Claims (4)
- 圧力源(20)に接続されており、作動行程(LH)及び戻り行程(RH)を繰り返す作動操作を行う油圧ピストン型シリンダユニット(10)への圧力供給の制御方法において、
時間間隔(I)をおいて油圧の変化を測定し、一つの作動行程(LH)における測定油圧の所定期間内での上昇が、ゼロ又はゼロに近い値として予め設定された限界値より小さい場合に前記作動操作を終了させることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記圧力源(20)の圧力−時間特性曲線(25)を決定するために、前記圧力源(20)の供給圧力を予め定めた終圧(PE )に到達するまで連続的に上昇させる較正操作を実行することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 作動行程(LH)及び戻り行程(RH)の作動操作を行うようにピストン型シリンダユニット(10)を制御する圧力源(20)及び切替弁(19)に接続された前記油圧ピストン型シリンダユニット(10)と、前記切替弁(19)を操作する制御手段(21)とを備えた油圧駆動手段において、
前記圧力源(20)の圧力を測定する圧力センサ(22)を備え、前記制御手段(21)は、時間間隔をおいて圧力の変化を測定し、一つの作動行程(LH)における測定油圧の所定期間内での上昇が、ゼロ又はゼロに近い値として予め設定された限界値より小さい場合に前記作動操作を停止させることを特徴とする油圧駆動手段。 - 前記制御手段(21)及び前記切替弁(19)は前記圧力源(20)に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の油圧駆動手段。
