Claims (6)
- 貫通孔を設けてある合わせガラスであって、径Aの貫通孔をあけた少なくとも2枚以上の板ガラス、径Bの貫通孔をあけた樹脂製中間膜、樹脂製中間膜の貫通孔Bに挿入させる、外径B以下で、内径Cの貫通孔をあけた、シートの厚みX(mm)=中間膜の厚みY(mm)+0.01mm以上、0.5mm以下の範囲にある、板ガラスのヤング率より大きいヤング率を有する材料からなり、樹脂中間膜と同一材料から形成されたものではないシートを板ガラス間に挟みこんで、同心状に重ね合わせて合わせ加工処理をしてなることを特徴とする合わせガラス。
- 前記シートの貫通孔の内径Cが板ガラスの貫通孔の径Aより大きく、C>Aであり、C−A=1.0mm以上、20mm以下の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記シートの貫通孔と板ガラスの貫通孔が円形であり、同心状に配置されてなることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の合わせガラス。
- 貫通孔を設けてある合わせガラスの製造方法であって、径Aの貫通孔をあけた少なくとも2枚以上の板ガラス、内径Bの孔をあけた樹脂製中間膜、樹脂製中間膜の貫通孔Bに挿入させ、外径B以下で内径Cの貫通孔をあけた、シートの厚みX(mm)=中間膜の厚みY(mm)+0.01mm以上、0.5mm以下の範囲にある、板ガラスのヤング率より大きいヤング率を有する材料からなり、樹脂中間膜と同一材料から形成されたものではないシートを板ガラス間に挟みこんで、同心状に重ね合わせて合わせ加工処理をすることを特徴とする合わせガラスの製造方法。
- 前記シートの貫通孔の径Cが板ガラスの貫通孔の径Aより大きく、C>Aであり、C−A=1.0mm以上、20mm以下の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の合わせガラスの製造方法。
- 前記シートの貫通孔と板ガラスの貫通孔が円形であり、同心状に配置されてなることを特徴とする請求項4または請求項5に記載の合わせガラスの製造方法。
