Description
図8は、PP樹脂4、PA被膜5の一部を剥離して金属面又はめっき面の露出部6を設け、PA被膜5の表面を密着して覆うように導電性のゴム、例えば、EPDMゴムからなるマスキング部材7を被せるようにした従来例である。このマスキング部材7の内周面には、前記露出部6にまで到達する突起部8が形成されている。したがって、マスキング部材7を利用して車体側と導線9でアースすることにより、燃料チューブに発生した静電気を車体に逃がすことができる。
また、本発明によれば、樹脂皮膜に電子の移動が生じることにより惹起される腐食の進行を防ぐことができる。
図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態による燃料チューブの横断面を図である。この図1において、参照番号12は、燃料チューブを示し、13は、素管を示している。この素管13には、好適には、一重巻き鋼管や二重巻き鋼管が用いられる。
図1の第1実施形態と異なる点は、PA樹脂からなる樹脂被膜18、18’に重ねてPP樹脂(ポリプロピレン系樹脂)にカーボンファイバーなどの導電材料を混合した樹脂材料からなる保護樹脂被膜32を被覆したことである。その他は、図1と異なるところはないので、同一の構成要素には同一の参照番号を付して説明は省略する。

Claims (7)
- 金属製の素管の外周面を多層被膜で被覆した燃料チューブにおいて、
前記金属製の素管またはその表面を被覆するメッキ被膜の上層に比抵抗が導体と半導体の中間の領域にあるPA系樹脂からなる、金属のイオン化による腐食進行を抑制する樹脂皮膜を形成し、前記樹脂被膜の比抵抗は、106〜1010Ω・cmの範囲にあることを特徴とする燃料チューブ。 - プライマー皮膜を介してPA系樹脂皮膜を被覆してなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料チューブ。
- 前記PA系樹脂からなる樹脂被膜を、チューブの端末部を除きPP系樹脂からなる保護皮膜で被覆したことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の燃料チューブ。
- 前記メッキ皮膜と前記樹脂被膜の間に化成処理被膜を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかの項に記載の燃料チューブ。
- 前記請求項1乃至4のいずれの項に記載の燃料チューブを直接に車体側へアースしたことを特徴とする車輌燃料配管のアース構造。
- 前記請求項1乃至4のいずれの項に記載の燃料チューブを、導電性材料からなる固定部材を介して間接的に車体側へアースしたことを特徴とする車輌燃料配管のアース構造。
- 前記請求項1乃至4のいずれの項に記載の燃料チューブを、導電性材料からなる配管部材を介して間接的に車体側へアースしたことを特徴とする車輌燃料配管のアース構造。
