Description
駆動エンジンのトルクを、締結すべき新たな変速段に割当てられる新たな摩擦クラッチを用いて引き継ぐステップと、締結解除すべき先行変速段の締結解除前に、及びトルク引き継ぎ前若しくは引き継ぎ中に、変速機アクチュエータを用いて、予め定められたプリテンショニングフォースを先行変速段のシフトクラッチに印加するステップと、エンジントルクとクラッチトルクの釣合のもとで、先行変速段を印加されたテンショニングフォースを用いて係合解除するステップによって解決される。

Claims (8)
- 2つの摩擦クラッチ並びに複数のシフトクラッチ有した変速段と該変速段の操作のための少なくとも1つの変速機アクチュエータを含んでいる、駆動エンジンに結合可能なパワーシフト変速機のギヤシフト過程の制御のための方法において、
駆動エンジンのトルクを、締結すべき新たな変速段に割当てられる新たな摩擦クラッチを用いて引き継ぐステップと、
締結解除すべき先行変速段の締結解除前に、及びトルク引き継ぎ前若しくは引き継ぎ中に、変速機アクチュエータを用いて、予め定められたプリテンショニングフォースを先行変速段のシフトクラッチに印加するステップと、
エンジントルクと新たな摩擦クラッチのクラッチトルクの釣合のもとで、先行変速段を印加されたテンショニングフォースを用いて係合解除するステップとを有し、
新たな摩擦クラッチにおけるスリップ量が、エンジントルクとクラッチトルクに対して組み合わされる介入制御を用いて低減され、さらに、
スリップ量低減の開始時点で、目標エンジントルクが飛越し機能に従って変更され、その後でギヤシフト過程に従って線形にドライバ所望のトルクに適応化されるようにし、
さらに前記目標エンジントルクが以下の関係式、
前記"M Motor "はエンジントルク、前記"M Kupplung "はクラッチトルクであることを特徴とする方法。 - 先行変速段の締結解除後に新たな摩擦クラッチにおけるスリップ量が低減される、請求項1記載の方法。
- エンジントルクとクラッチトルクの近似がなされた後で、新たな摩擦クラッチのスリップ状態から摩擦係合状態へのなめらかな移行が行われるように当該新たな摩擦クラッチの駆動制御が行われる、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 車輪に作用する駆動トルクがギヤシフト過程の前後で等しくなるように、エンジントルクが変更される、請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 新たな摩擦クラッチがエンジントルクを引き継いでいる間に当該エンジントルクが変更される、請求項4記載の方法。
- 駆動エンジンとそれに結合可能なパワーシフト変速機を有する車両の発進過程を実施するための請求項1から5いずれか1項記載の方法において、
発進過程を、高い変速比の第1の変速段によって実施し、
第1の変速段に割当てられた先行の摩擦クラッチのスリップ状態が終了する前に、若しくは変速機入力軸の回転数が第1の変速段によってエンジン回転数に達する前に、エンジントルクを新たな摩擦クラッチによって引き継ぐようにしたことを特徴とする方法。 - 2つの摩擦クラッチ並びに複数のシフトクラッチ有した変速段と該変速段の操作のための少なくとも1つの変速機アクチュエータを含んでいるパワーシフト変速機において、
変速機アクチュエータが、締結すべき変速段に割当てられる新たな摩擦クラッチによるトルク引き継ぎの前若しくは引き継ぎ中に、予め定められたプリテンショニングフォースを締結解除すべき先行変速段のシフトクラッチに印加し、
エンジントルクとクラッチトルクの釣合のもとで、先行変速段が印加されたプリテンショニングフォースによって係合解除されることを特徴とするパワーシフト変速機。 - 請求項7記載のパワーシフト変速機において、
発進のために高い変速比の第1の変速段と摩擦クラッチを有し、該摩擦クラッチは、第1の変速段に割当てられた摩擦クラッチのスリップ状態が終了する前に、若しくは変速機入力軸の回転数が第1の変速段によってエンジン回転数に達する前に、第1の変速段に割当てられた摩擦クラッチからエンジントルクを引き継ぐことを特徴とするパワーシフト変速機。
