Description
本発明の金属アルコキシドには、例えばチタンアルコキシドやバリウムアルコキシドなどを使用することができる。本発明の金属アルコキシド酸化物は、例えばチタンアルコキシドのチタン酸化物やバリウムアルコキシドのバリウム酸化物などである。
しかも、例えば、本発明の第1又は第2の形態にかかる非合金金属粉末を出発物質又は中間物質として得られる金属アルコキシド酸化物層を合金化に先立って形成することにより、前記金属の表面を被覆した前記金属アルコキシド酸化物の介在により金属どうしが直接結合する割合を減少させることになり、合金化の際における金属塊の形成を抑制することができる。したがって、この金属塊発生抑制作用により、金属塊を含有が極めて少ない導電性ペーストを実現できるため、単分散による金属混合ペーストの場合に生じる金属の分散遊離もなく、電極や配線パターンなどの超微細化や薄膜化に寄与することができる。
Claims (4)
- Pd、Au、Pt、Ti、Cu及びZnから選択される1種以上の金属とAgが混合状態で存在する非合金金属核の表面を金属アルコキシド層で被覆した非合金金属粉末であり、酸化処理によって前記金属アルコキシド層を酸化して金属アルコキシド酸化物層を前記非合金金属核の表面に形成し、前記非合金金属核の金属を溶融させて合金金属核を形成し、前記合金金属核の表面を金属アルコキシド酸化物層で被覆した合金金属粉末を製造する出発物質又は中間物質であり、前記金属アルコキシド酸化物層が前記酸化処理において前記金属アルコキシド層を空気中又は酸素雰囲気中で加熱して焼成させた金属酸化物であることを特徴とする非合金金属粉末。
- Pd、Au、Pt、Ti、Cu及びZnから選択される1種以上の金属とAgが混合状態で存在する非合金金属核の表面を金属アルコキシドの酸化処理により形成された金属アルコキシド酸化物層で被覆した非合金金属粉末であり、前記非合金金属核の金属を溶融させて合金金属核を形成し、前記合金金属核の表面を前記金属アルコキシド酸化物層で被覆した合金金属粉末を製造する出発物質又は中間物質であり、前記金属アルコキシド酸化物層が前記酸化処理において前記金属アルコキシドを空気中又は酸素雰囲気中で加熱して焼成させた金属酸化物であることを特徴とする非合金金属粉末。
- Pd、Au、Pt、Ti、Cu及びZnから選択される1種以上の金属とAgが混合状態で存在する非合金金属核の表面に金属アルコキシド酸化物層を形成し、前記非合金金属核の金属を溶融させ合金化することにより前記金属アルコキシド酸化物層で被覆された合金金属核からなる合金金属粉末を製造する製造方法であり、前記非合金金属核を金属アルコキシドにより表面処理した後、酸化処理によって前記金属アルコキシドを空気中又は酸素雰囲気中で加熱して焼成し、金属酸化物からなる前記金属アルコキシド酸化物層を前記非合金金属核の表面に形成することを特徴とする合金金属粉末の製造方法。
- 前記金属アルコキシド酸化物層を表面に形成した前記非合金金属核を非酸化性雰囲気で加熱して前記非合金金属核の金属を溶融させ合金化することにより合金金属粉末を製造する請求項3に記載の合金金属粉末の製造方法。
