Claims (37)
- 連続高周波振動呼吸治療装置であって、
加圧された気体源と、
気体源からの流れを調整する減圧調整器と、
少なくとも1ヘルツ、多くとも15ヘルツの割合で連続した正の気体流を中断し、それによって気体流がほぼ一定の圧力振幅で拍動するようになる手段と、
流入及び流出を可能にするため雰囲気に対して開放した少なくとも1つの所定サイズの開口と、エアロゾルの同伴のために噴霧器に接続可能なエアロゾル同伴ポートとを有するシュラウドに入った固定ベンチュリ・チューブを組み込んだ患者インタフェース回路とを備え、
前記連続気体流中断手段が前記少なくとも1つの開口と組み合わされて、呼気を可能にし、患者の気道内にガスの連続的ボリュームが蓄積するのを防止するよう較正される装置。 - 気体流の調節と拍動率の調節とのうち少なくとも1つが工場で予め設定され、それにより最適設定の大部分が予め決定され、使用の単純さが最大限になる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 流入及び流出を増加させ、減少させるため、少なくとも1つの開口を部分的に閉塞することができる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記開口の不注意による閉塞を防止する手段をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 治療期間の終了時に前記装置を自動的にオフに切り換えること、及び治療期間が終了したことを患者に通知する警告を発することのうち少なくとも一方を実行することができるタイミング器具をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置の使用を追跡し、それによって患者と呼吸治療とのコンプライアンスを確認することができる手段をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 患者インタフェース回路に接続された噴霧器に薬剤を給送することができる元となる薬剤リザーバをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの開口が、主に気体の入口用に指定されており、同伴される気体の内容を制御するために指定された気体源に接続され、少なくとも1つの開口が、主に気体の出口用に指定されており、排出気体を収集する、雰囲気に対して開放であるリザーバに接続される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記患者インタフェース回路が、人工呼吸器回路につながること、及びそれに組み込まれることのうち少なくとも一方である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記加圧気体が装置内の電子コンプレッサから供給される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 装置の構成要素のうち少なくとも幾つかが、装置の他の構成要素との適合性を示す識別器具を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記識別手段が、高周波識別(RFID)タグ器具及びRFIDトランシーバ器具の少なくとも一方を備える、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 連続高周波振動呼吸治療装置とともに使用する患者インタフェース回路であって、
患者インタフェース回路を連続高周波振動呼吸治療装置につなげる手段と、
流入及び流出を可能にするため雰囲気に対して開放した少なくとも1つの所定サイズの開口と、エアロゾルの同伴のために噴霧器に接続可能なエアロゾル同伴ポートとを有するシュラウドに入った固定ベンチュリ・チューブとを備え、
患者インタフェース回路の前記少なくとも1つの開口が、連続高周波振動呼吸治療装置とともに、呼気を可能にして、患者の気道内に気体の連続的ボリュームが蓄積するのを防止するよう較正される患者インタフェース回路。 - 連続高周波振動呼吸治療装置であって、
加圧された気体源と、
気体源からの流れを調整する減圧調整器と、
少なくとも1ヘルツ、多くとも15ヘルツの所定の予め設定した割合で連続した正の気体流を中断し、それによって気体流がほぼ一定の圧力振幅で拍動するようになる手段と、
流入及び流出を可能にするため雰囲気に対して開放した少なくとも1つの所定サイズの開口と、エアロゾルの同伴のために噴霧器に接続可能なエアロゾル同伴ポートとを有するシュラウドに入ったベンチュリ・チューブを組み込んだ患者インタフェース回路とを備え、
前記連続気体流中断手段が前記少なくとも1つの開口と組み合わされて、呼気を可能にし、患者の気道内にガスの連続的ボリュームが蓄積するのを防止するよう較正される装置。 - 前記装置への気体流調節が、工場で予め設定される、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 流入及び流出を増加及び減少させるために少なくとも1つの開口を部分的に閉塞することができる、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記開口の不注意による閉塞を防止する手段をさらに含む、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 治療期間の終了時に前記装置を自動的にオフに切り換えること、及び治療期間が終了したことを患者に通知する警告を発することのうち少なくとも一方を実行することができるタイミング器具をさらに含む、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記装置の使用を追跡し、それによって患者と呼吸治療とのコンプライアンスを確認することができる手段をさらに含む、請求項14に記載の装置。
