【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、所定の遊技領域が形成された遊技盤を遊技機の裏面側から着脱可能に収容する枠部材と、この枠部材に収容された遊技盤を収容姿勢に固定保持する固定機構とを備え、固定機構により遊技盤が固定保持された状態で遊技に供される遊技機における遊技盤の固定装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
上記のような遊技機としてパチンコ機、アレンジボール機、いわゆる雀球遊技機などがある。この種の遊技機の代表例として例示されるパチンコ機では、案内レールで囲まれた遊技領域内に多数本の遊技釘や風車、種々の入賞具等が所定のゲージ設定で配設された遊技盤を有し、この遊技盤の遊技領域に打球発射装置から遊技球を打ち出して入賞具に落入させ入賞条件に応じた賞球の払出を受けることで、その賞球の増減を通して遊技を展開するように構成されている。

遊技盤は、上下の球皿や打球発射装置の操作ハンドルなどが設けられた前枠の前面側もしくは裏面側、または、遊技球を貯留するタンク部材や球払出装置などの賞球機構が設けられて前枠の裏側に配設される裏機構枠の前面側もしくは裏面側などに取り付けられ、前枠の前面側に横開き開閉可能に取り付けられたガラス扉を通して遊技領域を遊技者に臨ませるように構成される。

ここで、遊技盤は機種変更時における組み立て工程の対応の迅速化や遊技施設における盤面交換作業の容易化等の要請から着脱交換可能に構成することが望ましい。このため、例えば、遊技盤を遊技機の裏面側から前枠に着脱させる形態(本明細書において便宜的に「前枠後方着脱形態」という)の遊技機にあっては、ガラス扉の背後に位置する前枠の裏面側に遊技盤の外形寸法よりもわずかに大きめな枠寸法を有する額縁状の収容枠を形成して前枠の後方から遊技盤を着脱可能に収容させるとともに、この収容枠に遊技盤を固定する固定機構を設けて収容された遊技盤を固定保持するように構成されている。

そして、収容枠の背後には収容枠に固定保持された遊技盤から排出されるアウト球やセーフ球等の遊技済み球を処理する処理機構や入賞条件に応じて遊技球の払い出し処理を行う球払出装置などの賞球機構等が設けられた裏機構枠が、遊技盤の裏面を覆うように横開き開閉可能に取り付けられ、常には遊技盤の裏面を覆う閉鎖姿勢に保持されて遊技に供される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ここで、裏機構枠には上記のような遊技球の処理機構や賞球機構などが設けらており、固定機構の構成部材が遊技盤の裏面よりも後方に突出して配設されるとこれを回避するために裏機構枠の構成が複雑化するという問題がある。特に、裏機構枠の上部には遊技球を貯留するタンク部材や、タンク部材から供給される遊技球を球払出装置に導く整列樋部材(タンクレールとも称される)などが配設されており、この領域に固定機構が突出して配設されると裏機構枠の構成が複雑化するのみならず、遊技球の円滑な流下を妨げて機能上の問題を生じるおそれもある。このため、従来の遊技機では、一般に遊技盤の固定機構が収容枠の左右枠部に設けられており、例えば左右の枠部に2カ所ずつ固定金具を設けて遊技盤(化粧板)を前方に押圧し、額縁状に形成した収容枠に固定保持させていた。しかしながら、このような従来の固定装置では、遊技盤の上辺中央部の固定が不十分になりやすく、遊技機のなかには遊技盤の上辺中央部が収容枠から浮き上がった不安定な状態で使用されているものも見出されるという問題があった。

本発明は、このような問題に鑑みて成されたものであり、裏機構枠などの構成を複雑化させたり遊技球の流下を妨げたりすることなく、かつ、遊技盤を安定、確実に固定可能な遊技盤の固定装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため、本発明は、遊技釘および入賞具を有して所定の遊技領域が形成された遊技盤と、この遊技盤を収容可能な収容空間を有した枠状に形成され、遊技領域を前面側に取り付けられたガラス扉に臨むようにして後面側から収容空間内に遊技盤を着脱可能に収容する枠部材(例えば実施形態における前枠2)と、枠部材に収容した状態の遊技盤を枠部材に仮止めもしくは固定保持する仮支持固定機構と、収容空間内に遊技盤を収容保持した枠部材を後面側から覆って取り付けられる裏機構盤とを備え、遊技盤が枠部材に収容されて固定された状態で遊技に供される遊技機における遊技盤の固定装置に関するものである。そのうえで、上記仮支持固定機構が仮止め金具および固定金具を有して構成されるとともに、枠部材の後面側に一体に回動可能となって取り付けられており、遊技盤が収容空間内に収容保持された状態で遊技盤の後面における仮支持固定機構に近接する端部位置に、前面側に窪んだ機構係合部が形成されており、仮止め金具は片持ち状に突出し先端側に係止部を有した弾性変形可能な仮止めアームを備えて構成され、仮支持固定機構の回動に応じて、仮止めアームが収容空間内に向く仮止め位置に回動移動可能であり、仮止め位置において仮止めアームを収容空間から外方に向かって弾性変形させて収容空間内に遊技盤を着脱可能であり、収容空間内に遊技盤を収容した状態で仮止めアームの弾性変形を戻すことにより係止部が機構係合部に後面側から係止して遊技盤を仮止め支持するように構成されており、固定金具は片持ち状に延びたレバー部を備えて構成され、仮支持固定機構の回動に応じて、レバー部が収容空間内に突出して収容空間内に収容した機構係合部に後面側から係止して遊技盤を取り出し不能に固定保持する固定位置と、レバー部が収容空間から外れた位置に位置して遊技盤の着脱を許容する開放位置とに回動移動可能なように構成されている。さらに、仮止めアームが仮止め位置に位置するように仮支持固定機構の回動位置を設定したときにレバー部が開放位置に位置するように構成されており、遊技盤が収容空間内に収容保持されるとともに仮支持固定機構により固定保持された状態において、仮支持固定機構は遊技盤の後面より前面側に位置して裏機構盤を枠部材および遊技盤の後面に重ねて配置できるように構成されている。

上記構成の仮支持機構では、仮支持固定機構が仮止め金具および固定金具を有して構成されるとともに、枠部材に一体に回動可能となって取り付けられており、遊技盤を着脱するに際して仮止めアームが仮止め位置に位置するように仮支持固定機構の回動位置を設定したときに固定金具のレバー部が開放位置に位置する。この仮止め位置では、仮止めアームを収容空間から外方に向かって弾性変形させるだけで遊技盤が収容枠に着脱可能な状態になり、仮止め部材が枠部材に収容された遊技盤と弾性的に係脱可能に係合して遊技盤を収容姿勢で仮止め支持する。このため、仮止め部材を仮止め位置に位置させて遊技盤を収容させると、遊技盤が仮止め部材と係合して収容姿勢に仮止め支持され、作業者が手を離しても遊技盤が収容姿勢のまま保持される。従って、作業者が遊技盤を押さえていなくても遊技盤が傾動したり滑り出たりするようなことがなく、熟練作業者でなくとも容易かつ安全に盤面交換を行うことができる。
さらに、遊技盤が収容空間内に収容保持されるとともに仮支持固定機構により固定保持された状態において、仮支持固定機構は遊技盤の後面より前面側に位置して裏機構盤を枠部材および遊技盤の後面に重ねて配置できるように構成されている。このため、遊技盤の背後に配設される裏機構枠等の構成を複雑化させたり遊技球の流下を妨げたりすることない固定装置を提供することができる。

なお、上記「枠部材」とは、遊技盤を着脱可能に収容して遊技領域をガラス扉に臨むように配設させる部材をいい、例えば、遊技盤を収容する収容枠が前枠の裏面側に設けられる場合(前枠前方着脱形態の遊技機)における前枠や、収容枠が裏機構枠の裏面側に設けられる場合(裏機構枠後方着脱形態の遊技機)における裏機構枠などをいう。また「収容姿勢」とは遊技盤を枠部材の内側に位置させた姿勢をいい、遊技盤を枠部材の内部に位置させた収容姿勢から、固定手段によって遊技盤を固定保持させる過程で押圧力等により遊技盤が一定程度変位するような場合における変位前の姿勢を含む概念である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の好ましい実施形態について図面を参照しながら説明する。本発明に係る遊技盤の固定装置を備えた遊技機の代表例として、遊技盤を遊技機の裏面側から前枠の裏面側に着脱する前枠後方着脱形態のパチンコ機PMを図1および図2に示しており、まず、これら両図を参照しながらパチンコ機PMの全体構成について要約説明する。ここで、図1はパチンコ機PMを正面側から見た正面図、図2はパチンコ機PMを裏面側から見た背面図である。なお、図2では遊技盤の裏面中央部の記載を省略している。

パチンコ機PMは、外郭方形枠サイズに構成されて縦向きの固定保持枠をなす外枠1の開口前面に、これに合わせた方形枠サイズに構成されて開閉搭載枠をなす前枠2が互いの左側縁に配設された上下のヒンジ機構3a,3bにより横開き開閉および着脱が可能に取り付けられ、常には右側縁に設けられた施錠装置4を利用して外枠1に閉鎖施錠された状態で保持される。

前枠2の正面側には、前枠2の前面域に合わせた方形状のガラス扉5と、遊技球を貯留する球皿部を有して横長方形状の上球皿6とが、ともに左側縁に内蔵されたヒンジ機構により横開き開閉および着脱が可能に組付けられ、常には施錠装置4および図示省略するロック機構を利用して前枠2の前面を覆う閉止状態で保持される。ガラス扉5の中央部にはポリカーボネート板やガラス板等の透明板材5a,5bが取り付けられており、背後に位置する遊技盤20を透視可能になっている。前枠2の下部には遊技球を貯留する下球皿7設けられ、この下球皿7と並んで遊技球の発射操作を行う操作ハンドル8が取り付けられている。

前枠2の上部には、後に詳述する収容枠10が形成されており、この収容枠10に遊技盤20が固定保持されてその前面域がガラス扉5に臨むように配設される。遊技盤20は所定形状にルータ加工された厚さ19mm程度の積層合板の表面にセルを貼り付けた化粧板(ベニヤとも称される)21を基板として構成される。化粧板21の前面側には、帯状の外レール24aおよび内レール24bが円弧状に固設され、これらの案内レール24a,24bで囲まれた内側に遊技領域PAが区画される。遊技領域PAには、多数本の遊技釘とともにランプ風車25aや一般風車25b等の風車25、一般入賞具26aや始動入賞具26b並びに大入賞口を備えたアタッカー26c等の入賞具26、および遊技の進行状況に応じて所定の図柄を表示させる図柄表示装置28などが取り付けられ、遊技領域PAの下端には入賞具26に入賞せずに落下した遊技球を遊技盤20の裏面側に排出させるアウト口27が設けられている。案内レール24a,24bの外側には効果照明を行うためのランプ具23が取り付けられている。

また、化粧板21の前面側の下端角部は斜めにカットされて逃げ面42eが形成されており、遊技盤20を傾斜させた姿勢で容易に挿抜できるとともに、係止金具51に無理な応力を発生させないようになっている。さらに、係止金具51には当接辺部51bが形成され端面支持部12bの下面に当接支持されるように構成されている。このため、係止辺部51cを後方に傾ける力が作用して弾性変形したときに、相対的に上向きに揺動される当接辺部51bがこの力を下方枠部12に伝達して支持させ、固定辺部51aに作用する力を軽減させるように作用する。従って、ネジ58を介してボス12cに過大な曲げモーメントや引っ張り力が作用しにくく、ボス12cの破断やネジ受容部の損傷等を生じにくい構成になっている。また、係止金具51を屈曲形成して遊技補助盤に固定することにより、係止金具を直接端面支持部に取り付ける構成と比較して弾性変形可能な領域長を長く取ることができ、柔軟かつ塑性変形しにくい係止機構を小型に構成することができる。

なお、実施例では係止金具における係止辺部51cを当接辺部51bに対して直角に折り曲げ、前面支持部12aとの間に化粧板21の板厚と略同一の間隔を有して鉛直上方に突出させる形態を例示したが、係止機構50は係る形態に限定されるものではなく、化粧板21の下端部を係止可能なものであればよい。例えば、実施例と同様の係止金具を配設する場合にあっては、係止辺部の下部で前面支持部12aとの間に化粧板21の板厚よりも幾分大きめの間隔を有し、係止辺部の上部で前面支持部12aとの間に化粧板21の板厚よりも幾分小さめの間隔を有するように係止辺部51cを当接辺部51bに対して直角よりも小さい角度に折り曲げ、やや前傾姿勢で突出させる形態としてもよい。このような形態の係止機構では、化粧板21の板厚に多少のばらつきがあっても係止金具が弾性的に吸収し、化粧板との間に隙間が生じたりボス12cに過大な負荷を作用させたりすることがない。
