Claims (15)
- 二酸化塩素を製造する方法において、
酸、アルカリ金属塩素酸塩および還元剤を反応器に供給すること、
該アルカリ金属塩素酸塩を該酸および還元剤と反応させて、二酸化塩素、水および上記酸のアルカリ金属塩を含む生成物流を形成すること、そして
生成物流を反応器からエダクターに送り、それを、エダクターに供給された気体状推進流と混合し、それによって、希釈された生成物流を形成すること
を連続的に行う工程を含む方法であって、
前記反応器からの生成物流は液体および気体の両方を含む、方法。 - 希釈された生成物流を気液分離器に送ること、
希釈された生成物流中の液体から気体を分離して、二酸化塩素を含む気体流を形成すること、そして
二酸化塩素を含む気体流を気液分離器から抜き出すこと
の工程をさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。 - 二酸化塩素を含む気体流を気液分離器から吸収器に送ること、
上記気体流を水の流れと接触させて、二酸化塩素を含む水性溶液を形成すること、そして
二酸化塩素を含む水性溶液を吸収器から抜き出すこと
の工程をさらに含む、請求項2記載の方法。 - 希釈された生成物流を吸収器に送ること、
希釈された生成物流を水の流れと接触させて、二酸化塩素を含む水性溶液を形成すること、そして
二酸化塩素を含む水性溶液を吸収器から抜き出すこと
の工程をさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。 - エダクターからの希釈された生成物流が液体および気体の両方を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- エダクターに供給される気体状推進流が、二酸化塩素に関して不活性である気体または気体の混合物である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- エダクターに供給される気体状推進流が空気である、請求項6記載の方法。
- 反応器が流通容器またはパイプである、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 酸、アルカリ金属塩素酸塩および還元剤が反応器の一方の端近くに供給され、一方、生成物流が反応器の他方の端で抜き出される、請求項8記載の方法。
- 還元剤が過酸化水素である、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 酸が硫酸である、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 二酸化塩素の製造のための製造装置において、
流通容器またはパイプであり、酸、還元剤およびアルカリ金属塩素酸塩のための1以上の供給入口を備えた反応器、および
気体状推進流のための入口、反応器からの、二酸化塩素を含む生成物流を上記気体状推進流と混合して、希釈された生成物流を得るための手段、および上記希釈された生成物流のための出口を備えた、上記反応器に連結されたエダクター
を含む装置。 - エダクターの出口に連結された気液分離器および二酸化塩素を含む気体流を上記気液分離器から抜き出すための手段をさらに含む、請求項12記載の装置。
- 吸収器および、二酸化塩素を含む気体流を気液分離器から上記吸収器に送るための手段をさらに含む、請求項13記載の装置。
- 吸収器および、希釈された生成物流をエダクターから上記吸収器に送るための手段をさらに含む、請求項14記載の装置。
