Description
図1は、本発明の実施形態に係る車両のハイブリッドシステムの基本構成を示す図である。このハイブリッドシステム1は、所謂ダイレクトシリーズタイプのシステムであって、基本構成として、それぞれ相互に電気的に接続されたエンジン2と、エンジン2により駆動される発電機3と、該発電機3により発電された電力で駆動される電動機(モータ)8を有している。本実施形態では、発電機3とモータ8とがスイッチング素子7(特許請求の範囲中の「第2の切換手段」に該当)を介して直接的に接続されており、モータ8の駆動は、基本的に、スイッチング素子7がオンされることにより、発電機3から電力が直接に供給されつつ行われる。なお、スイッチング素子7としては、機械的なリレースイッチ若しくは半導体スイッチのいずれでも適用可能である。
Claims (7)
- エンジンにより発電機が駆動され、該発電機により発電された電力が直接供給されて車輪駆動用の電動機が駆動される車両のハイブリッドシステムにおいて、
車両の要求出力に応じて電動機の要求出力を設定する電動機要求出力設定手段と、
上記電動機要求出力設定手段により設定された電動機の要求出力に応じて発電機の要求出力を設定する発電機要求出力設定手段と、
上記発電機要求出力設定手段により設定された発電機の要求出力に応じてエンジン出力を設定するエンジン出力設定手段と、
上記発電機とインバータ及びコンバータを順に介して接続されるバッテリと、
上記発電機とバッテリとの間における電気的な接続状態を切り換える第1の切換手段と、
上記発電機と電動機との間における電気的な接続状態を切り換える第2の切換手段と、
上記バッテリから電動機への電力供給,上記発電機からバッテリへの充電を行えるように、上記第1及び第2の切換手段を制御する切換制御手段と、を有していることを特徴とする車両のハイブリッドシステム。 - 更に、上記発電機要求出力設定手段により設定された発電機の要求出力に基づいて、上記発電機の目標トルクと目標回転数とを設定する発電機目標設定手段が設けられており、
上記発電機目標設定手段は、
上記電動機の負荷をパラメータとした電動機の要求出力の変化をあらわす複数の電動機要求出力線と、エンジン熱効率と発電機効率との積が所定値以上となるエンジン高効率領域との交点のうち、上記電動機の要求出力の上昇に応じて、エンジントルクと発電機トルクとが等しく釣合う釣合いトルクと回転数とが増加するラインとなるように各交点が繋がれてなる制御ラインを設定した上で、上記発電機要求出力設定手段により設定された発電機要求出力と上記制御ラインとに基づき上記発電機の目標トルクと目標回転数とを設定することを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両のハイブリッドシステム。 - 上記発電機目標設定手段は、上記電動機の負荷をパラメータとした電動機の要求出力の変化をあらわす複数の電動機要求出力線と、エンジン熱効率と発電機効率との積が所定値以上となるエンジン高効率領域との交点のうち、上記電動機の要求出力の等出力線上で、最大効率点との交点を結ぶ包絡線を制御ラインとして設定することを特徴とする請求項2記載の車両のハイブリッドシステム。
- 上記発電機目標設定手段は、上記エンジン高効率領域よりも低回転領域において、エンジン回転数の低下に対して目標トルクが急激に0になるように、上記制御ラインを設定することを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の車両のハイブリッドシステム。
- 上記発電機目標設定手段は、エンジン高効率領域の最大トルクよりも高トルク領域において、エンジン回転数の増加に対して目標トルクが急激に増加するように、上記制御ラインを設定することを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか一に記載の車両のハイブリッドシステム。
- 上記切換制御手段は、上記発電機からバッテリに充電する際に、交流1周期における正負のピーク部分を除く交流電流0クロス前後の所定期間内に発電機とバッテリとが接続されるように、上記第1及び第2の切換手段を制御することを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両のハイブリッドシステム。
- 上記切換制御手段は、上記発電機から電動機への供給電力が大きいとき、上記両切換手段による切換えを停止させることを特徴とする請求項1又は6に記載の車両のハイブリッドシステム。
