本発明は、固定保持用の外枠に前方に横開き開閉可能に組み付けられた前枠と、この前枠に設けられた収容枠に前枠の後方から収容保持される遊技盤と、前枠の後方に組み付けられ遊技提供時に前記遊技盤の後面側を覆って閉止保持される裏セット盤とを備えた遊技機に関し、なお詳細には裏セット盤を前枠後方に開放させた姿勢で保持させる裏セット盤の開放保持機構に関する。

【従来の技術】
上記のような外枠、前枠、遊技盤および裏セット盤を備えた遊技機として、パチンコ機やアレンジボール機、雀球機などが広く知られている。この種の遊技機の代表例とされるパチンコ機では、遊技施設の遊技島に固定される固定保持用の外枠に、開閉搭載用の前枠が前枠ヒンジ機構を介して前方に横開き開閉可能に取り付けられ、この前枠に設けられた収容枠に遊技盤が着脱可能に収容保持されて、遊技盤の前方を覆うガラス窓を通して遊技盤前面の遊技領域を遊技者に臨ませている。なお遊技盤の着脱形態には、遊技盤を前枠の前方から着脱する遊技盤前方着脱と、前枠の後方から着脱する遊技盤後方着脱の二つの形態があり、いずれかの形態が採用されている。遊技盤の後方には、遊技盤から排出される遊技済み球を処理する処理機構や、入賞状態に応じて遊技球を払い出す賞球機構等を備えた裏セット盤(裏機構盤とも称される)が組み付けられ、常には遊技盤の後面側を覆って閉止保持されている。

ここで、遊技盤の後面側には入賞球を検出する入賞検出器や電動入賞具を開閉させる電磁石、大入賞口を開閉させるソレノイドなど各種の電気部品や可動部品があり、裏セット盤の前面側には遊技済み球の処理通路や球抜き通路など複数の球通路が形成されている。このため、上記した遊技盤の収容形態の如何に拘わらず、遊技盤の後面側および裏セット盤の前面側に対して保守点検や球通路の清掃作業を行う必要がある。また遊技盤後方脱着形態のパチンコ機では遊技盤の着脱を前枠の後面側から行う必要がある。このため、裏セット盤は前枠の後方に開閉可能に取り付けられるものが多く、一般的には、前枠ヒンジ機構と同じ一側縁(例えば左側縁)の上下に設けられた前枠側ヒンジ部材および裏セット盤側ヒンジ部材の軸ピンと軸孔との嵌合を利用した裏セット盤ヒンジ機構により着脱および横開き開閉が可能に組み付けられ、前枠を外枠の前方に開放した状態で裏セット盤を前枠の後方に開放して上記各部の保守点検や清掃作業を行えるように構成されている。

ところが、後方に開放された裏セット盤は、一側縁上下の裏セット盤ヒンジ機構により片持ち支持されて自由に揺動し得る状態であり、遊技島に微少な後傾角度姿勢で固定された外枠の設置傾き角度(一般に1度以下の後傾角度)により、辛うじて外枠側に付勢されているにすぎない。このため、遊技盤の後面側の保守作業中に閉鎖方向に揺動してきたり、裏セット盤の前面側の保守作業中に前後に揺動したりして煩わしいという問題があった。そこで、このような問題を解決するため、裏セット盤を開放したときに、開いた裏セット盤を開放状態に保持させる開放保持機構が提案されている(例えば、特許文献1を参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
確かに、上記特許文献1に開示された裏セット盤の開放保持機構によれば、裏セット盤を開放状態に保持させることができ、従来問題とされた作業性を改善することができる。しかしながら、このような構成の開放保持機構では、裏セット盤を開放保持できる開き角は、前枠ヒンジ機構と裏セット盤ヒンジ機構との位置関係等により、一般に裏セット盤における反ヒンジ側の後面が側枠杆の前面に当接する開き角までに制限される。このため、遊技盤後方の作業領域は裏セット盤の厚さが厚いほど狭くなり、作業領域を拡大して欲しいという要望や、裏セット盤の厚さによらず確保して欲しいという要望があった。一方、前枠をさらに前方に開くことで前枠と裏セット盤との相対角度を増大させ、これにより作業領域を拡大できそうであるが、開放される側に隣接するパチンコ機の作業領域がその分減殺され、また斜めに入り組んだ作業領域となるため、却って作業性を悪化させてしまうという問題があった。

本発明は、上記のような従来技術の問題や開示技術に対する要望等に鑑みてなされたものであり、遊技盤後方の作業領域を拡大して遊技盤の後面各部および裏セット盤の前面各部に対する保守点検や清掃作業などを容易に行える裏セット盤の開放保持機構を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的達成のため、本発明は、固定保持用の外枠と、この外枠に互いの一側縁側に設けられた前枠ヒンジ機構を介して前方に横開き開閉可能に組み付けられた開閉搭載用の前枠と、前面に遊技領域を有し前枠に設けられた収容枠に前枠の後方から収容保持される遊技盤と、前枠の後方に組み付けられ遊技提供時に遊技盤の後面側を覆って閉止保持される裏セット盤とを備えた遊技機に関するものである。そのうえで、この遊技機における裏セット盤は、前枠ヒンジ機構と同じ一側縁側の前枠および裏セット盤に設けられた前枠側ヒンジ部材と裏セット盤側ヒンジ部材とからなる裏セット盤ヒンジ機構により前枠の後方に横開き開閉および開放された状態で前枠方向にスライド移動が可能に組み付けられ、前枠が外枠の前方に開放されかつ裏セット盤が前枠の後方に開放され前枠方向にスライド移動された状態で裏セット盤がさらに外枠方向に開放されたときに、裏セット盤はその回動半径がスライド量に応じて減少するため、外枠は当該裏セット盤の後面側を収容可能に形成される。そして、裏セット盤および外枠には、裏セット盤の後面側が外枠の枠内に収容された開放姿勢で裏セット盤を仮止めする係合連結構造が設けられて裏セット盤の開放保持機構が構成される。

このような構成の開放保持機構では、裏セット盤が裏セット盤ヒンジ機構により前枠の後方に横開き開閉および開放された状態で前枠方向にスライド移動可能に組み付けられる一方、外枠には裏セット盤が前枠方向にスライド移動された状態でさらに外枠方向に開放されたときに、裏セット盤の後面側を収容可能に形成されている。すなわち、裏セット盤は、裏セット盤を開放させて前枠方向にスライド移動させることで揺動端側(反ヒンジ側)の回動半径をスライド移動量に応じて減少させることができ、また外枠はスライド移動によって回動半径が削減された裏セット盤の後面と当接することなく受容して、裏セット盤の後面側を枠内に収容可能に形成されている。そして、後面側が外枠の枠内に収容された裏セット盤は、このようにして大きく開かれた開放姿勢で、例えば前述した開放保持機構に用いられた公知の掛止フック形態の係合連結構造や、後に実施例で詳細に説明する上下かみ合い形態の係合連結構造により仮止めされる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の好ましい実施形態について添付図面を参照しながら説明する。本発明を適用した遊技機の一例として、図1にパチンコ機PMの正面図を、図2にパチンコ機PMの背面図を、図3に外枠を取り外して裏セット盤を開放した状態におけるパチンコ機PMの背面図を示しており、まずこれらの図面を参照してパチンコ機PMの全体概要について説明する。

パチンコ機PMは、外郭方形枠サイズに構成された固定保持用の外枠10の前面側に、この外枠10の前側開口面域に合わせた方形枠サイズに構成された開閉搭載用の前枠20が互いの左側縁上下に配設された前枠ヒンジ機構3(3U,3L)で前方に横開き開閉および着脱が可能に取り付けられ、正面右側に設けられた施錠装置4を利用して常には外枠10と係合された閉鎖状態に保持される。外枠10は木材や樹脂材等で成形加工された上下の枠板11,14および左右の枠板12,13を直角に枠組み連結すると共に、各隅角部に補強金具を固定して構成される。

前枠20の前面上部には、前枠20の前側面域に合わせた方形状のガラス扉5および上球皿6が前方に横開き開閉および着脱可能に取り付けられ、その下方には遊技球を貯留する下球皿7および遊技球の発射操作を行う発射ハンドル8が取り付けられている。一方、前枠20の後面側上部には、ガラス扉5の背後に位置して遊技盤30を収容保持する収容枠21が設けられている。なお、収容枠には遊技盤30を前枠20の前面側から収容する遊技盤前方着脱タイプの収容枠と後面側から収容する遊技盤後方着脱タイプの収容枠があり、また収容枠21を前枠20に一体に形成したタイプと別体で形成したタイプがあるが、本実施例では遊技盤30を前枠20の後面側から収容する遊技盤後方着脱形態の収容枠21を前枠20に一体成型したタイプを示す。

遊技盤30は、基板となる化粧板(ベニヤとも称される)31の前面側に内外の案内レールに囲まれて略円形の遊技領域PAが区画形成され、その内側に多数本の遊技釘や各種入賞具34、画像表示装置35等が所定のゲージ設定に基づいて配設されている。遊技領域PAの下端にはこの領域を入賞せずに落下した遊技球を化粧板31の裏面側に排出するアウト口37が設けられている。

これにより、遊技盤30が収容枠21に後方に横開き開閉および着脱可能に収容され、比較的重量の遊技盤であっても収容枠21の後方から容易に着脱させることができる。また、遊技盤側ヒンジ金具52が化粧板31から外周方向に突出しないように配設されるため、遊技盤30を単体で取り扱う時に周辺部材に引っ掛けて当該周辺部材に損傷を与えたりたり、遊技盤ヒンジ金具52を変形させてしまうおそれを低減することができる。なお遊技盤30を揺動閉止させ収容枠21に収容させた状態では、化粧板31が収容枠21の左右の枠壁に挟まれて左右方向に作用する外力に抗するとともに、左右方向に配向されたヒンジ溝52cとヒンジピン51cとの係合によってヒンジ溝52cと直交する前後方向に作用する外力に対しても抗力が高い構成になっている。
