【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、パチンコ遊技機用の裏セット部材に係り、更に詳しくは、遊技機内に交換可能にセットされる遊技盤の裏側に取着される裏セット部材に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
この種の遊技機の代表例の一つであるパチンコ機(主として図柄表示型式を例とする)では、機内にセットされる遊技盤に必要な遊技部品として、各種の入賞器具、図柄表示装置、装飾具等が配設されており、また「球寄せカバー、球案内樋」とも呼ばれている適宜形状,サイズの球排出部材が取着されている。そしてパチンコゲームにおいて、各々の入賞器具に入って遊技盤裏側へ通出されるセーフ球を、当該の球排出部材により適宜区分しながら機構セット盤のセーフ球処理部側へ排出するようになっている。一方、上記図柄表示装置については、遊技者にとって有利な特別遊技条件を成立させるための主要な遊技部品として、図柄ドラムや絵柄リールに代表される機械的回転表示形態のものや発光ダイオード,液晶および蛍光管に代表される電子的制御表示形態のものが、ゲーム内容に応じて使用されている。そして何れの形態にあっても、遊技盤前面に装着された表示窓枠体の裏側に装着セットされ、その図柄表示域(ディスプレー域)を前面に臨ませている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで従来から実施されているパチンコ機にあっては、選定された球排出部材と、主要遊技部品である図柄表示装置とが、遊技盤裏側の個々の位置に別々に組付けセットされている。すなわち球排出部材については、遊技領域に対応する範囲にビス等で位置決めセットされて、各々の排出樋(路)を夫々の入賞器具の出口に合わせており、また図柄表示装置については、所定の箱形サイズのカバーやケース等の保護部材内に収容定置されてユニット化され、その図柄表示域を表示窓枠体の窓口に臨ませた状態で、遊技盤の裏側からビス等で位置決めセットされるようになっている。言換えると、従来から使用されている球排出部材は、位置決めセットされる一つの部材でありながら、図柄表示装置を組付けセットし得る形態でもなく、またその機能もなかった。このため、球排出部材と図柄表示装置との一体化、つまり該球排出部材に対して予じめ図柄表示装置を組付けセットして一つにユニット化しておくことができず、別々に取扱い、保管しなければならない。また遊技盤の製作においては、双方を個々に組付けなければならないために、作業の簡素化、特に機械的(自動的)な組付けを図ることができない。そして、図柄表示装置の点検,交換等に際しては、同装置の着脱に手間が掛かり煩わしい、等の多くの問題が指摘されていた。

【発明の目的】
本発明は、前述した課題を好適に解決するべく提案されたものであって、各種の遊技部品を配設した遊技盤の裏側へ通出される遊技球(セーフ球を含む)を排出案内し得ると共に、裏側に位置する主要な遊技部品を手早く簡単に組付けセットし得るようにしたパチンコ遊技機用の裏セット部材を提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記課題を克服し、所期の目的を達成するため、本発明に係るパチンコ遊技機用の裏セット部材は、
機内にセットした遊技盤の遊技領域内の各部に遊技球用の各種の遊技部品を配置すると共に、遊技領域に臨む裏側の所定位置に主要な遊技部品を装備したパチンコ遊技機にあって、
前記遊技盤裏面の所定位置に合わせて取着される合成樹脂成形の排出カバー体と、この排出カバー体に一体成形されたセット台部と、前記主要な遊技部品を内蔵してセット台部に着脱可能にセット保持される合成樹脂成形のケース体とを備え、
前記排出カバー体では、中央部に前記ケース体に適した広さの窓口を形成すると共に、この窓口の周囲に前記各種の遊技部品に入って裏側に通出される遊技球の排出樋を成形し、前記セット台部では、窓口に臨む両側の所定部位に位置決め用の嵌合部および長方形状に形成された係合孔を有する保持台を成形し、前記ケース体では、前記主要な遊技部品を内蔵保護するに適した形状・サイズに成形された前ケース部と後ケース部とを組付けて構成する一方、一方のケース部の両側に成形した支持部の所定部位に、位置決め用の嵌合部と長方形状に形成された支持孔および排出カバー体から離間する面側で支持孔を中心とする凹状の円形凹部を成形すると共に、該円形凹部に整合する直径に形成された円盤状の係着盤および該係着盤から延出して前記支持孔に挿脱可能な係合部を有する指先操作式で弾性変形可能な合成樹脂成形の回動施錠具を、支持孔に係合部を挿通した後に回動して係合することで予じめ組付け、

【作用】
裏セット部材における排出カバー体の窓口の左右両側にセット台部を一体成形すると共に、このセット台には嵌合部および係合部を有する保持台が成形してある。また、主要な遊技部品を内蔵するケース体には、ケース部の両側に成形した支持部の所定部位に、位置決め用の嵌合部と、係合部を有する回動施錠具が組付けられる。そして、前記主要な遊技部品を内蔵したケース体を排出カバー体の窓口に整合し、保持台の嵌合部と支持部の嵌合部を整合して嵌合させ、該保持台の係合部と回動施錠具の係合部とを整合させると共に該施錠具を指先操作により適宜回動させて両係合部を係合させることにより、主要な遊技部品が窓口内の所定位置に位置決め固定されたユニット化部材として取扱い得る。このユニット化された裏セット部材を遊技盤裏面の所定位置に取着セットすることにより、遊技球(セーフ球を含む)の好適な排出案内がなされると共に、前記主要な遊技部品が遊技領域における所定位置に臨むようになる。また、機械的なビス止め作業が可能となるので、遊技盤の裏作業の合理化、ひいては製作工程の簡素化(簡素簡略化)を図り得る。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明に係るパチンコ遊技機用の裏セット部材につき、好適な実施例を挙げて添付図面を参照しながら以下詳細に説明する。

本実施例のパチンコ機は、その全体の基本的な構成として、図1に略示するように、外郭保持枠をなす外枠110の開口前面側に、開閉搭載枠をなす前枠111が開閉および着脱可能に組付けられている。この前枠111には、各種遊技構成部材として、窓枠、上下の球皿、打球発射装置および各種の遊技部品等を配設した後述の遊技盤1等が装着されている。前枠111の裏側には、遊技盤1側で発生したアウト球およびセーフ球、そして賞球の処理用の経路や装置および電気的な機器等を集約的に装備した機構セット盤112が、着脱可能に装備されている。この機構セット盤112には、中央部に遊技盤裏面点検用の窓口113が開口され、この窓口113の周囲各部の内側にアウト球排出経路114およびセーフ球排出処理部115が構成され、外側には賞球貯留放出部116と賞球排出経路117等が構成されている。なお前記窓口113には、遊技盤1裏側に装着した後述の裏セット部材20を覆蓋する裏カバー(図示せず)が開閉可能に取着される。

前記遊技盤1では、図2および図3に略示するように、円形状のレール2内の遊技領域における縦央最下部にアウト口13が形成されており、一方各種の遊技部品として、縦央上端部に入賞具(遊技部品)4および図柄表示具5を設けた表示枠体3と、始動入賞具(遊技部品)6と左右の普通入賞具(遊技部品)7,7、そして左右に普通入賞具9,9を成形した特別入賞装置8が夫々配設されて、これらの入賞用部品に入ったセーフ球が当該の出口から遊技盤1の裏側へ通出されるようになっている。またこの他に、通常の回転案内具(風車)10,10やランプ付き回転案内具11,11等が、所定位置に配置されている。一方遊技盤1の裏側において、図柄表示装置(主要な遊技部品)14が表示枠体3の裏側に合わせて装備されている。この図柄表示装置14については、電子制御処理に基いて図柄変動表示し得る公知の液晶画像表示タイプのものが例とされ、必要な構成部材が後述する保護ケース(ケース体)C内に収納されて1つの表示ユニットで取扱い得るようになっている。なお、この図柄表示装置14の組付け等については、後に詳述する。

前述した遊技盤1に好適に実施される本実施例の裏セット部材20は、セーフ球の排出案内と前記図柄表示装置14の簡単な組付けセットとを可能にし得るもので、図3および図4に示すように、概要として排出カバー体Aとセット台部Bとを合わせて合成樹脂成形した1つのカバーセット部材に構成されている。そこでこのような裏セット部材20において、先ず排出カバー体Aでは、図示のように遊技盤1の主要部裏面に対応し得る方形枠サイズに成形された本体21において、図柄表示装置14と干渉しない方形開口広さの窓口22が成形されており、この窓口22に沿った周囲部に、斜状の通路23a,24aを有する上下の横樋(排出樋)23,24と、通路25a,26aを有する左右の縦樋(排出樋)25,26が成形されて、これらが互いに平面直角状に連設されている。また下の横樋24の下部に、前記特別入賞装置8と干渉しない開口広さの口27が成形されており、そして両側の縦樋25,26の外側縁上下部に、取着片28,28が一体に成形されている。なお、双方の縦樋25,26の通路25a,26a内に複数個の緩衝片29,29が上下千鳥状に配設されており、また下の横樋24の下流端に成形された口30に、前記始動入賞具6に対する検出スイッチ18が着脱可能に組付けられている。

そしてこの排出カバー体Aにおいて、左の縦樋25の背面(外面)中段部に、中継基板用の設置部31が成形されている。この設置部31は、大きさが異なる2種類の中継基板を設置可能とし得るもので、図4に示すように、所定の縦長方形枠状に成形された枠座32の下端に、中継基板の下端縁の差込み口34を有する嵌合座33が成形され、また枠座32の上端および中央上部に、ビス孔付きの第1,第2のボス部35,36が1個ずつ突設されている。これによりこの設置部31では、主体となる枠座32および嵌合座33に中継基板を当て合わせて固支するもとで、第1ボス部35を利用して大型(長尺)の第1種中継基板(図示せず)をビス止めし得、また第2ボス部36を利用して小型(短尺)の第2種の中継基板(図示せず)をビス止めし得るようになっており、何れの中継基板も1個のビスの締付け作業で手早く簡単にセットし得るようになっている。ちなみに各種の中継基板は、予じめ設置部31にセットしておくことも可能であり、各種の遊技部品における電気部品(例えばランプ基板,スイッチ,ソレノイド等)に係る各種タイプのコネクタが配置接続されている。

また前記本体21の各部に、配線処理用の挿通保持部37が一体に成形されている。この挿通保持部37は、配線を内外方向から挟み込むように挿通して抜止めし得るもので、具体的には図4,図5,図7および図10等に示すように、外側向きに開口した挿通口39を有する鈎形のホルダ38と、内側向き(遊技盤裏面向き)に突出されたフック状の掛止片40とが単位例とされて、上の横樋23および左右の縦樋25,26の各周縁部分に所要数ずつ配設されている。これにより電気部品(従来のランプ基板)と中継基板とに適宜のコネクタを介して接続されるようにした配線については、裏セット部材20の取着セット前の段階において、予じめ各々の挿通保持部37に挿通しておくことができる。また電気部品(ランプ基板)にハンダ付け接続されて中継基板に適宜のコネクタを介して接続されるようにした配線については、裏セット部材20の取着セット後において、所要位置の挿通保持部37に挿通して伸張状態に保持できる。

なお、排出カバー体Aにおけるその余の構成として、図4に示すように、左の縦樋25の背面上,下部に配線用の保持片41,41が成形され、また上の横樋23の下縁に前記表示枠体3の裏面に対する当接片42が、口27の左右内周縁にセーフ球用の球止め片43,43が夫々成形されている。そして、本実施例の裏セット部材20が遊技盤1の裏面に右側基準でセットされる例にあって、右側上下の取着片28,28に遊技盤1裏面に成形される基準座孔(図示しない)に対する位置決め部44,44が成形されると共に、裏機構セット盤における裏カバー(共に図示しない)のための係合筒45,45が突出成形されている。

一方前記セット台部Bでは、図4〜図8に示すように、前述した排出カバー体Aの窓口22の内側左右に成形された第1,第2の保持台50,55を備えている。左側の第1保持台50については、前記左の縦樋25の右側縁から一体に成形された縦長の台板51の上,下端に、球頭ボス状の嵌合片(嵌合部)52,52が外向きに突設されており、また台板51の中央部右縁に後述する回動施錠具80の鉤部84が係合する縦長方形状の係合孔(係合部)54を有する係合片53が一体に成形されている。これに対して右側の第2保持台55は、前記第1保持台50と対称的に形成されており、前記右の縦樋26の左側縁から一体に成形された縦長の台板56の上,下端に、球頭ボス状の嵌合片(嵌合部)57,57が外向きに突設されており、また台板56の中央部左縁に後述する回動施錠具80の鉤部84が係合する縦長方形状の係合孔(係合部)59を有する係合片58が一体に成形されている。そしてこのようなセット台部Bに対して、後述する保護ケースCが着脱可能に組付けられるようになっている。

前記保護ケースCについては、図4〜図8に示すように、前面開口されて前記図柄表示装置14を内蔵する前ケース61と、前面開口されて該表示装置14の制御基盤15を内蔵保護する後ケース62とが、互いのボス部61a,62aを利用してビス63で組付け整合されるタイプのものが例とされており、該前ケース61の左右外側に一体的に成形された第1,第2の支持部64,70を備えている。左側の第1支持部64については、縦長の支持片65の上,下に前記第1保持台50に突設した嵌合片52,52が嵌合する嵌合孔(嵌合部)66,66と、支持孔68を有する支持片67とが成形されており、この支持孔68に回動施錠具80が予じめ組付けられるようになっている。また、右側の第2支持部70については、前記第1支持部64と対称的に形成されており、縦長の支持片71の上,下に前記第2保持台55に突設した嵌合片57,57が嵌合する嵌合孔(嵌合部)72,72と、支持孔74を有する支持片73とが成形されており、この支持孔74に前記回動施錠具80が予じめ組付けられるようになっている。なお、前記各支持孔68,74は横長方形状に開口され、その上下端近傍にスリット75,75が横方向に延在した状態に形成されていると共に、各支持片67,73には該支持孔68,74を中心とした所要径の円形凹部76,76が形成されている。前記スリット75,75は、支持孔68,74の長辺部内端面が半径外方へ適宜拡開変形することを許容するために設けられている。

前記回動施錠具80は、合成樹脂成形されて指先操作し得る摘み形態のものが例とされ、図8および図9に示すように、回動操作用の摘み部81と、円錐吸盤状の係着盤82と、該係着盤82から延出した基部83の先端部に幅広の鉤部84が成形された2組の係着片85,85からなる係合部86で形成されている。これら係着片85,85は、適宜の間隔をおいて平行に形成されており、夫々の基部83,83が弾性変形して撓むことにより、互いの鉤部84,84が近接するようになっている。また両鉤部84,84は、前記係合孔54,59および支持孔68,74の長方形状を前提として、その正面輪郭が長方形状に形成されており、図10(b)および図11(b)に示すように、該係合孔54,59および該支持孔68,74に整合しながら挿通し得るようになっている。また前記係着盤82は、前記円形凹部76に整合する直径に形成され、円錐状の常態から平面状に弾性変形し得るようになっている。

そして、このように形成された回動施錠具80は、前記保護ケースCにおける第1支持部64の支持孔68と第2支持部70の支持孔74に、予じめ組付けておく。すなわち第1支持部64では、図10(b)に示すように、回動施錠具80の係合部86における鉤部84,84を、支持孔68に整合して挿通させた後に90度回動させることにより、図10(a)に示すように、該鉤部84,84が縦長方形姿勢に変位して横長方形状の該支持孔68に係合されるに至る。同じく第2支持部70では、図10(b)に示すように、回動施錠具80の係合部86における鉤部84,84を、支持孔74に整合して挿通させた後に90度回動させることにより、図10(a)に示すように、該鉤部84,84が縦長方形姿勢に変位して横長方形状の該支持孔68に係合される。なお第1支持部64および第2支持部70に組付けられた回動施錠具80は、前記係着盤82と鉤部84,84とにより、前後方向へ適宜がたつきのある状態で脱落不能に組付けられる。

また、前記回動施錠具80,80を組付けた前記保護ケースCを、前記裏セット部材20の窓口22に所定の向きに位置決めすると、該回動施錠具80,80の係合部86,86が、セット台部Bにおける第1保持台50および第2保持台55の係合孔54,59に挿通するようになる。すなわち、第1支持部64および第2支持部70の各支持孔68,74に組付けた回動施錠具80,80は、前述すると共に図10(a)に示すように、夫々の鉤部84,84を縦長方形姿勢に変位した状態となっており、図11(a)および図12に示すように、縦長方形状に開口した前記係合孔54,59に好適に整合して挿通するようになっている。そして、係合部86が係合孔54(59)に挿通された状態において、回動施錠具80を更に90度回動させると、図11(b)および図13に示すように、鉤部84,84が横長方形姿勢に変位して係合孔54(59)に係合するようになる。

これにより、第1保持台50と第1支持部64、第2保持台55と第2支持部70は、回動施錠具80における係着盤82と係合部86における鉤部84,84とにより係着され、保護ケースCは裏セット部材20の窓口22にセット保持されるに至る。なお、前記回動施錠具80の前述した係着状態においては、鉤部84,84と係合孔54(59)との係合下に係合部86が軸方向へ移動するようになり、前記係着盤82は、外周縁が円形凹部76に当接すると共に中央部が若干の弾性変形した状態となるように設定されている。従って、前記第1保持台50と第1支持部64、第2保持台55と第2支持部70は、夫々の回動施錠具80における前記係着盤82と鉤部84,84の弾性的な係合作用と、前記嵌合片52と嵌合孔66、嵌合片57と嵌合孔72の夫々の嵌合作用の下に、密着的に押圧させた状態で極めて好適に係着され、保護ケースCは裏セット部材20に対してがたつきが全くない状態でセット保持されるようになっている。

【実施例の作用】
次に、前述のように構成された本実施例のパチンコ遊技機用の裏セット部材の作用として、実施の形態,取扱い,設置(組付け)および球排出等の状態につき説明する。

本実施例の裏セット部材20は、通常の状態としてセット台部Bに対して図柄表示装置14を内蔵した保護ケースCの両側に形成された第1支持部64および第2支持部70を係合および施錠したもとで、排出カバー部Aに同装置14がセットされた1つのユニット化部材として取扱い得ると共に保管できる。具体例として第1保持台50と第1支持部64との組付けでは、図4,図6および図8に示すように、上,下の嵌合孔66,66に上,下の嵌合片52,52が嵌合されると共に、該第1支持部64の支持孔68に予じめ組付けられた回動施錠具80における係合部86の鉤部84,84が、係合孔54に整合して挿通するに至る。一方、第2保持台55と第2支持部70との組付けでは、図4,図7,図12および図13に示すように、上,下の嵌合孔72,72に上,下の嵌合片57,57が嵌合されると共に、該第2支持部70の支持孔74に予じめ組付けられた回動施錠具80における係合部86の鉤部84,84が、係合孔59に整合して挿通するに至る。このもとで両回動施錠具80,80を左右何れかに90度回動することにより、縦長方形状の係合孔54,59に対して鉤部84,84が横長方形姿勢に変位し、該係合孔54,59に対して係合部86,86が係合される。このとき、第1保持台50と第1支持部64、第2保持台55と第2支持部70は、夫々の回動施錠具80,80における係着盤82と鉤部84,84とにより、適宜の押圧力が付加された状態で密着的に係着され、裏セット部材20に対して保護ケースCが、がたつきが全くない状態でセット保持される。これにより図柄表示装置14を内蔵保護した保護ケースCが、ビスや工具等を一切不要にして手早く簡単に組付けセットし得、そして適正姿勢に安定良く保持できる。

一方保護ケースCの組外しについては、セット台部Bの各保持台50,55に対応の各支持部64,70の簡単なロック解除操作により、外側(裏側)ヘ楽に取外しできる。具体例として、第1保持台50に対する第1支持部64のロック解除では、回動施錠具80を左右何れかに90度回動することにより、係合部86の鉤部84,84が縦長方形姿勢に変位して係合孔54と整合するようになる。また、第2保持台55に対する第2支持部70のロック解除では、回動施錠具80を左右何れかに90度回動することにより、係合部86の鉤部84,84が縦長方形姿勢に変位して係合孔59と整合するようになる。このもとで、保護ケースCを外側へ引出すことにより、各係合孔54,59から対応の回動施錠具80,80の係合部86,86が抜け出ると共に、嵌合片52,52と嵌合孔66,66、嵌合片57,57と嵌合孔72,72との嵌合が解除され、該保護ケースCと裏セット部材20とが分離されるに至る。
