Description
Cr2O3が0.15wt%より少ないとλdが短波長側に寄り、0.17wt%を超えると主波長λdが長波長側に寄りすぎる。
MnOが0.01wt%よりも少ないと発色せず明度Yが高くなり、0.04wt%を超えると発色しすぎてYが低くなりすぎる。
CuOが0.02wt%より少ないと発色せず、0.04wt%を超えると主波長λdが短波長側に寄りすぎる。
SO3が0.15wt%より少ないとガラスが還元側に寄りすぎて好ましくないばかりか発色剤が発色しにくくなり、0.24wt%を超えると着色剤の発色が多くなりすぎる。これらの成分が所定の範囲内にないと所定の色調にならない。
また従来の同系色の輸入びんと比較して紫外線遮断効果があるため、内容物保護機能は本発明品の方が優れている。
Claims (2)
- ソーダ石灰ガラスであって、着色剤としてFe2O3を0.09〜0.13wt%、Cr2O3を0.15〜0.17wt%、MnOを0.01〜0.04wt%、CuOを0.02〜0.04wt%含み、かつ、SO3を0.15〜0.24wt%含むことを特徴とする、CIE表示(3mm換算厚み)で明度Y=30〜60%、主波長λd=540〜580nm、刺激純度Pe=10〜50wt%の色調の濃緑色ガラス。
- 請求項1記載の濃緑色ガラスを成形してなることを特徴とするガラスびん。
