Claims (4)
- 内周に複列の外側転走面が形成された外方部材と、
外周に前記複列の外側転走面に対向する内側転走面が形成された内輪と、
この内輪と前記外方部材の転走面間に転動自在に収容された複数のボールとを備えた背面組合わせタイプの複列アンギュラ玉軸受において、
前記内輪に前記内側転走面の溝底径よりも僅かに大径に形成されたカウンター部が形成され、このカウンター径が、前記外方部材における外側転走面の溝底に前記ボールが収まった状態で、当該ボールの内接円径以下に設定されると共に、前記カウンター部とは別に前記内輪の脱落防止手段が設けられていることを特徴とする背面組合わせタイプの複列アンギュラ玉軸受。 - 前記複列アンギュラ玉軸受がハブ輪を備え、このハブ輪が、一端部に車輪取付フランジを一体に有し、外周に前記複列の外側転走面に対向する一方の内側転走面と、この内側転走面から軸方向に延びる小径段部が形成され、この小径段部に前記内輪が所定のシメシロを介して圧入されている請求項1に記載の背面組合わせタイプの複列アンギュラ玉軸受。
- 前記複列アンギュラ玉軸受が一対の内輪を備え、これら内輪の内径部に当該内輪の脱落を防止するための連結環が装着されている請求項1に記載の背面組合わせタイプの複列アンギュラ玉軸受。
- 前記カウンター部が、所定の形状・寸法に成形された研削砥石により前記内側転走面と同時に研削加工により形成されている請求項1乃至3いずれかに記載の背面組合わせタイプの複列アンギュラ玉軸受。
