希釈された硫酸を約100℃以下の温度、好ましくは約5℃から約95℃まで、最も好ましくは約30℃から約65℃までの温度にする工程、
反応器に約100℃以下、好ましくは約5℃から約95℃まで、最も好ましくは約30℃から約65℃までの温度を有する希釈された硫酸を第一供給ノズルにより供給する工程、
前記反応器にアルカリ金属塩素酸塩及び過酸化水素を含む水溶液を第二供給ノズルにより供給する工程(前記第一供給ノズル及び第二供給ノズルは互に反対であり、かつ互に対し向けられる)、
アルカリ金属塩素酸塩を鉱酸及び過酸化水素と反応させて二酸化塩素を含む生成物流を生成する工程、及び
生成物流を反応器から取り出す工程
を含むことを特徴とする二酸化塩素の連続製造方法を提供することによりこれらの目的を満足することが可能であると驚くことに見出された。
Claims (12)
- 90重量%を越える初期濃度の硫酸を水で60重量%から90重量%までの濃度に希釈する工程、
この希釈された硫酸を100℃以下の温度にする工程、
反応器(5)に100℃以下の温度を有する前記希釈された硫酸を第一供給ノズル(3)により供給する工程、
前記反応器(5)にアルカリ金属塩素酸塩及び過酸化水素を含む水溶液を第二供給ノズル(4)により供給する工程であって、前記第一供給ノズル(3)及び第二供給ノズル(4)は前記反応器(5)の断面の中央から等しい距離に互いに反対に配置され、かつ、互いに対し向けられ、
前記アルカリ金属塩素酸塩を硫酸及び過酸化水素と反応させて二酸化塩素を含む生成物流を生成する工程、及び
この生成物流を反応器(5)から取り出す工程
を含むことを特徴とする二酸化塩素の連続製造方法。 - 前記反応器(5)から取り出された生成物流をエダクター(14)に運び、その中でそれを水で希釈して二酸化塩素を含む水溶液を生成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記希釈された硫酸を5℃から95℃までの温度にする、請求項1から2のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記硫酸をスタチックミキサー(10)により水で希釈する、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記希釈された硫酸を熱交換機(12)中で冷却媒体としてのエダクター(14)のための水のスリップ流で冷却する、請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記反応器(5)がスルーフロー容器又はパイプである、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記反応器(5)が管状である、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記第一供給ノズル(3)及び第二供給ノズル(4)を反応器(5)の一端の近くに配置するとともに、前記生成物流を反応器(5)の他端で取り出す、請求項6から7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記反応器(5)を垂直に配置する、請求項6から8のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記第一供給ノズル(3)及び第二供給ノズル(4)を反応器(5)の底部の近くに配置し、その結果、反応器(5)中の主たる流れ方向が上向きであり、前記生成物流を反応器(5)の上部で取り出す、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記第一供給ノズル(3)及び第二供給ノズル(4)を前記反応器(5)の反対側に配置し、該反応器(5)に沿った中心線に向ける、請求項6から10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 硫酸を希釈するための手段(10)、この希釈された硫酸を冷却するための手段(12)、硫酸用の第一供給ノズル(3)とアルカリ金属塩素酸塩及び過酸化水素を含む水溶液用の第二供給ノズル(4)が配置されている反応器(5)を含む二酸化塩素を連続的に製造するのに有益な装置であって、前記第一供給ノズル(3)及び第二供給ノズル(4)は前記反応器(5)の断面の中央から等しい距離に互いに反対に配置され、かつ、互いに対し向けられ、更に反応器(5)が二酸化塩素を含む生成物流用の出口を備えていることを特徴とする前記装置。
