【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、所定の遊技領域が形成された遊技盤を着脱可能に収容する枠部材と、この枠部材に収容された遊技盤を収容姿勢に固定保持する固定機構とを備え、固定機構により遊技盤が固定保持された状態で遊技に供される遊技機に関し、さらに詳細にはこのような遊技機において遊技盤の着脱作業を容易化した遊技盤の仮支持機構に関する。

【従来の技術】
上記のような遊技機としてパチンコ機、アレンジボール機、いわゆる雀球遊技機などがある。この種の遊技機の代表例として例示されるパチンコ機では、案内レールで囲まれた遊技領域内に多数本の遊技釘や風車、種々の入賞具等が所定のゲージ設定で配設された遊技盤を有し、この遊技盤の遊技領域に打球発射装置から遊技球を打ち出して入賞具に落入させ入賞条件に応じた賞球の払出を受けることで、その賞球の増減を通して遊技を展開するように構成されている。

遊技盤は、上下の球皿や打球発射装置の操作ハンドルなどが設けられた前枠の前面側もしくは裏面側、または、遊技球を貯留するタンク部材や球払出装置などの賞球機構が設けられて前枠の裏側に配設される裏機構枠の前面側などに取り付けられ、前枠の前面側に横開き開閉可能に取り付けられたガラス扉を通して遊技領域を遊技者に臨ませるように構成される。

ここで、遊技盤の取付構造は、機種変更時における組み立て工程の対応の迅速化や遊技施設における遊技盤の交換作業容易化等のため着脱交換可能に構成することが望ましい。このため、例えば、遊技盤を遊技機の正面側から前枠の前面側に着脱させる形態(本明細書において便宜的に「前枠前方着脱形態」という)の遊技機にあっては、ガラス扉の背後に位置する前枠の前面側に遊技盤の外形寸法よりもわずかに大きめな枠寸法を有する額縁状の収容枠を設けて前枠の前方から遊技盤を着脱可能に収容させるとともに、この収容枠に遊技盤を固定する固定機構を設け、収容枠に収容された遊技盤を固定保持するように構成されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、上記のような従来の遊技盤取付構造では、作業者が遊技盤を収容枠に収容させた後、固定機構により遊技盤を固定保持させるまでの間は、遊技盤が収容枠に収められただけの状態であり、例えば上記した前枠前方着脱形態の遊技機にあっては、遊技盤を後方に押圧する押圧力を緩めると遊技盤の上部が前方に倒れ出てきたり遊技盤の下部が前方に滑り出てきて、遊技盤を落下させてしまったり遊技盤の裏面側に接続したコネクタケーブルを破損させてしまうおそれ等があった。

このため、作業者は遊技盤を収容枠に収容させた後、片方の手で遊技盤を押さえながら他方の手で固定機構を操作して遊技盤の固定作業を行わざるを得ず、熟練作業者にとっても作業が繁雑であるという問題があった。特に遊技機を遊技施設に設置した後の盤面交換作業は遊技盤の着脱を習熟していない作業者が行うことが多く、このような作業者であっても容易かつ安全に遊技盤の着脱交換を行うことができる遊技機が求められていた。

本発明は、上記のような問題に鑑みて成されたものであり、遊技盤の着脱作業を容易化して作業性を向上させた遊技機を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため、本発明は、遊技釘および入賞具を有して所定の遊技領域が形成された遊技盤と、この遊技盤を収容可能な収容空間を有した枠状に形成され、遊技領域をガラス扉に臨むようにして収容空間内に遊技盤を着脱可能に収容する枠部材(例えば実施形態における前枠2)と、枠部材に収容した状態の遊技盤を枠部材に仮止めもしくは固定保持する仮支持固定機構とを備え、遊技盤が枠部材に収容されて固定された状態で遊技に供される遊技機において、仮支持固定機構が仮止め金具および固定金具を有して構成されるとともに、枠部材に一体に回動可能となって取り付けられて構成される。そして、仮止め金具は片持ち状に突出し先端側に係止部を有した弾性変形可能な仮止めアームを備えて構成され、仮支持固定機構の回動に応じて、仮止めアームが収容空間内に向く仮止め位置に回動移動可能であり、仮止め位置において仮止めアームを収容空間から外方に向かって弾性変形させて収容空間内に遊技盤を着脱可能であり、収容空間内に遊技盤を収容した状態で仮止めアームの弾性変形を戻すことにより係止部が遊技盤に係止して遊技盤を仮止め支持するように構成されている。また、固定金具は片持ち状に延びたレバー部を備えて構成され、仮支持固定機構の回動に応じて、レバー部が収容空間内に突出して収容空間内に収容した遊技盤と係止して遊技盤を取り出し不能に固定保持する固定位置と、レバー部が収容空間から外れた位置に位置して遊技盤の着脱を許容する開放位置とに回動移動可能なように構成されており、仮止めアームが仮止め位置に位置するように仮支持固定機構の回動位置を設定したときにレバー部が開放位置に位置する

上記構成の仮支持機構では、仮支持固定機構が仮止め金具および固定金具を有して構成されるとともに、枠部材に一体に回動可能となって取り付けられており、遊技盤を着脱するに際して仮止めアームが仮止め位置に位置するように仮支持固定機構の回動位置を設定したときに固定金具のレバー部が開放位置に位置する。この仮止め位置では、仮止めアームを収容空間から外方に向かって弾性変形させるだけで遊技盤が収容枠に着脱可能な状態になり、仮止め部材が枠部材に収容された遊技盤と弾性的に係脱可能に係合して遊技盤を収容姿勢で仮止め支持する。このため、仮止め部材を仮止め位置に位置させて遊技盤を収容させると、遊技盤が仮止め部材と係合して収容姿勢に仮止め支持され、作業者が手を離しても遊技盤が収容姿勢のまま保持される。従って、作業者が遊技盤を押さえていなくても遊技盤が傾動したり滑り出たりするようなことがなく、熟練作業者でなくとも容易かつ安全に盤面交換を行うことができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の好ましい実施形態について図面を参照しながら説明する。本発明に係る遊技盤の仮支持機構を備えた遊技機の代表例として、遊技盤を遊技機の正面側から前枠の前面側に着脱する前枠前方着脱形態のパチンコ機PMを図1および図2に示しており、まず、これら両図を参照しながらパチンコ機PMの全体構成について要約説明する。ここで、図1はパチンコ機PMを正面側から見た正面図、図2はパチンコ機PMを裏面側から見た背面図である。なお、図2では遊技盤の裏面中央部の記載を省略している。

前枠2の上部には、後に詳述する収容枠10が形成されており、この収容枠10に遊技盤20が固定保持されてその前面域がガラス扉5に臨むように配設される。遊技盤20は所定形状にルータ加工された厚さ19mm程度の積層合板の表面にセルを貼り付けた化粧板(ベニヤとも称される)21を基板として構成される。化粧板21の前面側には、帯状の外レール24aおよび内レール24bが円弧状に固設され、これらの案内レール24a,24bで囲まれた内側に遊技領域PAが区画される。遊技領域PAには、多数本の遊技釘とともにランプ風車25aや一般風車25b等の風車25、一般入賞具26aや始動入賞具26b並びに大入賞口を備えたアタッカー26c等の入賞具26、および遊技の進行状況に応じて所定の図柄を表示させる図柄表示装置28などが取り付けられ、遊技領域PAの下端には入賞具26に入賞せずに落下した遊技球を遊技盤20の裏面側に排出させるアウト口27が設けられている。案内レール24a,24bの外側には効果照明を行うためのランプ具23が取り付けられている。

なお、実施例では係止金具における係止辺部51bをベース部51aに対して直角に折り曲げ、係止辺部51bの後面と収容枠10の後端面との間の前後方向寸法が化粧板21の板厚と略同一の間隔を有して鉛直上方に突出する形態を例示したが、係止機構50は係る形態に限定されるものではなく、化粧板21の下端部を係止可能なものであればよい。例えば、実施例と同様の係止金具を配設する場合にあっては、係止辺部の下部で収容枠の後端面との間に化粧板21の板厚よりも幾分大きめの間隔を有し、係止辺部の上部で収容枠の後端面との間に化粧板21の板厚よりも幾分小さめの間隔を有して係止辺部51bをベース部51aに対して直角よりも小さい角度に折り曲げ、やや後傾姿勢で突出させる形態としてもよい。このような形態の係止機構では、化粧板21の板厚に多少のばらつきがあっても係止金具が弾性的に吸収し、化粧板との間に隙間が生じたり係止金具に過大な応力を発生させたりすることがない。
