Abstract
【解決手段】本発明では、食品の製造工程で排出される食品製造廃棄物である焼酎粕と、難溶性リンを含有するリン含有物である鶏糞の焼却灰とを混合し、その後、土壌微生物を添加して醗酵させ、可溶性リンの濃度を増大させることによって堆肥を製造することにした。
鶏糞の焼却灰に鉱酸(塩酸)や有機酸(おから)を混合しても、可溶性のリンの濃度を増大させることはできないが、鶏糞の焼却灰に焼酎粕を混合することによって、可溶性のリンの濃度を増大させることができる。しかも、鶏糞の焼却灰と焼酎粕とを混合したものに土壌部生物を添加した後に醗酵により堆肥化させることで、可溶性リンの濃度をより一層増大させることができる。

Claims (2)
- 鶏糞の焼却灰と焼酎粕とを混合し、その後、土壌微生物を添加して醗酵させて可溶性リンの濃度を増大させたことを特徴とする堆肥。
- 鶏糞の焼却灰と焼酎粕とを混合し、その後、土壌微生物を添加して醗酵させて可溶性リンの濃度を増大させることによって堆肥を製造することを特徴とする堆肥の製造方法。
