風機に連結された加熱装置と、前記加熱装置の一端部に連結されたノズルと、前記ノズルが中に固定された、所定の形状の輪郭ヘッドと、前記輪郭ヘッドに隣接したシュラウドとを有する細網化ユニットと、を備える、フィルム接着剤を多孔板に塗布する装置。 - 前記熱源が、複数の電球からの放射熱を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記接着ユニットはテーブル及びカバーを備え、前記カバーは前記テーブルに対して開閉可能である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記熱源は、前記カバーの内表面に固定された、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記テーブルが、前記真空を加えるのに使用される少なくとも1つのオリフィス又はチャネルを中に有する、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記真空バッグはゴム材料でできており、前記オリフィスに重なり、前記加えられた真空によって前記心棒上に前記板を保持する、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記真空バッグは、所定の圧力を前記心棒上で前記板に加える、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記シュラウドは、中にガラス・カバーを備え、熱を含み、温室状効果を作り出す、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記輪郭ヘッドはゴム材料でできている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記シュラウドは、前記輪郭ヘッドに対して移動可能である、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 多孔板を支持するステップと、
フィルム接着剤の硬化を開始することなく、前記多孔板に前記フィルム接着剤を接着させるステップと、
前記フィルム接着剤に真空を加えるステップと、
前記フィルム接着剤を軟化させるステップと、
細網化ユニットを通して所定の速度で前記多孔板を移動させるステップと、
前記細網化ユニットのノズルからの空気流によって穿孔から前記フィルム接着剤を取り除くステップとを含む、多孔板の上でフィルム接着剤を細網化する方法。 - 前記支持ステップが前記板の歪みを防ぐ、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記接着ステップはさらに、前記フィルム接着剤を加熱するステップを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- さらに、所定の温度で所定の時間加熱する放射熱源を使用するステップを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 真空を前記フィルム接着剤に加える前記ステップが、前記フィルム接着剤と前記板の間に緩やかな圧力を作り出し、それによって初期接着が可能になる、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔板の上に直接前記空気流を配置するステップをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記空気流を乾燥させるステップをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記空気流を濾過するステップをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記空気流を加熱するステップをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記軟化ステップは、シュラウドによって前記フィルム接着剤の近くで熱を含み、前記シュラウドによって温室効果を作り出すステップを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記除去ステップは、前記加熱したフィルム接着剤が前記穿孔から切り離され、細網化された模様を形成するように、空気流の速度を制御するステップを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記軟化ステップが、前記空気流の上で前記板が移動する前に起こる、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 輪郭付き表面で多孔板を支持するステップと、
真空機構によってフィルム接着剤及び多孔板に緩やかな圧力を加えるステップと、
硬化することなく前記フィルム接着剤の初期の接着まで、低い程度の熱で前記フィルム接着剤を加熱するステップと、
空気流を案内するノズルを中に有する輪郭ヘッドを含み、シュラウドを有する細網化ユニットを通して、初期フィルム接着で前記多孔板を移動させて、板を前記輪郭ヘッドに接触させるステップと、
前記シュラウド内に含まれる熱で前記フィルム接着剤を軟化させるステップと、
前記空気流を乾燥させるステップと、
前記空気流を濾過するステップと、
前記ノズルに入る前に前記空気流を加熱するステップと、
前記空気流の所定速度で前記板の前記穿孔から前記フィルム接着剤を取り除くステップとを含む、多孔板上のフィルム接着剤を細網化する方法。
