TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a front frame assembled to a fixed holding outer frame so as to be openable and closable, a game board stored and held in the front frame, and a back set assembled to the front frame so as to be openable and closable rearward. The present invention relates to a gaming machine having a board and, more particularly, to an open holding mechanism of the gaming machine suitable for maintenance and inspection of the gaming board.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Pachinko machines, arrangement ball machines, sparrow ball machines, and the like are widely known as game machines provided with the outer frame, the front frame, the game board, and the back set board as described above. In a pachinko machine which is a representative example of this type of gaming machine, a front frame as an open / close mounting frame is attached to a fixed holding outer frame fixed to a game island of a game facility so as to be openable and closable. A game board having a game area on the front side is detachably housed and held, and the player faces the game area through a glass window covering the front of the game board. In addition, the accommodation mode of the game board with respect to the front frame, there are two forms of the game board front attachment and detachment that attaches and detaches the game board from the front side of the front frame, and the game board rear attachment and detachment that attaches and detaches from the rear side of the front frame. Is adopted. Behind the game board, there is a processing mechanism that processes game balls that have been played such as out balls and safe balls discharged from the game board, and a prize ball mechanism that pays out game balls according to the winning state in the game board. A back set board (also referred to as a back mechanism board) is provided to cover the rear side of the game board.
[0003]
Here, on the rear side of the game board, there are various electric components such as a prize detector for detecting a game ball winning each prize tool, an electromagnet for opening and closing an electric prize tool, and a solenoid for opening and closing a big prize hole. On the front side of the set board, a plurality of ball passages are formed, such as a processing passage for playing a game ball and a ball removal passage. For this reason, it is necessary to perform maintenance and inspection and cleaning of the ball passage on the rear side of the game board and the front side of the back set board irrespective of the storage mode of the game board. In a pachinko machine of the game board rear detachable type, it is necessary to attach and detach the game board from the rear side of the front frame. For this reason, the back set board is generally provided by a hinge mechanism in which the front frame side hinge fitting fixed to the upper and lower sides of one side edge of the front frame and the back set board and the shaft pin and the shaft hole of the back set board side hinge fitting are fitted. It is assembled so that it can be opened and closed horizontally and can be attached and detached. The back set panel is opened to the back of the front frame with the front frame open to the front of the outer frame, and maintenance and inspection and cleaning work of the above parts can be performed. Have been.
[0004]
However, the back set panel opened rearward is supported by the upper and lower hinge mechanisms in a cantilevered state and can swing freely, and the installation inclination of the outer frame fixed to the game island with a slight rearward inclination angle posture. Due to the angle (generally a backward tilt angle of 1 degree or less), it is barely biased toward the outer frame. For this reason, there has been a problem that the rocker swings in the closing direction during the maintenance work on the rear side of the game board or swings back and forth during the maintenance work of the back-set board itself, which is troublesome.
[0005]
Therefore, in order to solve such a problem and improve workability, a lever member having a hook-shaped arm at the tip is provided on the upper part inside the outer frame so as to be vertically rotatable, and the back set board is opened. Sometimes, an open holding mechanism of a back set board has been proposed in which an arm portion is hung on the wall surface of a ball tank (ball storage tank) at the top of the back set board to hold the back set board in an open state (for example, Patent Reference 1).

[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Certainly, according to the open / hold mechanism of the back set board as proposed in Patent Document 1, it is possible to hold the back set board in an open state, thereby improving the workability which is the above problem. can do. However, the proposed opening / holding mechanism has a problem in that the operation for holding the back set board open is still complicated. That is, in order to hold the back set board open by using the open holding mechanism, the lever member is once rotated to retract the arm portion above the ball storage tank, and the arm portion is supported at the retracted position. The back set plate is opened until the wall surface of the ball storage tank comes into contact with the front end surface of the outer frame, the lever member is rotated at the open position, the arm portion retracted upward is moved downward, and the arm portion is moved to the ball position. An operation for hooking and hooking the edge of the storage tank to hold it open was required.

In addition, since these operation positions are near the upper end of the pachinko machine, it is difficult for short operators to perform operations. In addition, a finger is inserted into the gap between the ball storage tank and the outer frame to perform the above-mentioned open holding operation. There was also a problem that the releasing operation for releasing the hook of the arm portion after the operation or after the operation was unexpectedly difficult.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the problems of the prior art and the problems of the proposed technology as described above. It is an object of the present invention to provide an opening and holding mechanism for a gaming machine, which can easily perform maintenance and inspection and cleaning work of each part of a front face of a set board.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an outer frame for fixed holding, a front frame mounted on the outer frame so as to be openable and closable forward, and a game area on the front side, which is housed and held in the front frame. In a gaming machine equipped with a game board and a back set board which is attached to the front frame so as to be openable and closable rearward and which is closed and held over the rear side of the game board when providing a game, the outer frame and the back set board include: The front frame is opened in front of the outer frame, and the back set board is opened rearward of the front frame. Is provided to constitute an open holding mechanism. In this engagement connection structure, when the back frame is pressed toward the outer frame with the front frame opened to the front of the outer frame and the back set panel opened to the rear of the front frame, the locked member is It is configured such that it moves relative to the locking member and engages up and down, and the back set board is locked and held in the open position.
[0011]
In the opening holding mechanism, the front frame is opened in front of the outer frame, and the back set plate is opened rearward of the front frame. The front frame is pulled out to the front of the outer frame and opened, and the locked member is locked when the back set board is opened rearward. The back set board is locked and held in the open position by meshing engagement with the member. For this reason, the opened back set board does not swing in the closing direction during the maintenance work on the rear side of the game board, and does not swing back and forth during the maintenance work of the back set board itself. The conventional problem caused by the free swing of the board can be solved.
[0012]
Further, in the open holding mechanism of the present invention, the back set board is opened to the rear of the front frame in the front frame open state, and when the back set board is pressed toward the outer frame, the locked member on the back set board side is moved. It moves relatively to the engaging member on the outer frame side and engages up and down, whereby the back set board is automatically locked and held in the open position. Therefore, in order to hold the back set panel open, there is no need to perform complicated operations such as inserting a finger into the gap between the back frame and the outer frame at a high place where it is difficult to perform operations and operating the lever. The board can be easily held in the open position. In order to release the open holding state after the work is completed, the engagement portion side of the back set board is lightly pressed (up or down) in the direction opposite to the engagement posture to raise and lower the locked member with respect to the locking member. What is necessary is just to release the meshing engagement, pull the back set board forward, and swing it. For this reason, the open-holding operation and the open-hold releasing operation can be facilitated to solve the above-mentioned problem relating to workability.
[0013]
Therefore, according to the open / hold mechanism of this configuration, the back set board can be held open without any complicated operation, and the maintenance and inspection and cleaning work of the rear part of the game board and the front part of the back set board can be easily performed. An open holding mechanism for the machine can be provided.
[0014]

An open holding mechanism OS that holds the back set board 40 in an open state is configured. Hereinafter, the opening and holding mechanism OS1 of the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0022]
Here, FIG. 4 to FIG. 12 will be briefly described. FIG. 4 is a plan view of a pachinko machine in which the back set board 40 is held open by the open holding mechanism OS1, and FIG. FIG. 6 is a rear view of the hinge mechanism 60 (60U, 60L) in the state, FIG. 6 is a plan view of the hinge mechanism 60 with the back set board 40 closed, and FIG. 8 (a) and 8 (b) are enlarged plan views showing the positions of the hinge mechanism 60 in FIGS. 6 and 7, respectively.
[0023]
FIG. 9 is a perspective view of the engagement connection structure 70 viewed obliquely from the front, and FIG. 10 is an engagement connection structure 70 viewed from the height position of the ball storage tank 41 when the back set board 40 is in the open holding state. FIG. 11 is a plan sectional view of the height position of the engagement connection structure 70 when the back set board 40 is in the open holding state, and FIG. 12 is a side view showing an engagement process of the engagement connection structure 70. is there.
[0024]
First, the upper and lower hinge mechanisms 60U, 60L are respectively provided with front frame side hinge fittings 61, 61 screwed to the rear surface side of the front frame 20, and a back set board side hinge screwed to the front side of the back set board 30. The hinge mechanism is formed by fitting the front frame-side hinge metal fitting 61 and the back setting board-side hinge metal fitting 62 as a whole.
[0025]
The front frame side hinge fitting 61 has a vertically extending strip-shaped fixed flange portion 61a, and a hinge plate portion 61b having a lower portion of the fixed flange portion bent at a right angle and horizontally extending rearward. A shaft pin 61c that protrudes upward and has a tapered tip is fixedly secured to 61b. The fixed flange portion 61a has a positioning pin hole 61d that can be fitted and detached from a positioning projection 63d that is formed to protrude rearward from the hinge fitting attachment portion of the front frame 20, and a screw insertion hole in the form of a flat hole is formed above and below it. Is formed.
[0026]
The front frame-side hinge fitting 61 is formed by punching and bending a cold-rolled steel sheet having a thickness of, for example, about 2.3 mm into a predetermined shape as illustrated by press molding or the like, and caulking the shaft pin 61c to the hinge plate portion 61b. It is formed by performing a required surface treatment such as unichrome plating. Then, the pin hole 61d formed in the fixed flange portion 61a is fitted to the positioning protrusion 63d of the hinge fitting attaching portion to determine the position, and the small machine screw 68 is inserted into the upper and lower screw insertion holes to receive the screw on the front frame side. The front frame 20 is fixed at upper and lower reference positions by tightening the holes.
[0027]
On the other hand, the back-set-panel-side hinge fitting 62 has a vertically extending strip-shaped fixed flange portion 62a, and a hinge plate portion 62b in which a lower portion of the fixed flange portion 62a is bent at a right angle and horizontally extends forward. The hinge plate portion 62b is formed with a long hole-shaped pin engaging groove 62c extending in parallel with the support surface of the fixed flange portion 62a with a groove width slightly larger than the outer diameter of the shaft pin 61c. The hinge fitting mounting portion of the back set board 30 includes a positioning rib 64a for engaging the outer periphery of the fixed flange portion 62a to position the back set board side hinge fitting 62, and a cylindrical screw boss 64b for receiving a screw. On the other hand, the fixed flange portion 62a is formed with a screw insertion hole in the form of a countersunk hole that is aligned with the screw boss on the back setting board when positioned as described above.
[0028]
Similar to the front frame side hinge bracket 61, the back set panel side hinge bracket 62 is formed by stamping and bending a cold-rolled steel plate having a thickness of, for example, about 2.3 mm into a predetermined shape by press molding or the like, followed by Unichrome plating. It is formed by performing a required surface treatment such as. Then, the fixing flange portion 62a is engaged with the positioning rib 64a to be positioned, and the flat screw 68 is screwed into the screw insertion hole and tightened, thereby being fixed to the upper and lower set positions of the back set board 30.
[0029]
By engaging the pin engaging grooves 62c, 62c of the upper and lower back setting board side hinges 62, 62 with the corresponding shaft pins 61c, 61c of the corresponding front frame side hinges 61, 61, the upper and lower hinges are connected. The upper and lower hinge mechanisms 60U and 60L are engaged and connected to each other. Here, as shown in FIG. 5, the mounting interval between the upper and lower back setting board side hinge fittings 62 is somewhat smaller than the mounting interval between the upper and lower front frame side hinge fittings 61 (lower side). The attachment position of the back-set-board-side hinge fitting 62 is set slightly upward. Therefore, when interconnecting the upper and lower hinge fittings, first, the pin engaging groove 62c is engaged with the shaft pin 61c, focusing on the upper hinge mechanism 60U, and then, focusing on the lower hinge mechanism 60L. By engaging the pin engagement groove 62c with the pin engagement groove 61c, it is possible to easily engage one by one.
[0030]
In this manner, when the upper and lower front frame side hinge fittings 61, 61 and the back set board side hinge fittings 62, 62 are engaged and connected, the back set board 40 is moved to the rear surface of the front frame 20 by these upper and lower hinge mechanisms 60U, 60L. It is supported on the side so that it can open and close horizontally. On the other hand, in the hinge mechanisms 60U and 60L, the pin engaging groove 62c that engages with the shaft pin 61c is formed in a long hole shape, and the back set board 40 is formed in the extending direction of the pin engaging groove 62c. Can be moved by the effective length.
[0031]
For this reason, the back set board 40 is arbitrarily opened at the engagement position (hereinafter referred to as “groove tip position” for convenience) between the shaft pin 61c and the pin engagement groove 62c shown in FIGS. It can be opened and closed at an angle and can be closed and held. In addition, with the back set board 40 opened, the back set board 40 is pressed to the hinge fitting side to slide the back set board 40 toward the front of the front frame 20. Then, the engagement position of the pin engagement groove 62c with the shaft pin 61c is changed to the engagement position shown in FIGS. 7 and 8B (similarly referred to as “groove base end position”). The back set board 40 can be opened and closed with the swing radius reduced.
[0032]
On the other hand, the frame plate on the side opposite to the hinge of the outer frame 10, that is, the right frame plate 13 on the front right side is aligned with the swing locus of the right frame rod 47 of the back set board 40 having the reduced swing radius. , A receiving notch 13b for receiving the back set board 40 is formed.
[0033]
For this reason, the front frame 20 is opened to the front of the outer frame 10, the back set board 40 is opened to the rear of the front frame 20, and the engagement position of the upper and lower hinge fittings is changed to the groove base position, and the back set board 40 is moved. When opened toward the outer frame 10, the back set board 40 enters the frame without abutting on the right frame plate 13, and the back set board 40, which has been conventionally difficult to be accommodated when the front frame 20 is opened, is used. Most can be accommodated in the frame of the outer frame 10.
[0034]
Now, with the back set board 40 and the outer frame 10 opened in this way, in a state where the back set board 40 is opened, the locking member 71 on the outer frame side that can engage and engage in the up-down direction and the back set board side An engagement connection structure 70 is provided.
[0035]
As shown in FIGS. 9 and 11, a locking member 71 in the engagement connection structure 70 includes a screw portion 71a, a disk-shaped flange portion 71b, and an engagement shaft connecting the screw portion 71a and the flange portion 71b. It has a portion 71c, and has a flat head or truss head wood screw shape as a whole, and is formed by turning or rolling a metal wire. At a predetermined position of the notch 13b to which the locking member 71 is attached, a pilot hole for introducing the screw portion 71a is formed in advance.
[0036]
The locking member 71 is screwed into the pilot hole by an automatic driving machine that chucks and rotates the flange portion 71b, and the engaging shaft portion 71c is formed between the seating surface of the flange portion 71b and the surface of the notch portion 13b. The driving height is fixed at a certain visible interval (for example, an interval of about 2 to 3 times the plate thickness of the locked member 72). Note that a tool engaging portion such as a hexagonal hole or a cross slot may be provided on the flange portion 71b so as to be manually driven.
[0037]
The locked member 72 has a rectangular flat plate-like base portion 72a having a screw insertion hole in the form of a countersunk hole, a hook plate portion 72b whose right edge of the base portion 72a is bent at a right angle and projects rearward, and a hook plate portion. A locking groove 72c formed to open downward on the bottom 72b, a guide edge surface 72d formed in a downward slope between the rear end of the hook plate portion 72b and the locking groove 72c, and the like. It is formed by punching and bending a cold-rolled steel sheet of about 1.6 mm into a shape shown in the drawing by press molding or the like, and performing a required surface treatment such as unichrome plating.
[0038]
On the other hand, a counterbore portion is formed on the rear surface side of the right frame rod 47 of the back setting board 40, which is aligned with the attachment position of the locking member 71, according to the thickness of the locked member 72 and the shape of the base portion 72a. A screw boss 47a for receiving a screw is integrally formed behind the screw boss 47a. The locked member 72 is positioned by fitting the base portion 72a to the counterbore portion of the right frame rod 47 of the back setting board 40, and screwing the upper and lower screw insertion holes into the screw boss 47a through the flat screw 78. It is fixed to the rod 47.
[0039]
Here, the groove width of the locking groove 72c is set to be equal to or slightly larger than the shaft diameter of the engaging shaft portion 71c of the locking member 71, and the height position of the upper end of the locking groove 72c is When the engagement shaft 71c is engaged with the upper end of the locking groove 72c, the height at which the back set board 40 is horizontally supported by the engagement connection structure 70 and the hinge mechanism 60 on the other side edge. Set to position.
[0040]
Also, as described above, the notch 13b formed in the right frame plate 13 allows the back set board 40 to move in the direction of the outer frame 10 in a state where the engagement position of the upper and lower hinge fittings is displaced to the groove base position. It is cut out in accordance with the swing locus of the right frame rod 47 of the back set board 40 when opened, and when the back set board 40 is swung inward of the outer frame 10 as described above, The hook plate 72b of the locking member 72 enters the frame along the inner surface of the notch 13b. On the other hand, when the back set board 40 is opened, the back set board 40 is cantilevered by the upper and lower hinge mechanisms 60U, 60L, and the right frame rod is bent by the bending of the hinge fitting due to the load of the back set board 40. The hook plate portion 72b enters the frame with the 47 side slightly inclined downward.
[0041]
For this reason, when the back set board 40 is swung inward of the outer frame 10, the locked member 72 first has a downward guide edge surface 72d in front of the hook plate portion, as shown in FIG. It comes into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the engagement shaft portion 71c. Then, when the back set board 40 is pressed into the frame of the outer frame 10, the guide edge surface 72d is engaged so as to ride on the engagement shaft portion 71c and slides, and the right frame rod side of the back set board 40 slightly moves. Move into the outer frame while moving upward. Then, when the end of the guide edge surface 72d exceeds the upper end of the engagement shaft 71c, the groove surface of the locking groove 72c is engaged with the engagement shaft 71c, and the back set board 40 is pulled in. By swinging, the engagement shaft 71c and the upper end of the locking groove 72c are engaged and engaged.
[0042]
When the locking member 71 and the locked member 72 are meshed and engaged with each other in this manner, the back set board 40 is locked in the front-rear direction by the engagement between the engagement shaft 71c and the locking groove 72c. The portion 72b is sandwiched between the flange portion 71b and the notch portion 13b and is locked in the left-right direction. Thereby, the back set board 40 is restricted from moving in both the front and rear and left and right directions in a state where most of the back set board 40 is accommodated in the frame of the outer frame 10, and is locked in the open position shown in FIG. Will be retained.
[0043]
For this reason, for example, maintenance work on the rear side of the game board such as adjustment of various winning tools in the game board 30 and replacement of a winning detection sensor, cleaning work of the game-completed ball discharge passage 46 on the back set board 40, and the front side of the back set board. The maintenance work, the attaching / detaching work of the game board, and the like can be performed in a stable open posture in which the back set board 40 does not swing in the closing direction. Further, in the open holding mechanism OS1 of this configuration, most of the back set board is accommodated in the frame of the outer frame 10 and held open, so that the back face of the game board 30 and the front face of the back set board 40 A wide work space can be secured, and the above-described maintenance work and the like can be easily performed with a margin.
[0044]
On the other hand, in order to release the open position of the back set board 40 after the maintenance work is completed, the right side portion of the back set board 40 is lightly lifted to move the locked member 72 upward, and the locking groove 72c and the engaging shaft What is necessary is just to release the meshing engagement with 71c, and to pull back set board 40 forward. Then, the upper and lower hinge fittings are displaced to the front end side engagement position at an appropriate opening angle position to swing and close, and then the lock lever 25 is rotated to perform a lock operation, thereby holding the back set board 40 in the closed position. Is done.
[0045]
Therefore, in the pachinko machine PM provided with the opening and holding mechanism OS1 as described above, the back set board 40 can be opened and held by pressing the back set board 40 inward of the outer frame 10. The open holding state can be released by slightly lifting the back set board 40 in the posture and pulling it forward. For this reason, there is no need to perform a complicated operation such as inserting a finger into the gap between the back set board 40 and the outer frame 10 or operating the lever to open and hold the back set board 40, and the workability is good. A simple open holding mechanism can be provided.
[0046]
In the above, the engaging shaft 71c is provided on the locking member 71 on the outer frame 10 side as an example of the configuration of the locking member on the outer frame and the locked member on the back set board side that can be engaged and engaged in the vertical direction. In the illustrated embodiment, the locking groove 72c is provided in the locked member 72 on the back set board 40 side, and the locking groove 72c moves to engage with and engage with the engaging shaft 71c. The arrangement of the grooves may be reversed. FIGS. 13 and 14 show an engagement connection structure including the locking member 171 on the outer frame side and the locked member 172 on the back set board 40 in which the positions of the shaft and the groove are reversed. The engagement connection structure 170 will be described below with reference to both drawings. 13 is a perspective view of the engagement connection structure 170 viewed obliquely from the front corresponding to FIG. 9, and FIG. 14 is a side view showing the engagement process of the engagement connection structure 170 corresponding to FIG. Also, the configuration of each part other than the engagement connection structure is the same as that of the pachinko machine described above, and thus redundant description is omitted.
[0047]
The locking member 171 is formed of a plate-like body bent in a crank shape in a plan view, is fixed to the cutout portion 13b of the right frame plate by a screw, and is formed by offset molding in parallel with the fixed leg portion 171a. The hook plate portion 171b extending to the front, a locking groove 171c formed to open upward in the hook plate portion 171b, and a guide edge surface formed in an upwardly inclined shape between the front end of the hook plate portion 171b and the locking groove 171c. For example, a cold-rolled steel plate having a thickness of about 1 to 1.6 mm is formed by punching and bending into a shape shown in the drawing by press molding or the like, and performing a required surface treatment such as unichrome plating.
[0048]
The locking member 171 is screwed into a predetermined position of the notch 13b by inserting and screwing a screw 177 into a screw insertion hole formed in the fixed leg 171a, and the surface of the hook plate 171b and the surface of the notch 13b. Between the fixed member 172 and the hook plate portion (for example, 2 to 4 times the plate thickness of the locked member 172). ).
[0049]
The locked member 172 has a flat plate-like base portion 172a having a screw hole in the form of a countersunk hole, a support plate portion 172b in which the right edge of the base portion 172a is bent at a right angle and projects rearward, and a support shaft. An engaging shaft portion 172c fixed to the plate portion 172b and protruding horizontally inward is formed. The same metal material as that of the locking member 171 is processed and formed, and the engaging shaft portion is caulked and fixed to perform a required surface treatment. Formed. A counterbore portion and a screw boss are integrally formed on the right frame rod 47 of the back setting board in the same manner as the attachment portion of the locked member 72 described above, and the locked member 172 is positioned on the right frame rod 47. The screw is fixed by a flat machine screw 78.
[0050]
Here, in the relationship between the locking groove 171c and the engaging shaft portion 172c, the groove width of the locking groove 171c is set to be equal to or slightly larger than the shaft diameter of the engaging shaft portion 172c, and the lower end of the locking groove 171c is formed. The position and the height position of the engagement shaft portion 172c are determined by the engagement connection structure 170 and the hinge mechanism 60 on the other side edge when the engagement shaft portion 172c is engaged with the lower end portion of the locking groove 171c. The set board 40 is set at a height position at which the set board 40 is horizontally supported.
[0051]
Also, as described above, the notch 13b formed in the right frame plate 13 is provided with the right frame rod 47 when the upper and lower hinge fittings are engaged with the groove base position to swing the back set board 40. It is notched in accordance with the swing locus, and when the back set board 40 is swung inward of the outer frame 10, the support plate portion 172 b of the locked member 172 is attached to the inner surface of the notch portion 13 b. Enter along the border. Also, the back set board 40, which is cantilevered by the upper and lower hinge mechanisms 60U, 60L, has the support plate 172b in the frame with the right frame rod 47 slightly tilted downward due to the bending of the hinge fitting accompanying the load. To enter.
[0052]
For this reason, when the back setting board 40 is swung inward of the outer frame 10, the locked member 172 first has the support plate portion 172b formed on the surface of the notch portion 13b as shown in FIG. And the hook plate portion 171b, and the engaging shaft portion 172c fixed to the support plate portion contacts the upward guide edge surface 171d. Then, when the back set board 40 is pressed toward the inside of the outer frame 10, the engagement shaft portion 172c is engaged so as to ride on the guide edge surface 171d and slides, and the right frame rod side of the back set board 40 slightly moves. Move into the outer frame while moving upward. Then, when the engaging shaft portion 172c exceeds the upper end of the guide edge surface 171d, the engaging shaft portion 172c is engaged so as to fall into the locking groove 171c, and swings so that the back set board 40 is pulled in. The engagement shaft 172c engages with the lower end of the locking groove 171c.
[0053]
When the locking member 171 and the locked member 172 are vertically engaged with each other, the back set board 40 is locked in the front-rear direction by the engagement between the locking groove 171c and the engagement shaft portion 172c. The plate portion 172b is sandwiched between the hook plate portion 171b and the notch portion 13b and is locked in the left-right direction. Thereby, the back set board 40 is restricted from moving in both the front and rear and left and right directions in a state where most of the back set board 40 is accommodated in the frame of the outer frame 10, and is engaged in the open position shown in FIG. 4. Is stopped.
[0054]
Therefore, maintenance work on the rear side of the game board 30 and maintenance work on the front side of the back set board 40 can be performed in a stable open posture in which the back set board 40 does not swing in the closing direction. Further, since most of the back set board 40 is accommodated in the frame of the outer frame 10 and held open, a large work space can be secured between the rear surface of the game board 30 and the front face of the back set board 40. It is possible to easily perform each of the above maintenance operations with a margin.
[0055]
On the other hand, in order to release the open position of the back set board 40 after the maintenance work is completed, the right side portion of the back set board 40 is gently lifted, the locked member 172 is moved upward, and the engagement with the engagement shaft portion 172c is performed. What is necessary is just to release the meshing engagement with the groove 171c, and to pull the back set board 40 forward. Then, the upper and lower hinge fittings are displaced to the front end side engagement position at an appropriate opening angle position to swing and close, and then the lock lever 25 is rotated to perform a lock operation, thereby holding the back set board 40 in the closed position. Is done.
[0056]
Therefore, in the pachinko machine PM provided with the above-described open holding mechanism, the back set board 40 can be held open by pressing the back set board 40 inward of the outer frame 10, and the open posture The open holding state can be released by slightly lifting the back set board 40 and pulling it forward. For this reason, it is not necessary to perform a complicated operation such as inserting a finger into the gap between the back set board 40 and the outer frame 10 or operating the lever to open and hold the back set board 40, thereby improving workability. A simple open holding mechanism can be provided.
[0057]
Next, an open holding mechanism OS2 according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The open holding mechanism OS2 is suitable for, for example, a case where the back set board 40 has a relatively large width dimension with respect to the frame size of the outer frame 10 or a case where an open holding mechanism is to be realized at low cost. Shown as an example. Here, FIG. 15 is a plan view of the pachinko machine in a state where the back set board 40 is openly held by the open holding mechanism OS2, and FIG. 16 is a perspective view of the engagement connection structure 270 in the open holding mechanism as viewed obliquely from the front. 17 is a side view showing an engagement process of the engagement connection structure 270. Since the overall structure of the pachinko machine is the same as that of the pachinko machine PM described above, the same portions are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will not be repeated. Hereinafter, the different hinge mechanism 65 and engagement connection structure 270 will be described. explain.
[0058]
The hinge mechanism 65 (65U, 65L) in the opening and holding mechanism OS2 is, as a whole, similar to the hinge mechanism 60 (60U, 60L) shown in FIG. It comprises frame-side hinge fittings 61, and upper and lower backing board side hinge fittings 62, 62 fixed to the front side of the back setting board 30 by screws, and is a hinge mechanism by fitting these hinge fittings.
[0059]
On the other hand, the hinge metal fitting 62 on the back-set board side of the hinge mechanism 65 does not have the above-described elongated hole-shaped pin engaging groove (62c), and the hinge plate portion 62b is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the shaft pin 61c. A circular bearing hole having a large inner diameter is formed. That is, the hinge mechanism 65 is a general fitting hinge configuration in which a pair of upper and lower front frame side hinge fittings and a shaft pin of the back set board side hinge fitting are fitted with the bearing holes. As shown in FIG. 60, it is supported so that it can be opened and closed and can be attached and detached without sliding.
[0060]
For this reason, when the front frame 20 is opened forward of the outer frame 10 and the back set board 40 is opened rearward of the front frame 20 and opened toward the outer frame 10, the swinging end side of the back set board 40, generally Specifically, the rear wall surface of the ball storage tank 41 abuts on the front end surface of the right frame plate 13 (see FIG. 15). Therefore, in this open holding mechanism OS2, the outer frame side locking member 71 that can be engaged with the ball storage tank 41 and the outer frame 10 of the back set board in the vertical direction with the back set board 40 opened. An engagement connection structure 270 including the locked member 272 on the back setting board side is provided.
[0061]
The locking member 71 in this engagement connection structure 270 is the same as the locking member 71 already described with reference to FIGS. 9 to 12, and is formed at a predetermined position of the notch 13 c in the right frame plate 13. The engaging shaft 71c is fixed at a driving height with a certain interval between the seat surface of the flange portion 71b and the surface of the cutout portion 13c so that the engaging shaft portion 71c can be visually recognized.
[0062]
The locked member 272 includes a flat base 272a having a screw insertion hole, a hook plate 272b that is bent at a part of a right edge of the base 272a and protrudes rearward, and a hook plate 272b. A groove 272c formed by opening the groove, a guide edge surface 272d formed in a downwardly sloped shape between the rear end of the hook plate portion 272b and the lock groove 272c, and an upper portion of the base portion 272a are formed by the ball storage tank 41. The holding side 272f, which is folded back in a U-shape according to the shape of the wall and extends parallel to the base, the lower part of the holding side 272f is bent to fit the bottom surface of the ball storage tank 41, and the reinforcing function of the tank rear wall and the tank It consists of 272g of the ground side which also has the ground function of the game ball stored in the inside. For example, a stainless steel plate having a thickness of about 1 to 1.5mm is punched out. And bent to be formed. The locked member 272 is connected to a required ground terminal by a ground wire not shown in detail.
[0063]
At a predetermined position on the rear wall surface of the ball storage tank 41, a cylindrical screw boss 41a that is aligned with the left and right screw insertion holes formed in the base portion 272a is integrally formed. The locked member 272 is fitted between the base portion 272a and the holding side portion 272f so as to hold the rear wall surface of the ball storage tank 41 and the left and right screw bosses 41a, and the ground side portion 272g is brought into close contact with the tank bottom surface. The screw 79 is screwed into the screw boss 41a from the left and right screw insertion holes to be fixed to the rear wall surface of the ball storage tank 41.
[0064]
In the relationship between the engaging shaft 71c and the engaging groove 272c, the groove width of the engaging groove 272c is set to be equal to or slightly larger than the shaft diameter of the engaging shaft 71c, as in the above-described embodiments. The upper end position of the locking groove 272c and the height position of the engagement shaft portion 71c are determined by the engagement connecting structure 270 and the other side edge when the upper end portion of the locking groove 272c is engaged with the engagement shaft portion 71c. With the hinge mechanism 65, the back set board 40 is set at a height position in which the back set board 40 is horizontally supported.
[0065]
The notch 13c formed in the right frame plate 13 is partially adjusted to the height position where the hook plate portion 272b of the locked member 272 enters, and is partially cut using a general router tool. (In a direction perpendicular to the surface of the frame plate at a constant depth of cut). On the other hand, the hook plate portion 272b has a tip end side corresponding to a relative inclination angle of the tank rear wall surface with respect to the outer frame when the rear wall surface of the tank member 41 is brought into contact with the front surface of the right frame plate 13 as shown in FIG. When the back set board 40 is opened and the hook plate portion 272b enters the inside of the outer frame 10, the hook plate tip portion is parallel to the cutout portion 13c (the engagement shaft portion 71c). (At right angles to).
[0066]
For this reason, when the back setting board 40 is swung in the outer frame direction, the tip of the hook plate enters between the notch 13c and the flange 71b along the inner wall surface of the notch 13c, and FIG. As shown in (a), the downward guide edge surface 272d in front of the hook plate portion contacts the outer peripheral surface of the engagement shaft portion 71c. Therefore, when the back set board 40 is pressed in the outer frame direction, the guide edge surface 272d is engaged so as to ride on the engagement shaft portion 71c and slides, while slightly moving the right frame rod side of the back set board 40 upward. Move inside the outer frame. Then, when the end of the guide edge surface 272d exceeds the upper end of the engagement shaft portion 71c, the groove surface of the locking groove 272c is engaged with the engagement shaft portion 71c, and the back set board 40 is retracted. By swinging, the engagement shaft portion 71c and the upper end portion of the locking groove 272c are engaged and engaged.
[0067]
When the locking member 71 and the locked member 272 are engaged with each other in the up-down direction, the back set board 40 is locked in the front-rear direction by the engagement between the engagement shaft 71c and the locking groove 272c. The portion 272b is sandwiched between the flange portion 71b and the notch portion 13c and is locked in the left-right direction. As a result, the movement of the back set board 40 in both the front and rear and the left and right directions is restricted, and the back set board 40 is locked and held in the open position shown in FIG.
[0068]
Therefore, maintenance work on the rear side of the game board 30 and maintenance work on the front side of the back set board 40 can be performed in a stable open posture in which the back set board 40 does not swing in the closing direction. In addition, in the opening and holding mechanism OS2 of this configuration, since the swing of the front frame 20 is also restricted via the back set board 40, each maintenance operation can be easily performed in a stable opening posture.
[0069]
On the other hand, to release the open position of the back set board 40 after the maintenance work is completed, the right side portion of the back set board 40 is gently lifted to move the locked member 272 upward, and the locking groove 272c and the engaging shaft are engaged. What is necessary is just to release the meshing engagement with the part 71c, and to pull the back set board 40 forward. Then, the back set board 40 is pivotally closed toward the front frame 20, and the lock lever 25 is rotated to perform a lock operation, whereby the back set board 40 is held in the closed posture.
[0070]
Therefore, even in the pachinko machine equipped with the above-described open holding mechanism OS2, the back set board 40 can be held open by pressing the back set board 40 in the direction of the outer frame 10, and the back set in the open position can be held. The open holding state can be released by slightly lifting the board 40 and pulling it forward. Therefore, it is not necessary to perform a complicated operation for holding and releasing the back set board 40 in an open state, and it is possible to provide an open holding mechanism with good workability.
[0071]
Further, in the open holding mechanism OS2, the configurations of the hinge mechanism and the outer frame can be simplified to realize the open holding mechanism at low cost. Furthermore, by inserting the locking member 71 into the existing outer frame and replacing it with a ball storage tank having a locked member that matches the driving position of the locking member 71, the existing pachinko machine without an open holding mechanism is provided. It is also possible to improve the workability by attaching an open holding mechanism to the machine.
[0072]
In the above description, the example in which the engagement connection structure is provided in the upper and lower middle portion or the upper portion of the outer frame 10 and the back set board 40 has been described. However, the arrangement position is arbitrary. It may be provided below the set board 40. Further, the configuration example of the locking member and the locked member is shown for each embodiment. However, as is apparent from the description of the first embodiment, the locking member and the locked member are engaged with each other vertically. If possible, the arrangement of the engaging shaft portion and the locking groove may be on either the outer frame side or the back set board side. A configuration may be used in which the locked member sinks below and engages with the locking member using the bending. In the embodiment, an example is shown in which the game board 30 is applied to a pachinko machine in which the hinge mechanism 50U, 50L supports the game machine 30 sideways behind the front frame 20 so that the game board 30 can be opened and closed and can be detachably mounted. And the same effect can be obtained by applying the same to a pachinko machine in which the game board is detachable from the front of the front frame.
[0073]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the present invention, the front frame is mounted on the outer frame for fixed holding so as to be openable and closable frontward and the front frame is mounted on the front frame so as to be openable and closable rearward and is provided with In a gaming machine having a back-set board that is closed and held over the rear side, a front frame is opened in front of the outer frame, and the back-set board is meshed in a vertical direction with the back set board opened behind the front frame. An engaging connection structure comprising a possible outer frame side locking member and a back set panel side locked member is provided, the front frame is opened forward of the outer frame, and the back set panel is opened rear of the front frame. When the back set board is pressed in the outer frame direction, the locked member moves relative to the locking member and meshes up and down so that the back set board is locked and held in the open position. Construct an open holding mechanism.
[0074]
For this reason, the open back set board does not swing in the closing direction during maintenance work on the rear side of the game board, and does not swing in the opening and closing direction during maintenance work on the back set board itself. Maintenance work can be performed in a stable open position. Further, in the open holding mechanism of this configuration, when the back set board is pressed inward of the outer frame, the locked member on the back set board side moves relative to the locking member on the outer frame side and moves up and down. The back setting board is automatically engaged and engaged and held in the open position. On the other hand, in order to end the maintenance work and release the open holding state, the back set board is lightly pressed in the direction opposite to the engagement posture and up and down to release the engagement engagement between the locking member and the locked member, What is necessary is just to pull a back set board forward and rock it. Therefore, there is no need to perform a complicated operation such as inserting a finger into the gap between the back set board and the outer frame or operating the lever to release the back set board or release the open hold, and it is simple. It is possible to provide an open holding mechanism with good workability in operation.
