Claims (2)
- 光源として半導体型光源を使用するプロジェクタタイプの車両用灯具において、
楕円または楕円を基本とし、光軸がほぼ垂直をなす反射面を有するリフレクタと、
発光部が前記反射面の第1焦点もしくはその近傍に位置するように配置されている前記半導体型光源と、
前記反射面の第2焦点もしくはその近傍と前記半導体型光源との間に配置されていて、前記半導体型光源から放射されて前記反射面で反射された反射光の一部をカットオフして残りの反射光でカットオフラインを有する所定の配光パターンを形成するシェードと、
レンズ光軸がほぼ水平をなす投影レンズと、
前記投影レンズと前記投影レンズのレンズ焦点との間に前記レンズ光軸に交差して配置されており、前記所定の配光パターンを前記投影レンズ側に反射させる平面反射面と、
ほぼ垂直置きに設けられているヒートシンクと、
を備え、
前記レンズ焦点は、前記平面反射面により前記平面反射面に対して対称である位置に擬似レンズ焦点として存在し、前記擬似レンズ焦点は、前記反射面の第2焦点もしくはその近傍に位置し、
ほぼ水平な前記レンズ光軸は、前記平面反射面によりほぼ水平な前記レンズ光軸に対して直交するほぼ垂直な擬似レンズ光軸として存在し、ほぼ垂直な前記擬似レンズ光軸は、前記反射面の光軸に一致もしくはほぼ一致し、
前記投影レンズは、前記平面反射面により反射された前記所定の配光パターンを所定の方向に投影し、
前記リフレクタは、前記反射面が設けられている部分と、ほぼ垂直な板部からなる部分と、からなり、ほぼ垂直な板部からなる部分には、開口部が設けられていて、
前記半導体型光源は、前記リフレクタの前記開口部中に配置されていて、かつ、前記半導体型光源の基板を介して前記ヒートシンクに、前記基板面がほぼ垂直となるように、取り付けられており、
前記シェードは、前記リフレクタのほぼ垂直な板部からなる部分と兼用するものであり、
前記ヒートシンクは、前記リフレクタのほぼ垂直な板部からなる部分に取り付けられていて、前記リフレクタおよび前記半導体型光源および前記シェードおよび前記投影レンズおよび前記平面反射面に対してほぼ水平に配置されている、
ことを特徴とする車両用灯具。 - 前記反射面を第1反射面とし、
前記シェードには、前記第1反射面の光軸に沿うほぼ平面をなし、前記シェードによりカットオフされた前記反射光を反射させて所定の補助配光パターンに形成する第2反射面が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用灯具。
