Description
図3はノックセンサを示している。このノックセンサでは、皿ばね4を緊締するためのねじとして、特殊ねじ8′が使用されている。この特殊ねじ8′により、皿ばね4の所定の緊締が、簡単な形式で、ねじ8′に組み込まれたストッパつば9により達成可能である。
Claims (6)
- 内燃機関のノックセンサであって、該ノックセンサが電子的に評価可能な振動センサを有しており、該振動センサが、緊締エレメントと該緊締エレメントの表面領域に堅固に被着された、10nm〜500μmまでの厚さを有する圧電抵抗性の非晶質の炭素層(5)とを有している形式のものにおいて、
前記ノックセンサが、前記緊締エレメントとして配置された少なくとも1つの皿ばね(4,4′)を有しており、
少なくとも1つの前記皿ばね(4,4′)の少なくとも1つの端面に、圧電抵抗性の非晶質の炭素層(5)が被着されており、
前記ノックセンサが、内燃機関に堅固に結合された若しくは結合可能な固定体(1)と該固定体(1)に係止されたねじ(2)とを有していて、該固定体(1)と該ねじ(2)との間に前記皿ばね(4,4′)が配置されている、
ことを特徴とする、内燃機関のノックセンサ。 - 前記炭素層の厚さが、10nm〜20μmである、請求項1記載のノックセンサ。
- ノックセンサが、振動質量体(3,3′)を有しており、提供された少なくとも1つの圧電抵抗性の非晶質の前記炭素層(5)が被着された前記皿ばね(4,4′)が、前記振動質量体(3,3′)と、前記固定体(1)及び/又は前記ねじ(2)との間に設けられている、請求項1又は2記載の、ノックセンサ。
- 少なくとも2つの前記皿ばね(4,4′)が、中間配置された振動質量体(3′)と同列に、又は中間配置された振動質量体(3′)なしに、設けられている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のノックセンサ。
- 前記振動質量体(3,3′)が、少なくとも1つの皿ばね(4,4′)に組み込まれている、請求項3又は4記載のノックセンサ。
- 前記ノックセンサに、遠隔測定式の信号読取りのための手段が設けられている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のノックセンサ。
