Description
硫化水素を含まない高純度ホスフィンガスと、窒素中に4.74ppmの硫化水素を含む硫化水素標準ガスとを使用し、両ガスの混合比を調節することにより、ホスフィン中に32〜160体積ppbの硫化水素を含む6種類の試験ガスを作製した。硫黄吸収液には0.03mol/Lの水酸化カリウム水溶液を使用し、酸化剤には過酸化水素水を使用した。

Claims (3)
- ホスフィン中に含まれる低濃度の硫化水素を分析する方法において、硫化水素を含むホスフィンを硫黄吸収液に接触させて該ホスフィン中の硫化水素を前記硫黄吸収液に硫黄イオンの状態で捕集した後、捕集後の硫黄イオンを酸化剤に接触させて硫酸イオンに変換し、次いで、生成した硫酸イオンを、イオンクロマトグラフで定量することによって前記硫化水素の濃度を算出することを特徴とする低濃度硫化水素の分析方法。
- 前記酸化剤は、過酸化水素水、過マンガン酸及びその塩類、重クロム酸及びその塩類、塩素酸及びその塩類、過塩素酸及びその塩類、亜塩素酸及びその塩類、次亜塩素酸及びその塩類、硝酸及びその塩類、亜硝酸及びその塩類、ヨウ素酸及びその塩類、過ヨウ素酸及びその塩類、酸素、オゾンの少なくとも一種であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の低濃度硫化水素の分析方法。
- 前記硫黄吸収液は、水酸化カリウム水溶液又は純水であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の低濃度硫化水素の分析方法。
