Claims (8)
- 互いに対向配置される第1基板及び第2基板と;
前記第1基板に形成される電子放出部と;
前記第1基板に形成されて、前記電子放出部の電子放出を制御する駆動電極と;
前記第2基板の一面に形成される蛍光層と;
前記蛍光層の一面に形成されるアノード電極と;
前記第1基板と前記第2基板との間に形成されるスペーサと;
前記第1基板上で前記駆動電極と絶縁されて形成されて、前記スペーサと電気的に連結される帯電防止電極と;
を含み、
前記帯電防止電極は、電子放出表示デバイスの駆動時間によって変化する可変電圧の印加を受けることを特徴とする、電子放出表示デバイス。 - 前記帯電防止電極は、前記第1基板の最上部に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電子放出表示デバイス。
- 前記駆動電極上で前記駆動電極と絶縁されて形成される集束電極をさらに含み、
前記帯電防止電極は、前記集束電極と同一な層で前記集束電極と離隔して形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電子放出表示デバイス。 - 前記帯電防止電極は、前記スペーサより小さい幅に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電子放出表示デバイス。
- 前記スペーサは、低抵抗接着層によって前記帯電防止電極上に付着されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電子放出表示デバイス。
- 前記スペーサは、ガラス及びセラミックのうちのいずれか一つからなる母体と、
前記母体の側面に形成されるコーティング層と、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電子放出表示デバイス。 - 前記帯電防止電極は、固定電圧の印加を受けることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電子放出表示デバイス。
- 前記電子放出部は、炭素ナノチューブ、黒鉛、黒鉛ナノファイバー、ダイヤモンド、ダイヤモンド状カーボン、C60、及びシリコンナノワイヤーからなる群より選択された少なくとも1つの物質を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電子放出表示デバイス。
