Description
Claims (13)
- 反応器に酸、還元剤及びアルカリ金属塩素酸塩を供給する工程;該アルカリ金属塩素酸塩を前記酸及び還元剤と反応させて二酸化塩素及び酸のアルカリ金属塩を含む生成物流を生成する工程;及び、前記生成物流を反応器から吸収タワーに運び、そこでそれを水の流れと接触させて二酸化塩素を含む水溶液を生成する工程を連続的に含むことを特徴とする二酸化塩素の連続的製造方法。
- 前記二酸化塩素を含む水溶液が4g/lから12g/lまでのその濃度を有する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記吸収タワーへの水流量を調節することにより前記水溶液中のClO2濃度を二酸化塩素生成速度とは独立に実質的に一定に保つ、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記吸収タワーからの吸収されなかったガスをエダクターにより取り出し、前記反応器及び吸収タワー中に大気圧以下の圧力を引き起こす、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記反応器を30kPaから100kPaまでの圧力で運転する、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記酸が硫酸である、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記還元剤が過酸化水素である、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記アルカリ金属塩素酸塩及び過酸化水素を予備混合された水溶液の形態で反応器に供給する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記反応器がスルーフロー容器又はパイプである、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記酸、アルカリ金属塩素酸塩及び還元剤を前記反応器の一端近くに供給し、その間に生成物流を反応器の他端で取り出す、請求項8又は9に記載の方法。
- 前記二酸化塩素を含む反応器からの生成物流が液体、泡及びガスを含む、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の二酸化塩素の連続的製造方法に使用される装置であって、該装置は、アルカリ金属塩素酸塩、酸及び還元剤のための供給ラインを備え、かつ吸収タワーに連結されたスルーフロー容器又はパイプである反応器を含み、前記吸収タワーは、前記反応器及び吸収タワー中に大気圧以下の圧力を引き起こす装置に連結されていることを特徴とする、前記装置。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の二酸化塩素の連続的製造方法によって製造された二酸化塩素を含む水溶液であって、該水溶液は、4g/リットルから12g/リットルまでの二酸化塩素及びClO21モル当り1.1モルから3.8モルまでの硫酸塩を含み、前記水溶液のpHが0.1から1までであることを特徴とする、前記水溶液。
