Claims (4)
- 蒸気タービンの駆動およびプロセス用熱源に用いて発生した余剰蒸気を加熱する熱交換器と、この加熱した余剰蒸気を供給して動力または電気エネルギーに変換する蒸気タービンとを備えた余剰蒸気の有効利用装置であって、前記熱交換器の加熱媒体として、圧力が16kgf/cm 2 G以上の高圧蒸気ラインおよび圧力が8〜16kgf/cm 2 Gの範囲の中圧蒸気ラインの両方、または、圧力が8〜16kgf/cm 2 Gの範囲の中圧蒸気ラインのみから抽気した蒸気を用い、前記余剰蒸気を過熱蒸気に変えて前記蒸気タービンに供給するようにしたことを特徴とする余剰蒸気の有効利用装置。
- 前記熱交換器がシェルアンドチューブタイプの熱交換器であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の余剰蒸気の有効利用装置。
- 前記熱交換器の加熱媒体の出側に、自動排出バルブを設けたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の余剰蒸気の有効利用装置。
- 前記熱交換器の余剰蒸気の入側に湿分分離機能を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の余剰蒸気の有効利用装置。
