Claims (3)
- 太陽電池モジュールのラミネート処理装置において、
熱源となる加熱体と、前記加熱体からの熱を前記太陽電池モジュールが内部に配置された加熱炉内へ送られて該太陽電池モジュールの周囲を加熱するように熱風を送り出す送風機と、該太陽電池モジュールの周囲を加熱した後の熱風を集める排気部とを該加熱炉内の上部領域及び下部領域に分けて配置し、
前記上部領域の排気部に集められた熱風を前記下部領域の送風源へ流す下部循環流路であって、前記上部領域の排気部の一部から筒状に伸び、前記加熱炉の下部位置を通り下部領域の送風源に接続されたものと、
前記下部領域の排気部に集められた熱風を前記上部領域の送風源へ流す上部循環流路であって、前記下部領域の排気部の一部から筒状に伸び、前記加熱炉の上部位置を通り上部領域の送風源に接続されたものとを備えたことを特徴とする太陽電池モジュールのラミネート処理装置。 - 請求項1記載の太陽電池モジュールのラミネート処理装置において、前記太陽電池モジュールの外形は少なくとも長さが0.5mで幅が2mであることを特徴とする太陽電池モジュールのラミネート処理装置。
- 太陽電池モジュールのラミネート処理方法において、
前記太陽電池モジュールが内部に配置された加熱炉内の上部領域へ該上部領域の送風源から、熱源となる加熱体からの熱を送風機で熱風として送り、該上部領域の太陽電池モジュールの周囲を加熱するようにした後の熱風を該上部領域の排気部に集めて、該上部領域の排気部の一部から筒状に伸び、該加熱炉の下部位置を通り該加熱炉内の下部領域の送風源に接続された下部循環流路を通して該下部領域の送風源へ流すと共に、
前記下部領域へ該下部領域の送風源から、熱源となる加熱体からの熱を送風機で熱風として送り、該下部領域の太陽電池モジュールの周囲を加熱するようにした後の熱風を該下部領域の排気部に集めて、該下部領域の排気部の一部から筒状に伸び、該加熱炉の上部位置を通り前記上部領域の送風源に接続された上部循環流路を通して該上部領域の送風源へ流すことを特徴とする太陽電池モジュールのラミネート処理方法。
