Claims (7)
- 内燃機関に噴射される高圧燃料を蓄圧するコモンレールと、吸入調量弁によって調量される燃料を加圧して上記コモンレールへ圧送する燃料供給ポンプと、上記コモンレールの圧力を検出する圧力センサと、該圧力センサで検出されるコモンレール圧力が目標圧力となるように上記吸入調量弁への印加電流を調整して上記コモンレールへの吐出量を制御する制御手段を備える内燃機関の燃料噴射制御装置において、
上記制御手段が、上記吸入調量弁への印加電流と吐出量の関係を表す基準特性線を記憶する記憶手段と、
複数の異なる釣り合い圧力点において上記吸入調量弁へ実際に印加した実印加電流値をそれぞれ検出する実印加電流値検出手段と、
上記基準特性線に基づいて、上記複数の釣り合い圧力点において本来釣り合うべき基準印加電流値をそれぞれ算出する基準印加電流値算出手段と、
上記複数の実印加電流値と上記基準特性線とで囲まれる面積と、上記複数の基準印加電流値と上記基準特性線とで囲まれる面積との比または差分を指標値として、上記基準特性線を補正する補正手段とを有することを特徴とする内燃機関の燃料噴射制御装置。 - 上記補正手段は、上記面積比または差分を指標値とする代わりに、上記複数の実印加電流値と上記複数の基準印加電流値の差分を指標値とする請求項1記載の内燃機関の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 上記実印加電流値検出手段は、上記コモンレールの目標圧力をP1 からP2 に変化させた時に、各圧力を釣り合わせる上記吸入調量弁への上記複数の実印加電流値I1 ’、I2 ’をそれぞれ検出し、
上記基準印加電流値検出手段は、各圧力に対し本来釣り合うべき上記複数の基準印加電流値I1 、I2 をそれぞれ算出するとともに、
上記補正手段は、これら実印加電流値I1 ’、I2 ’と、基準印加電流値I1 、I2 と、上記基準特性線から得られる上記指標値に基づいて回転補正量を算出し、この回転補正量を用いて上記基準特性線を回転変換することにより、傾き方向の補正を行う請求項1または2記載の内燃機関の燃料噴射制御装置。 - 上記回転補正量は、ある点を中心とした回転成分θであり、この回転成分θにより上記ある点を中心に上記基準特性線を回転変換させる請求項3記載の内燃機関の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 上記補正手段は、上記基準特性線を回転変換して得られた印加電流−吐出量特性線に基づいて、上記指標値を新たに算出し、この新たな指標値に基づく回転補正量を用いて上記印加電流−吐出量特性線を補正することを繰り返し行う請求項3または4記載の内燃機関の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 上記補正手段は、上記指標値が所定値Cm以下となったかどうかを判定する判定手段を有し、該判定手段が肯定判定されるまで、上記印加電流−吐出量特性線の補正を繰り返す請求項5記載の内燃機関の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 上記記憶手段は、上記判定手段が肯定判定された時点における上記印加電流−吐出量特性線を、新たな基準特性線として記憶する請求項6記載の内燃機関の燃料噴射制御装置。
