Description
このため出願人は、特許文献1に見られるようにN−1−ナフチルエチレンジアミン二塩酸塩、スルファニル酸、パラトルエンスルフォン酸、及びアルコール系保湿剤を担持用シート材に展開した二酸化窒素検出用の検知材を提案した。
本発明はこのような問題に鑑みてなされたものであって、セルロース系材料を担持体に使用しても長期間にわたって担体の強度を維持することができる自動測定装置に適した二酸化窒素検知材を提供することにある。
また、従来のように保湿剤を含まないため、製造過程での乾燥時間を短縮でき、また製品化後は、保湿剤によるべとつきがないため、ほこりなどの付着が少なく、また通気抵抗を担体自体の通気抵抗程度に保持できる。
N、Nジメチル−1−ナフチルアミンを易揮発性溶媒、たとえばメタノールに溶解して発色液を調製する。
この測定ヘッド6は、サンプリングパイプ7を介して被測定環境に連通されていて、パイプ8を介して吸引ポンプに接続された吸引ヘッド9と共同してテープ1を封止するように構成されている。
このことから、トリエタノールアミンを0.5乃至4.5vol%の範囲で添加するのが望ましいことが判明した。
Claims (2)
- シート材に反応促進用の微粉末シリカゲル、またはアルミナを担持させた担体にN、Nジメチル−1−ナフチルアミンを展開した二酸化窒素検知材。
- 粉末シリカゲルを圧縮固化して構成された担体にN、Nジメチル−1−ナフチルアミンを担持させた二酸化窒素検知材。
