Claims (8)
- 浸食防止被覆膜の層を形成するために機器の表面にコバルト系合金を塗布することから成り、液体による浸食を受ける前記機器を処理する方法において、前記コバルト系合金は、
30重量%のクロムと、
7重量%のタングステンと、
1重量%の珪素と、
1.5重量%の炭素と、
4.5重量%のニッケルと、
1.8重量%のモリブデンと、
0.3重量%未満の鉄と、
0.3重量%未満のマンガンと、
53.4重量%のコバルトと、
0.25重量%のその他不純物と
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記機器は蒸気タービンの部品から成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記部品は蒸気タービンブレードであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 塗布はレーザーめっきによって実行されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 液体による浸食を受ける機器の被覆のためのコバルト系合金において、前記コバルト系合金は、
30重量%のクロムと、
7重量%のタングステンと、
1重量%の珪素と、
1.5重量%の炭素と、
4.5重量%のニッケルと、
1.8重量%のモリブデンと、
0.3重量%未満の鉄と、
0.3重量%未満のマンガンと、
53.4重量%のコバルトと、
0.25重量%のその他不純物と
を含むことを特徴とするコバルト系合金。 - 液体による浸食を受ける機器において、請求項5に記載の合金被覆膜から成る、液体からの浸食を防止するための表面被覆膜を具備することを特徴とする機器。
- 前記機器は蒸気タービンの部品であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の機器。
- 前記部品はガスタービンブレードである請求項7記載の機器。
