Description
固形潤滑剤は、石灰、セメント、カオリン、パルプ、紙等の製造プロセスで用いられる回転窯の様々な部品間の摩擦及び疲労を減らすために用いられている。潤滑剤の成分の選択は、潤滑剤が沈殿する環境の運転温度より低い温度での潤滑剤の自己発火を防ぐために重要である。窯環境は、華氏1,000度(摂氏537度)以上の温度に達する。パラフィンを含有する従来の潤滑剤は、低い自己発火温度を有するため、このような高温環境にはしばしば不適である。高い自己発火温度を有する有機リン酸エステル材料が、これまで液体潤滑剤には用いられてきたが、固形潤滑剤で用いられたことはなかった。

Claims (12)
- トラニオンで支持された回転装置を潤滑するための固形潤滑剤であって、
a)有機リン酸エステル材料と、
b)グラファイト、モリブデン、硼素、窒化硼素、タングステン、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、及びこれらの混合物から成る群より選択される固形潤滑剤と、
c)銅、アルミニウム、すず及びこれらの混合物から成る群より選択される金属と
を含み、少なくとも華氏1,000度(摂氏537度)の自己発火点を有する、
固形潤滑剤。 - 前記有機リン酸エステル材料a)が、亜リン酸トリフェニル、亜リン酸トリス−(ノニルフェニル)、亜リン酸ジフェニルイソデシル、亜リン酸フェニルイソデシル、及びこれらの混合物から成る群より選択される亜リン酸エステルである、請求項1に記載の固形潤滑剤。
- 前記有機リン酸エステル材料a)が、リン酸トリフェニル、リン酸トリクレジル、リン酸トリキシレニル、リン酸クレジルジフェニル、及びこれらの混合物から成る群より選択されるリン酸エステルである、請求項1に記載の固形潤滑剤。
