Claims (3)
- 冷間加工で得られた外径と肉厚との比が10以上の長尺薄肉鋼管の硬さ調整および残留歪除去のための熱処理工程において、加熱処理後所定の温度まで空冷し、冷却水による冷却工程を設け、その水冷開始後から10秒間の前記長尺薄肉鋼管表面の平均冷却速度を15℃/秒以下とすることを特徴とする長尺薄肉鋼管の熱処理方法。
- 冷間加工で得られた外径と肉厚との比が10以上の長尺薄肉鋼管の硬さ調整および残留歪除去のための熱処理工程において、加熱処理後所定の温度まで空冷し、冷却水による冷却工程を設け、その水冷開始後から10秒間の該長尺薄肉鋼管の軸に直角な周方向表面の平均冷却速度の最大値と最小値の差を10℃/秒以下とすることを特徴とする長尺薄肉鋼管の熱処理方法。
- 前記加熱処理後の長尺薄肉鋼管の表面温度であって、前記冷却水による冷却直前の表面温度が300乃至400℃であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の長尺薄肉鋼管の熱処理方法。
