Description
(1)2次加硫促進剤として使用することで、シリカの酸性度による加硫速度低下を抑制できる。
(2)シリカ表面との相互作用によりシリカ粒子同士の凝集を防いで、ペイン効果(即ち、シリカ間の相互作用による貯蔵弾性率の増加)を低減することができ、またシラニゼーション促進により補強性を上げることができる。
サンプルの調製
表I〜Vに示す配合において、加硫促進剤と硫黄を除く成分を1.5リットルの密閉型ミキサーで6分間混練し、150℃に達したときに放出してマスターバッチを得た。このマスターバッチに加硫促進剤と硫黄をオープンロールで混練し、ゴム組成物を得た。
ペイン効果:未加硫ゴム組成物を用いてASTM P6204に準拠してRPA2000においてG’(0.56%)を測定した。数値は全て指数表示で値が大きいほどペイン効果が小さい。
tanδ(60℃):転がり抵抗の中間物理量として、東洋精機製粘弾性スペクトロメーターを使用し、周波数20Hz、初期歪10%、動歪12%、温度60℃の条件で測定した。数値は全て指数表示で値が大きいほど転がり抵抗性能に優れること意味する。
老化後のコード/ゴム引抜力:ブラスメッキスチールコード(1×5構造)を12.5mm間隔で互いに平行となるように厚さ2mmのベルトコート用ゴム組成物を埋設し、さらにその外側にアミン化合物を含むゴム組成物でサンドウィッチし、170℃×10分で加硫して試料を得た。この試料を80℃の温水中に4週間浸漬した後に、ASTM D2229に準拠してゴムの引抜力を評価した。数値は全て指数で値が大きいほどよい。

Claims (5)
- 前記メラミン誘導体の配合量が、ジエン系ゴム100重量部に対し、0.5〜8重量部である請求項1に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記メラミン誘導体がヘキサメトキシメチルメラミン(HMMM)である請求項1又は2に記載のゴム組成物。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のゴム組成物を製造するにあたり、前記メラミン誘導体をジエン系ゴム、シリカ、硫黄含有シランカップリング剤並びに式(I)(もしくはその塩)及び/又は式(II)の化合物を混合した後の第2工程以降で混合するゴム組成物の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のゴムをタイヤトレッドに用いた空気入りタイヤ。
