Claims (26)
- 体の管腔内で使用することができる柔軟な血管内ステントであって、
共通の長手方向軸に沿って一直線に並べられ、相互に接続されてステントを形成する複数の円筒リングを備え、これらの各円筒リングは、第1の供給時直径と第2の埋め込み時直径とを有し、
前記各円筒リングが複数の第1の山部および第2の山部を有し、これらの各山部が所定の高さを有し、前記第2の山部が前記第1の山部よりも短く、少なくとも一つの円筒リングの少なくとも一つの第2の山部が二つの第1の山部に挟まれて隣接し、
前記各円筒リングを隣り合う円筒リングに取り付ける少なくとも1つの波状リンクを備え、この波状リンクは、ステントの前記長手方向軸に対して横断する方向で前記第2の山部に向って延びる湾曲部を有し、ステントが前記第1の供給時直径まで圧縮されたときに前記湾曲部が前記第2の山部に近接して位置するように、前記第2の山部の高さが寸法付けられ、
波状リンクの湾曲部は、第2の山部と長手方向に沿って並べられ、少なくともその一部は第1の山部の高さと第2の山部の高さとの間の高さ位置に配置され、
各波状リンクは、第1のアームと第2のアームとを有し、第1のアームと第2のアームは直線状であるとともに、長手方向軸に対して平行であり、第2の山部から周方向にオフセットしている、ステント。 - 少なくとも1つの波状リンクは、略直線部に接続された少なくとも1つの湾曲部を備え、前記略直線部は、ステントの前記長手方向軸と略直交している、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 前記少なくとも1つの波状リンクの前記略直線部は、ステントが前記第1の供給時直径を有する形状を成すときにステントの前記長手方向軸と直交する、請求項2に記載のステント。
- 前記少なくとも1つの波状リンクの前記略直線部は、ステントが前記第2の埋め込み時直径を有する形状を成すときにステントの前記長手方向軸と直交する、請求項2に記載のステント。
- 前記少なくとも1つの波状リンクは、複数の湾曲部を備えている、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 各円筒リングの前記第1の山部は、隣り合う円筒リングの第1の山部と位相が同じである、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 前記波状リンクは、ステントに柔軟性を与えるように形成されている、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 前記円筒リングは、ステントに柔軟性を与えるように形成されている、請求項1に記載のステント。
- チューブから形成される、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 平坦なシートから形成される、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 金属合金によって形成される、請求項1に記載のステント。

- ニッケル−チタンおよびニッケル−チタン−バナジウムから成る超弾性金属合金または擬似弾性金属合金のグループから形成される、請求項15に記載のステント。

- 前記各円筒リングが複数の第3の山部を有し、前記各第3の山部が所定の高さを有し、前記第3の山部は、前記第1の山部および前記第2の山部よりも長い、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 前記各第1の山部が一対の第1のストラットを有し、前記各第2の山部が一対の第2のストラットを有し、前記第1のストラットは、前記第2のストラットよりも長い、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 前記各円筒リングは、複数の第3の山部と、この第3の山部に関連付けられた一対の第3のストラットとを有している、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 前記第1の山部が一対の第1のストラットを有し、前記第2の山部が一対の第2のストラットを有し、前記第3のストラットが前記第1のストラットよりも長く、前記第1のストラットが前記第2のストラットよりも長い、請求項25に記載のステント。
