Claims (6)
- 光学的に提供されるパワーにより電気信号処理を行うフレキシブル回路アセンブリであって、
複数のモジュールを備えるモジュラアセンブリであって、前記モジュールの個々のモジュールは、前記回路アセンブリに光学パワーおよび信号を導通させる光ファイバを担持し、前記光ファイバの個々のファイバは、前記モジュールの個々のモジュールに接続する、モジュラアセンブリと、
個々のコンバータが前記光ファイバの個々のファイバに接続される、光学パワーを電気的パワーに変換する複数のコンバータと、
処理される信号を受信する入力端子のセットであって、前記信号はRF信号であり、前記入力端子は前記モジュールの1つにあり、前記1つのモジュールは第1および第2の前記パワーコンバータとミクサとを備える、入力端子のセットと、を備え、
前記第1のコンバータは、前記ミクサの動作のためバイアス電圧を供給するフォトセルであり、前記第2のコンバータは、前記ミクサに基準発振信号を供給する光検出器であり、前記ミクサは、前記入力端子のセットのRF信号をIF信号に変換するように動作する、フレキシブル回路アセンブリ。 - 前記IF信号を前記ミクサから抽出する前記ミクサの出力端子に接続するフィルタであって、第2の前記複数のモジュールに配置されるフィルタをさらに備える、請求項1記載のフレキシブル回路アセンブリ。
- 前記受信回路は、前記フィルタを介して前記ミクサに結合され、前記光ファイバの1つに光学信号として前記入力端子のセットの信号を出力する光学変調器をさらに備える、請求項2記載のフレキシブル回路アセンブリ。
- 前記モジュールの第3のモジュールをさらに備え、前記変調器は前記第3のモジュールに配置される、請求項3記載のフレキシブル回路アセンブリ。
- 前記モジュラアセンブリを包囲するフレキシブル外装をさらに備え、前記モジュールのそれぞれは剛性回路基板を備え、前記モジュラアセンブリは、前記回路基板の個々の基板間をインタフェースする前記モジュラアセンブリの接合を可能にする前記外装の可撓性によって曲げられ、前記回路アセンブリ内の電気配線および光ファイバは、前記接合を可能にするようにフレキシブルである、請求項4記載のフレキシブル回路アセンブリ。
- 前記ミクサは、前記光ファイバの1つを介して前記ミクサに印加される光学較正信号に応答する較正回路を含み、前記アセンブリは、前記較正信号を光学形態から電気形態に変換する追加の光検出器をさらに備え、前記モジュラアセンブリは、前記変調器の作動のため前記光ファイバの別のファイバにより供給される光学パワーを電気的パワーに変換する追加のフォトセルをさらに備える、請求項4記載のフレキシブル回路アセンブリ。
