Description
Claims (5)
- Zn−Ni合金めっき鋼板を陽極処理して製造された黒色化処理鋼板であって、
ハンターLab表色法でのL値が4.7以下、a値が0.5以下、且つb値が−0.9以下であることを特徴とする黒色化処理鋼板。 - 請求項1に記載の黒色化処理鋼板の表面に、酢酸ビニール、アクリル樹脂またはエポキシ樹脂の有機樹脂を含み、あるいはさらに金属イオンまたは防錆顔料を含む表面処理剤にて塗装処理を施した、ハンターLab表色法でのL値が15以下、a値が0.3以下で、且つb値が−0.2以下であることを特徴とする塗装黒色化処理鋼板。
- 塩素酸イオンを5〜100g/リットル、硫酸イオンを10〜300g/リットルを含む溶液中で、電気量を10〜300クーロン/dm2として、Zn−Ni合金めっき鋼板を陽極処理する黒色化処理鋼板の製造方法において、
前記溶液のpHを0.5〜1.1、液温を15℃以上30℃未満の範囲として、前記Zn−Ni合金めっき鋼板の溶解速度を100〜180g/m2・minの範囲に調整することを特徴とする黒色化処理鋼板の製造方法。 - 請求項3記載の陽極処理の後、さらに酢酸ビニール、アクリル樹脂またはエポキシ樹脂の有機樹脂を含み、あるいはさらに金属イオンまたは防錆顔料を含む表面処理剤にて塗装処理することを特徴とする塗装黒色化処理鋼板の製造方法。
- 請求項3記載の陽極処理により、請求項1記載の黒色化処理鋼板とし、さらに酢酸ビニール、アクリル樹脂またはエポキシ樹脂の有機樹脂を含み、あるいはさらに金属イオンまたは防錆顔料を含む表面処理剤にて塗装処理することにより請求項2記載の塗装黒色化処理鋼板を製造することを特徴とする塗装黒色化処理鋼板の製造方法。
