Claims (1)
- 鉄浴式反応炉を用い、クロム鉱石を炭材で溶融還元し、クロムを含有する溶銑を溶製するクロム鉱石溶融還元製錬で生じるクロム鉱石溶融還元炉スラグを改質するに際し、
前記溶融還元中に、溶融還元終了後の前記スラグの組成をCaO/SiO2=2.0〜3.0、MgO/CaO=0.42〜0.60に造滓剤で調整すると共に、溶鋼の精錬で別途発生し、ホウ素酸化物を添加して塊状に凝固した取鍋スラグを前記造滓剤の一部として添加して、添加後のスラグのホウ素濃度を0.010〜0.050質量%とすることを特徴とするクロム鉱石溶融還元炉スラグの改質方法。
