【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明はパチンコ機やアレンジボール機などの遊技機に関し、さらに詳しくは、複数の回転体を有する遊技装置が遊技盤面に配設され、その複数の回転体を共通する1の回転動力源により個別にあるいは選択的に回転を制御することができる回転動力機構を備える遊技機に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
パチンコ機やアレンジボール機などの遊技機は、その遊技盤面に入賞装置、図柄表示装置などの各種遊技装置や、遊技に関する補助的な装置、装飾、電飾、音声発生装置などが配設される。

図8は従来のパチンコ機の遊技盤の例を示した正面図である。この遊技機の遊技盤601には、略中央に図柄表示装置602が配設され、その下方にはその図柄表示装置の図柄変動を行うための変動起動用入賞口603が配設される。そしてさらにその下方には遊技球振り分け装置604が配設され、遊技球が変動起動用入賞口603に入賞すると、図柄表示装置602は表示する図柄の変動を開始し、特定の態様で図柄の変動が停止した場合には、遊技球振り分け装置604の入賞口606に配設される開閉部材605が開放される。

この遊技球振り分け装置604は、入賞口606に入賞した遊技球を複数備える入賞領域の何れかに振り分ける遊技装置であり、図に示す例では、内部に2箇所の入賞領域611、612を備えると共に、2箇所の球受け部609、610が形成される振り分け部材608を備え、この振り分け部材608が所定の速度で矢印aの向きに回転し、入賞した遊技球が球受け部609、610の何れに落入したかによって振り分けられる入賞領域611、612が決定され、その振り分けられた入賞領域に応じてその後の遊技状態に変化が与えられる。

そしてこのように、遊技球振り分け装置604に入賞した遊技球の振り分けられた入賞領域611、612に応じてその後の遊技状態が変化することから、遊技者は遊技球振り分け装置604の動作に注目して遊技を続けることになるが、従来のこのような遊技球振り分け装置は、振り分け部材608が一定速度で回転するのみでその運動は単調であることから、遊技者の遊技に対する興味を維持し続けることが困難であった。

このため、遊技球振り分け装置に振り分け部材以外の何らかの動きのある部材を配設し、これにより装置の動作に変化を与えて遊技者の遊技に対する興味を持続させ続けることも考えられるが、このような部材を追加するとその動力源がさらに必要となり、振り分け装置の複雑化・大型化を招く。振り分け装置が複雑化すると遊技機の価格が上昇し、振り分け装置が大型化すると遊技球振り分け装置のみならず他の遊技装置の設置スペースを圧迫するため、製造時やメンテナンス時において不便となるほか、その他の遊技装置を配設できるスペースが減少して結果的に遊技性を高めた遊技機を提供できなくなる。

一方、複数の回転体を独立的に制御でき、かつ装置の小型化を図る構成としては、例えば、複数個の回転体に円筒部をそれぞれ設け、各回転体の回転中心にそれぞれステッピングモータの駆動軸を結合し、かつそれぞれの駆動軸を同軸に配置すると共に、各回転体のうち少なくとも1個の回転体の円筒部には該回転体に結合されたステッピングモータ以外の他のステッピングモータが収納されるように配置した構造が開発されている(特許文献1参照)。

この構成によれば、従来の同様の装置に比較して小型化を図ることができるものの、各回転体ごとにそれぞれ別個のステッピングモータを備える構成であることには変わりはなく、回転体と同数のステッピングモータが必要となり、装置の低価格化、小型化には限界がある。特にステッピングモータを同軸の直列に配設する構成であるため、遊技盤裏面への突出量を小さくできず、遊技盤裏面の配設スペースの確保が困難である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明が解決しようとする課題は、複数の回転体を有する遊技装置などが配設される遊技機において、その遊技装置が有する複数の回転体の回転を、1の共通の回転動力源と連繋手段を用いて行うことにより、遊技装置の小型化、構造の単純化、低価格化を図ると共に、複数の回転体の回転運動を組み合わせることで遊技盤面に動きの変化を与え、遊技者の遊技に対する興味を維持し続けることができる遊技機を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
このような課題を解決するため、本願請求項1に記載の発明は、技球が落入可能な複数の球受け部が遊技者から視認不可能に形成された1の回転体と、特別な遊技状態において該1の回転体と一体的に回転することにより前記複数の球受け部のうち特定の球受け部の位置を遊技者に指し示して報知する他の回転体と、前記1の回転体と常時連繋された回転動力源と、該回転動力源と前記他の回転体との連繋又は解除を切り換える切換手段と、前記特別な遊技状態にあるか否かに応じて該切換手段により前記他の回転体と前記回転動力源との連繋又は解除を切換制御する制御手段とを備えることを要旨とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に本発明に係る遊技機の各種実施形態について図面を参照して詳細に説明する。本実施の形態は、複数の回転体を備える装置として遊技球振り分け手段(例えば遊技球振り分け装置)が遊技盤面上に配設されるパチンコ機に適用されるものである。

最初に、この複数の回転体を備える遊技球振り分け手段について説明する。図1は本実施の形態に係る遊技球振り分け手段について、その回転動力源を除いた外観斜視図である。この遊技球振り分け手段50は、入賞口60に入賞した遊技球を遊技盤15の裏面に配設される特別領域あるいは普通領域(いずれも図示せず)の何れかに振り分け、遊技球が特別領域に振り分けられた場合には、遊技者に特別な利益を供与する機能を有する遊技装置である。

この遊技球振り分け手段50は、回転動力源(図示せず。図4参照)から伝達される回転動力により所定の速度で回転する振り分け部材51と、この振り分け部材51に同心に配設され、振り分け部材51と共通の回転動力源から伝達される回転動力により回転する報知部材55を備え、枠体59、飾り板58及び裏板62が振り分け部材51及び報知部材55を取り囲むように組み付けられ、裏板62の裏面には回転動力源が配設される。

この遊技球振り分け手段50の構成要素について説明する。図3は振り分け部材51の外観斜視図であり、(a)は前面側から見た図、(b)は裏面側から見た図である。振り分け部材51は少なくとも遊技球の直径以上の厚さを備える円盤を備え、その円盤の中心から中空の回転軸54が裏面側へ向かって突設される構成を有する。円盤部分の外周面には略「U」字形状の窪み領域である特別球受け部52及び普通球受け部53が円盤の中心を対称に対向して形成される。これら特別球受け部52及び普通球受け部53は、何れもその内部に遊技球を収納することができるように形成されるが、特別球受け部52は円盤の外周面側のみが開口して円盤の外周面側からのみ遊技球が出入り可能に形成されるのに対し、普通球受け部53は円盤の外周面側及び裏面側が開放しており、それら何れの側からも遊技球が出入り可能に形成される。また、普通球受け部53の内周面は円盤の裏面側に向かってその断面積が大きくなるような傾斜面となっており、普通球受け部53に収納された遊技球はこの傾斜面を転動して円盤の裏面側から落下するように形成される。

なお、振り分け部材51の円盤の前面側には、回転軸54に形成される貫通孔以外の開口部は形成されず、前面側からは特別球受け部52及び普通球受け部53が何れの位置にあるかを視認することができないように形成される。

図4は、遊技球振り分け手段50の動力伝達機構の構成を示した断面模式図である。この遊技球振り分け手段50は、振り分け部材51及び報知部材55の共通の回転動力源であるステッピングモータ100と、このステッピングモータ100の回転動力を振り分け部材51と報知部材55とに分配するクラッチ102とを備える。

このクラッチ102は、枠体103と、この枠体103に回転可能に支持される略円筒形状の動力伝達部材105と、この動力伝達部材105の外周面に所定の締め付け力で嵌合される報知部材駆動ギア106及びこの報知部材駆動ギア106に一体に結合される係止板107とを備える。この報知部材駆動ギア106は、無負荷状態あるいは加わっている負荷が所定の値以下である場合には、締め付け力(動力伝達部材105との間の摩擦力)によって動力伝達部材105と一体となって回転するが、負荷が所定の値以上(摩擦力以上)である場合には、動力伝達部材105の回転とは独立して停止するように構成される。

前記係止板107は略円盤形状の部材で、その円盤面上の外周縁近傍には係止突起108が突設される。また、この係止板107の近傍には、強磁性体により形成され、枠体103との係合部111を支点に揺動可能な揺動板109と、この揺動板109を磁力により揺動させるソレノイド104が配設される。この揺動板109の一側には略「コ」の字形状の係止片110が形成されて係止板107の外周縁を囲むように配設されると共に、揺動板109の他の一側にはバネ112が枠体103との間に架設される。

この揺動板109は、ソレノイド104が消磁される状態においては、揺動板109がバネの付勢力により付勢され、係止板107には接触しないが係止突起108には干渉する位置に固定される。この状態で動力伝達部材105が回転すると、報知部材駆動ギア106及び係止板107は動力伝達部材105と一体となって回転しようとするが、係止板107の係止突起108が揺動板109の係止片110に引っ掛かるため、動力伝達部材105のみが回転し、報知部材駆動ギア及び係止板107は回転することができない。そしてソレノイド104を励磁すると、揺動板109がソレノイド104の磁力によりバネの付勢力に抗して揺動し、係止片110が係止板107及び係止板107上の係止突起108と干渉しない位置に移動して固定され、報知部材駆動ギア106および係止板107は動力伝達部材105と一体となって回転する。

そしてこのクラッチ102の動力伝達部材105の一端には、ステッピングモータ100の主軸101が挿入されて固定され、他の一端には振り分け部材駆動ギア113の回転軸114が挿入されて固定される。この振り分け部材駆動ギア113は振り分け部材51の回転軸54に嵌合・固定される振り分け部材従動ギア68と噛合しており、ステッピングモータ100の主軸101の回転を振り分け部材51に伝達するように構成される。また、報知部材駆動ギア106は報知部材従動ギア69と噛合してステッピングモータ100の主軸101の回転が報知部材55に伝達される。

ここで、振り分け部材駆動ギア113と振り分け部材従動ギア68のギア比、及び報知部材駆動ギア106と報知部材従動ギア69のギア比は同一の値に設定され、これによりソレノイド104が励磁している状態においては、振り分け部材51と報知部材55とは同一の回転速度で一体的に回転する。

また、振り分け部材位相報知部材66はその外周縁近傍に単数或いは複数の貫通孔が形成される円盤であり、この外周縁に対向して発光手段(例えばLED)と受光手段(例えばフォトトランジスタ)を備える振り分け部材位相検知センサ115が配設されて光学式のロータリエンコーダである特別球受け部位相検知手段117が構成され、これにより振り分け部材51に形成される特別球受け部52が何れの位置にあるかを検知できる。同様に、報知部材位相報知部材67もその外周縁近傍に単数或いは複数の貫通孔が形成される円盤であり、その外周縁に対向して発光手段及び受光手段を備える報知部材位相検知センサ116が配設されて報知部材位相検知手段118が構成され、報知部材55の本体56が何れの向きを指し示しているかを検知できる。なお、これら特別球受け部位相検知手段117及び報知部材位相検知手段118は、光学式のロータリエンコーダに限られるものではなく、公知の各種位相検知手段を適用することができる。

このような構成によれば、ステッピングモータ100は回転動力を伝達して振り分け部材51を回転させている間において、ソレノイド104を消磁して報知部材55の回転を停止させておき、特別球受け部位相検知手段117により検知される特別球受け部52の位置と、報知部材位相検知手段118により検知される報知部材55が指し示す向きとを照合手段510(図7参照)により比較照合して、振り分け部材51が回転して特別球受け部52の位置と報知部材55の指し示す向きとが一致した瞬間にソレノイド104を励磁すると、揺動板109がバネ112の付勢力に抗して揺動して係止突起108と係止片110との係合が解除され、報知部材55は特別球受け部52の位置を指し示す状態で振り分け部材51と一体的に回転を開始する。

次に、前記遊技球振り分け手段50を備えるパチンコ機の構成について説明する。図5はこのようなパチンコ機の正面図である。パチンコ機1は外枠2を備え、その外枠2の前面には前枠20が装着される。そしてこの前枠20の内側には遊技盤15が設けられ、その前面には遊技盤15の前面を覆う前扉3が開閉自在に設けられる。

そして前扉3の下方には、遊技球を貯留するための上受皿4が取り付けられ、この上受皿4上に貯留される遊技球はパチンコ機内部に配設される遊技球発射手段504(図示せず。図7参照)へ導かれるように構成される。また上受皿4の下方には、この上受皿4上に貯留される遊技球を移し替えて貯留するための下受皿5が設けられる。この上受皿4には球抜きボタン(図示せず)が配設され、この球抜きボタンを操作すると上受皿4上の遊技球が下受皿5に流下するように構成される。さらにこの下受皿5には、この下受皿5上の遊技球を外部に排出するための球抜きボタン(図示せず)が配設される。

下受皿5の右方には、上受皿4上に貯留される遊技球を遊技盤15に発射する遊技球発射ハンドル6が設けられ、この遊技球発射ハンドル6を回転させるように操作すると、遊技球発射手段504が遊技球を連続して弾発的に発射するように構成される。遊技球を発射する強さは遊技球発射ハンドル6の回転量により調整することができ、またこの遊技球発射ハンドル6に設けられるストップボタン(図示せず)を操作することにより遊技球の発射を停止できるため、遊技者は容易に任意の強さと間隔で遊技球を発射させることができる。

また、図柄表示手段232の右方には特別始動手段237(例えば特別始動装置)が配設される。この特別始動手段237は、頂部に入賞口241と背面に特別始動経路誘導孔242が形成される枠体239と、この枠体239内部に配設され、その外周面には略「U」字形状の球受け部240が形成される遊技球誘導部材238を備え、この遊技球誘導部材238が図示しない回転動力源により枠体239内部で所定の速度で回転(例えば1周を10秒で回転)するように構成される。遊技球が入賞口241に入賞すると遊技球誘導部材238の球受け部240に落入し、遊技球誘導部材238の回転に従って回転し、球受け部240と特別始動経路誘導孔242の位置が一致すると遊技球は特別始動経路誘導孔242から遊技盤裏面に配設される特別始動経路(図示せず)へ落下する。この構成は、前記遊技球振り分け手段50の普通球受け部53へ落入した遊技球が普通領域誘導孔64から普通領域へ落下する構成と略同一である。なお、この特別始動経路には遊技球検知手段506(図7参照)が配設されて遊技球の通過を検知する。

前記特別始動手段237の下方には特別入賞手段243(例えば特別入賞装置)が配設される。この特別入賞手段243は、遊技球の入賞口244と、この入賞口244を開閉を切り換える開閉部材249を備える。開閉部材249は例えば略方形で下辺を支点に前後に揺動するように動作して入賞口244を開閉する部材であり、例えば開閉部材249が前面側に振れた場合には入賞口244を開放して遊技球が入賞しやすい状態となり、遊技盤面側に振れた場合には入賞口244を覆って遊技球が入賞できなくなるように構成され、通常は入賞口244を覆った状態に維持される。この入賞口244にも図示しない遊技球検知手段507(図7参照)が配設されており、遊技球の通過を検知する。
