Description
Claims (5)
- 不織布ウェブを形成する方法であって、
a.繊維を第一の流体流の中において溶融フィルムフィブリル化プロセスで形成する工程であって、前記フィルムフィブリル化プロセスは毎秒60m未満の第一の流体流を用いて中空ポリマーチューブを形成し、次いで前記中空ポリマーチューブから流体流により多数の繊維を形成する工程と、
b.前記第一の流体流にコーティング物質を提供する工程と、
c.前記コーティング物質を前記繊維の表面上に適用させる工程と、
d.前記コーティングされた繊維を表面上に堆積させてウェブを形成する工程とを含む方法。 - 前記繊維が1ミクロン未満の直径を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記不織布ウェブが1ミクロン未満の直径の相当数のナノファイバーを有する層を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記層が2つ以上の多数の繊維直径分布を含み、少なくとも1つの多数が、約1ミクロン未満の繊維直径を有する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング物質は、ローション、パウダー、界面活性剤、柔軟化剤、ナノ粒子、クリーム、ジェル、導電性流体、親水化剤、疎水化剤、吸湿剤、皮膚軟化剤、可塑剤、吸収性ゲル化材料、抗菌剤、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
