BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention includes a game board having a game area provided on the front surface and a frame member that detachably accommodates the game board, and is configured to launch a game ball in the game area to play a game. More particularly, the present invention relates to an opening / closing mechanism for a game board that supports the game board in a predetermined position on the frame member so that the game board can be opened and closed.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a ball ball game machine including the game board and the frame member as described above, a pachinko machine, an arrangement ball machine, a sparrow ball game machine, and the like are generally known. As an example of this type of gaming machine, a pachinko machine will be described as an example. In the pachinko machine, a front frame that is an open / close mounting frame is hinged to a laterally open / closed frame and hinged so that it can be opened / closed horizontally. A game board in which a game area is formed by gauge setting is assembled in a standing posture. In front of the game board, a glass door is attached to the front frame so that it can be opened and closed sideways, and always covers and closes the front of the game board so that the game area can be seen through. A game ball launching device and an operation handle are provided at the lower part of the front frame so that the game ball can be launched at a desired position in the game area, and the process of the game ball launched into the game area falling and moving in the game area The game is operated by operating the operation handle so as to win a prize tool.
[0003]
In a pachinko machine with such a configuration, the game board is designed to ensure flexibility in production support for changing the model of the pachinko machine, and to be able to respond quickly to so-called board change and game board maintenance and replacement. The main shape and dimensions of the board are standardized. Generally, the front frame is detachably accommodated in an accommodation frame formed in a frame shape somewhat larger than the outer shape of the game board, and is provided in the accommodation frame. The locking mechanism is fixed and held at a predetermined position of the front frame. As the storage form of the game board, there are a game board rear attachment / detachment form in which the game board is attached to and detached from the storage frame from the rear side of the front frame, and a game board front attachment / detachment form in which the game board is attached to and detached from the front frame from the front side. It has been put into practical use. On the other hand, the locking mechanism is required as a basic function to firmly fix and hold the game board accommodated in the accommodation frame, but is also required to be easy and quick to attach and detach. For this reason, in recent years, a so-called lever rotation device in which the game board is fixedly held at a predetermined position of the front frame when the game board is stored in the storage frame and the operation lever is rotated to a fixed angle position. A dynamic fixing device (locking device) has been devised (see Patent Document 1).
[0004]
For example, the locking device described in Patent Document 1 can be attached to and detached from a holding portion provided at a predetermined position of a storage frame (set holding frame) in the pachinko machine in the above-described game board front mounting / dismounting form. And a locking tool that is rotatably set and is supported, and these are provided at a plurality of locations such as the four corner positions of the housing frame. The locking tool has a rotating base supported by a holding part on the housing frame side behind the shaft part extending in the front-rear direction, and an operation part and an engaging part that can be operated with the fingertips are integrally formed on the front side of the shaft part. When the locking device that is fitted and supported by the holding portion so as to be rotatable is rotated 180 degrees, the engaging portion that is in an eccentric position from the shaft portion rotates and moves to the front side of the game board. The game board is engaged with a board-side engagement receiving part, and the game board is sandwiched and held between the engagement part and the holding part.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the game board is a place where a game is developed for a pachinko machine, and an elaborate configuration is required so as to attract the player and not get bored. Therefore, in recent years, liquid crystal display devices have been adopted in order to diversify game development, and the size has increased year by year, and image display substrates have increased in size with the advancement of screen display, or winning devices and lamp devices. As game components become more complex, various game components assembled on the game board are becoming more sophisticated and complex, and the overall weight of the game board is constantly increasing. There is also a tendency to increase the external dimensions of the game board itself.
[0007]
For this reason, the mounting operation of the game board is to support the game board with one hand in a state where the large and heavy game board is supported and accommodated in the accommodation frame, and each part of the locking mechanism is aligned and engaged. However, there is a problem that the locking mechanism has to be fixedly operated, which is troublesome and labor-intensive for skilled workers. In addition, the detaching operation for removing the game board is performed by pulling the game board out of the storage frame with the locking mechanism in the released state. At this time, the game board is removed using a slight gap between the storage frame and the game board. It is necessary to pull out, and the total weight of the game board acts suddenly when the locking mechanism is opened or pulled out of the storage frame. There was a problem that there is a risk of dropping.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of such problems and problems, and an object thereof is to provide an attaching / detaching mechanism that can facilitate the attaching / detaching operation of the game board.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a gaming board attaching / detaching mechanism according to the present invention includes a gaming board having a gaming area provided on the front surface, and a frame member provided with an accommodating portion for detachably accommodating the gaming board at a predetermined position. In a bullet ball game machine configured to launch a game ball in a game area to play a game, a fixed hinge member having a hinge pin that is disposed on one side of the frame member when viewed from the front and left and right , and extends vertically, and a game board one of left and right are disposed on the side of having a hinge pin engageable with a hinge groove extending in the horizontal direction larger groove width than the diameter of the hinge pin, relative to the hinge groove is engaged with the frame member to the hinge pin A swing hinge member that swingably supports the game board, and is arranged to protrude inward of the frame member on one of the left and right sides of the frame member. When the game board is accommodated in the frame member, the front side of the game board is contacted. contact, the game board with guiding the game board Comprising a pressing member for pressing the rear side, provided on the other of the left and right sides of the front view the other of the left and right sides and the game board of the frame member, engaging the game board located in the closed angular position in a state of being pressed by the pressing member to the frame member The locking mechanism further includes a locking mechanism for stopping and fixing, and the locking mechanism has a game board horizontal direction pressing means for pressing the game board to the left or right side, and the hinge groove is engaged with the hinge pin so that the game board is framed. When the game board is fixed and held by the locking mechanism, the hinge groove of the swinging hinge member pressed to the rear side by the pressing member is pressed against the hinge pin to restrict the back and forth movement. The game board is accommodated at the same time, and the game board is accommodated in a state where the hinge groove portion of the swing hinge member pressed to the left and right sides by the game board left and right direction pressing means is pressed against the hinge pin and the movement to the left and right is restricted. Configured.
[0010]
In the opening / closing mechanism with such a configuration, the fixed hinge member disposed on the frame member and the swing member disposed on one side of the game board and capable of relative swinging in a disengaged and engaged state with the fixed hinge member. With the moving hinge member, the game board is accommodated in the accommodating portion so as to be detachable and openable. For this reason, in the mounting operation for mounting the game board, it is only necessary to pay attention to engaging the swing hinge member with the fixed hinge member, and then the game board supported by these hinge mechanisms is closed. Thus, the game board is disposed at a predetermined position. Further, in the detaching operation for removing the game board, the game board supported by the hinge mechanism can be released from the closed position, and the game board can be removed in a state where the lower edge of the game board can be easily supported.
Further, in the opening / closing mechanism of the present configuration, the game board is disposed so as to protrude inward of the frame member, guides the game board when the game board is introduced into the frame member, and the game board is stored in the frame member. There is provided a holding member that abuts the front side of the game board and biases the game board to the rear side. Therefore, in a state where the swing hinge member is engaged and supported by the fixed hinge member and the game board is accommodated in the frame member, the game board comes into contact with the pressing member and is urged rearward, thereby swinging and closing the game board. A game board is disposed at a predetermined position. Therefore, according to such a game board opening / closing mechanism, the game board can be mounted with a light operating force. In addition, since the game board is urged and supported by the urging force of the pressing member, even if a slightly larger clearance is set at the engagement portion between the fixed hinge member and the swinging hinge member, there is no backlash and the like. In addition, it is possible to provide an open / close attachment / detachment mechanism that reduces game vibrations and noises and improves game playability and has high long-term reliability.
Further, when the swing hinge member is engaged with the fixed hinge member and the game board is accommodated in the frame member, the pressing member abuts against the front surface of the game board and urges the game board backward to When the locking mechanism locks and fixes the game board, the game board left-right direction biasing means biases the game board to one side of the frame member and holds the game board in the left-right direction. The positioning is held securely, and it is securely held without any play or vibration.
[0012]

In the example, a forgetting prevention mechanism 250 for preventing the locking mechanism 200 from forgetting to fix the game board 20 is shown. In the game board fixing device FS, the game board 20 is swingably opened / closed and attached / detached by the opening / closing attachment / detachment mechanism 100, and fixed and held at a predetermined position of the storage frame 10 by the locking mechanism 200. Further, the forgetting fixing prevention mechanism 250 is a mechanism that, when the locking mechanism 200 is in an unfixed state (locking standby state), makes this state clear and prevents the game board 20 from being forgotten to be fixed. Hereinafter, the configuration of the opening / closing attachment / detachment mechanism 100 will be described in detail sequentially with reference mainly to FIGS. 3 to 8.
[0022]
3 to 8 will be briefly described in advance. FIGS. 3 and 4 are perspective views of the upper hinge structure 101 and the lower hinge structure 102 in a state in which the opening / closing mechanism 100 is separated, respectively. 6 is a front view of the upper and lower hinge structures 101 and 102 when the game board 20 is closed, and FIGS. 7 and 8 are plan views of the upper and lower hinge structures 101 and 102 when the game board 20 is closed. (Partial cross-sectional view).
[0023]
The opening / closing mechanism 100 is engaged and disengaged with a pair of upper and lower fixed hinge members 111 and 112 disposed inside the housing frame 10 and an upper and lower fixed hinge member disposed on the outer periphery of the game board 20. And a pair of upper and lower swing hinge members 121 and 122 capable of relative swing in a state, and the upper and lower swing hinge members 121 and 122 on the game board side are fixed to the upper and lower fixed hinge members 111 and By engaging with 112, the game board 20 is supported by the storage frame 10 so as to be swingable and openable.
[0024]
When the opening / closing mechanism 100 is functionally classified, the upper fixed hinge member 111 and the upper swing hinge member 121 constitute the upper hinge structure 101, and the lower fixed hinge member 112 and the lower swing hinge member 122 represent the lower hinge structure 102. The game board 20 is supported by the housing frame 10 so as to be attachable / detachable and swingable by the pair of upper and lower hinge structures 101, 102.
[0025]
The upper fixed hinge member 111 is a plate-like body having an L shape in side view as a whole, and a fixed portion 111a fixed to the front surface of the housing frame 10 and an upper portion of the fixed portion 111a are bent at a right angle and protrude forward. The support plate portion 111b, the cylindrical hinge pin 111c protruding downward and fixed to the lower surface of the support plate portion, and the screw insertion holes 111h in the form of salamomi holes formed in the fixing portion 111a are mainly configured. The upper fixed hinge member 111 is formed by punching and press-molding a steel plate having a predetermined thickness to form an L-shaped angle, and then crimping or riveting the hinge pin 111c to the support plate portion 111b.
[0026]
A screw receiving hole that is aligned with the screw insertion hole 111h is formed in the upper left part of the inside of the housing frame 10 in accordance with the position of the upper fixed hinge member 111, and a small screw is inserted into the screw insertion hole 111h. Thus, the upper fixing hinge member 111 is fixed to a predetermined position above the housing frame 10 by screwing and fastening into the screw receiving hole.
[0027]
The lower fixed hinge member 112 as a whole has a crank-like plate shape in side view, and the support plate portion 112b supported by the receiving frame 10 and the front and rear of the support plate portion are bent upward and downward at right angles, respectively. The upper and lower fixing parts 112a, the cylindrical hinge pin 112c protruding upward and fixed on the upper surface of the support plate part 112b, and the screw insertion holes 112h in the form of salamomi holes formed in the upper and lower fixing parts 112a are mainly fixed. It is formed by processing and molding a plate material similar to the hinge member 111 by the same processing means.
[0028]
A fixed hinge receiving groove 12 is provided on the inner left lower portion of the receiving frame 10 in accordance with the position where the lower fixed hinge member 112 is disposed, and a screw that aligns with the screw insertion hole 111h on the front and rear standing surfaces of the receiving groove. A receiving hole 12h is formed. The fixed hinge accommodating groove 12 is formed in a concave shape in accordance with the shape and thickness of the lower fixed hinge member 112. When the lower fixed hinge member 112 is accommodated in the accommodating groove 12, the front surface of the fixed portion 112a and The upper surface of the support plate portion 112b is disposed on the same surface as the inner surface of the housing frame 10, and the lower fixed hinge member 112 is disposed flat so as not to protrude from the surrounding frame surface. In the state where the lower fixed hinge member 112 is accommodated in the fixed hinge accommodating groove 12, the lower fixed hinge member 112 is tightened in the screw receiving groove 12h by inserting a small screw into the front and rear screw insertion holes 112h. It is fixed with screws.
[0029]
When the upper and lower fixed hinge members 111 and 112 are attached to the housing frame 10 in this way, the upper and lower support plate portions 111b and 112b are arranged in parallel vertically at a predetermined interval, and the hinge pins projecting from these support plate portions. 111c and 112c are arranged on the same axis so as to face each other. Further, the lower fixed hinge member 112 is received and fixed in the fixed hinge receiving groove 12, and only the hinge pin 112c protrudes upward from the surrounding frame surface.
[0030]
The upper and lower swinging hinge members 121 and 122 are both L-shaped plate-like bodies when viewed from the side, and are symmetrical with respect to a plane upright in the direction perpendicular to the game board between the vertical swinging hinge members (mirror image). Formed. Therefore, first, the lower swing hinge member 122 whose whole shape is explicitly shown in FIG. 4 will be described. The lower swing hinge member 122 includes a fixing portion 122a fixed to the back surface of the decorative plate 21, and the fixing portion 122a. The hinge plate 122b is bent at a right angle to protrude forward, the hinge plate 122b is formed extending in the left-right direction on the hinge plate 122b, and the screw insertion hole is formed in the fixing portion 122a from the back side. 122h and the like, and is formed by processing and molding the same plate material as the upper and lower fixed hinge members 111 and 112 by the same processing means.
[0031]
The lower swing hinge member 122 is formed so as not to protrude from front to back and right and left from the plan view decorative plate 21 in an attached state in which the lower swing hinge member is screwed to the decorative plate 21. Specifically, the outer dimension in the front-rear direction of the lower swing hinge member 122 is formed to be the same as or slightly smaller than the thickness of the decorative plate 21, and the decorative plate is formed at the corner of the rear end of the lower swing hinge member 122. An arc-shaped escape portion 122r similar to that of the decorative plate 21 is formed so that the lower swing hinge member 122 does not protrude from the decorative plate 21 in an attached state in which the lower swing hinge member 122 is attached to the left end corner of the decorative plate 21.
[0032]
The hinge groove 122c has a U-shaped groove with the left end open in plan view, and the right groove end is formed in an arc shape having the same radius as the outer diameter of the hinge pin 112c. The hinge groove 122c has a front groove surface formed in parallel with the front surface of the decorative plate 21, and a rear groove surface extending obliquely rearward. FIG. 11 is a plan view of the lower hinge structure 102. Thus, the groove width W of the opening at the left end is larger than the diameter of the hinge pin 112c.
[0033]
On the other hand, at the lower left corner of the game board 20, a fixed housing portion 32 a for housing the fixed portion 122 a of the lower swing hinge member is formed on the back surface side of the game board 20, and the lower swing is provided at the outer periphery of the lower end of the game board 20. A notch 32b for receiving the hinge plate 122b of the hinge member is formed.
[0034]
The fixed accommodating portion 32a is formed by performing a router process on the back surface of the decorative plate 21 in accordance with the shape of the fixed portion 122a at a cutting depth that is the same as or slightly larger than the plate thickness of the lower swing hinge member 122. When the fixed portion 122a is screwed to the fixed accommodating portion 32b, the fixed portion 122a is accommodated so that the lower swing hinge member 122 does not protrude rearward from the back surface of the decorative plate 21. In addition, by providing the fixing portion 122a on the back surface side of the decorative board 21 and screwing in the direction orthogonal to the board surface, the screw in the direction orthogonal to the lamination direction of the laminated plywood is obtained without impairing the aesthetic appearance of the game board 20. Can be firmly fixed to the lower swinging hinge member 122.
[0035]
The notch 32b is formed by cutting the outer periphery of the lower end of the decorative board 21 with a cutting depth somewhat larger than the protruding height of the hinge pin 112c in the lower fixed hinge member 112, and the lower swing hinge member 122. When the frame is attached, the hinge plate 122b is accommodated in the notch so that the lower swing hinge member 122 does not protrude in the outer peripheral direction of the decorative plate 21.
[0036]
The lower swinging hinge member 122 is disposed so that the left end corner of the hinge plate 122b is aligned with the intersection of the lower surface and the left side of the decorative board 21 (intersection of the outline outline of the game board), and from the back side of the fixed portion 122a. The countersunk screw 123 is screwed into the fixed housing portion 32a through the screw insertion hole 122h, thereby being fixed to the lower left corner of the game board 20. When the lower swinging hinge member 122 is attached in this way, the fixed portion 122a of the lower swinging hinge member 122 is received in the fixed receiving portion 32a, and the hinge plate 122b is received in the cutout portion 32b. The hinge member 122 is fixedly disposed so as not to protrude in the front-rear direction and the outer peripheral direction of the game board 20 (outside the outline outline of the game board). Further, a pin accommodating space capable of receiving the head of the hinge pin 112c is formed between the upper surface of the hinge plate 122b and the downward surface of the notch 32b.
[0037]
The upper swinging hinge member 121 is formed by a fixing portion 121a fixed to the back surface of the decorative plate 21, a hinge plate 121b that protrudes forward by folding the upper portion of the fixing portion 121a at a right angle, and a hinge plate 121b extending in the left-right direction. The hinge groove 121c is formed, and a screw insertion hole 121h in the form of a salamomi hole formed in the fixing portion from the back surface side, etc., and as described above, is configured symmetrically with the lower swing hinge member 122 in the vertical direction. Therefore, in the following, the upper swing hinge member 121 and its mounting portion will be briefly described in a definite manner.
[0038]
Similar to the lower swing hinge member 122, the upper swing hinge member 121 does not protrude from front, rear, left and right from the decorative plate 21 in a mounted state in which the upper swing hinge member is screwed to the decorative plate 21. Is formed. That is, the outer dimension in the front-rear direction of the upper swing hinge member 121 is formed to be the same as or slightly smaller than the plate thickness of the decorative plate 21, and is similar to the decorative plate 21 at the rear end corner of the upper swing hinge member 121. The arc-shaped relief portion 121r is formed so as not to protrude from the decorative plate 21 in the attached state in which the upper swing hinge member 121 is attached. The hinge groove 121c is formed in the same manner as the hinge groove 122c described above.
[0039]
In the upper left corner of the game board 20, a fixed housing part 31 a for housing the fixed part 121 a of the upper swing hinge member is formed on the back side of the game board 20, and the upper swing hinge member is formed on the upper outer periphery of the game board 20. A notch 31b for receiving the hinge plate 121b is formed. The fixed accommodating portion 31a is formed by performing a router process on the back surface of the decorative plate 21 in accordance with the shape of the fixed portion 121a at a cutting depth that is the same as or slightly larger than the plate thickness of the upper swing hinge member 121. When the fixed portion 121a is fixed to the fixed accommodating portion 31b with screws, the fixed portion 121a is accommodated so that the upper swing hinge member 121 does not protrude rearward from the back surface of the decorative plate 21. In addition, the effect similar to the lower swing hinge member 122 mentioned above can be acquired by providing the fixing | fixed part 121a in the back surface side of the decorative board 21, and screwing in the orthogonal direction with a board surface.
[0040]
The notch 31b has a large notch in the upper left corner of the game board 20, and is slightly lower than the protruding height position of the hinge pin 112c (the height position of the pin head) in the upper fixed hinge member 112. Further, the upper peripheral portion of the decorative plate 21 is further processed by router processing up to the position, and when the upper swing hinge member 121 is attached, the hinge plate 121b is accommodated in the cutout portion, and the upper swing hinge member 121 does not protrude in the outer peripheral direction of the decorative plate 21.
[0041]
The upper swinging hinge member 121 is arranged with the left end corner portion of the hinge plate 121b aligned with the intersection of the upper surface and the left side surface of this region of the decorative plate 21 (see FIG. 5), and the screw from the back surface side of the fixing portion 121a. By screwing the countersunk screw 123 into the fixed housing portion 31a through the insertion hole 121h, the game board 20 is fixed at a predetermined height position. The predetermined height position refers to a height position at which the outer surface distance between the upper and lower hinge plates 121b and 122b is somewhat smaller than the inner surface distance between the support plate portions 111b and 112b in the upper and lower fixed hinge members.
[0042]
When the upper swing hinge member 121 is attached, the fixed portion 121a of the upper swing hinge member 121 is received in the fixed receiving portion 31a, the hinge plate 121b is received in the cutout portion 31b, and the upper swing hinge member 121 is moved. The game board 20 is fixedly disposed so as not to protrude in the front-rear and outer peripheral directions. Further, a pin accommodating space capable of receiving the head of the hinge pin 111c is formed between the lower surface of the hinge plate 121b and the upward surface of the notch 31b.
[0043]
When the upper and lower swing hinge members 121 and 122 are attached to the decorative plate 21 in this way, the upper and lower hinge plates 121b and 122b are spaced apart from each other by the distance between the inner surfaces of the support plate portions 111b and 112b in the upper and lower fixed hinge members. The upper and lower hinge grooves 121c and 122c formed in the hinge plate are vertically overlapped with each other in a plan view with a slightly smaller interval.
[0044]
When the upper and lower fixed hinge members 111 and 112 are attached to the inside of the housing frame 10 and the upper and lower swing hinge members 121 and 122 are attached to the outer peripheral portion of the game board 20 as described above, the upper and lower hinge grooves 121c. , 122c can be engaged and disengaged in the extending direction of the hinge pins 111c, 112c and the hinge groove, respectively, and in the engaged state, can be relatively swung around the swing shaft formed by the upper and lower hinge pins. As a result, the game board 20 is supported so as to be detachably attached to the storage frame 10 and to be able to be opened and closed laterally in an engaged state.
[0045]
Now, a pressing member 140 that presses the game board 20 backward is provided in the middle of the upper and lower hinge structures 101 and 102 configured as described above. FIG. 9 shows a perspective view of the same member before mounting the pressing member 140 and an attachment peripheral portion, and FIG. 12 shows the action of the pressing member 140 when the game board 20 is attached and detached with the pressing member 140 attached. As shown in the plan sectional view, the pressing member 140 is formed in a U shape or a U shape as viewed from above and extending in the vertical direction.
[0046]
The pressing member 140 includes a strip-like substrate portion 141 extending vertically, an upper and lower intermediate portion of the substrate portion 141 extending leftward, and an arch portion 142 folded back in a semicircular arc shape, and an end portion of the arch portion 142 having a right angle The side portion 143 is folded back to extend forward, the front portion of the side portion is folded rightward (inward of the frame portion of the housing frame 10), and protrudes into the frame. It is formed by stamping and press-molding a steel plate to form the shape shown in the figure, and then performing a required surface treatment as necessary.
[0047]
The board portion 141 is provided with a salami-shaped screw insertion hole 141h at a vertical position where the pressing side portion 144 does not overlap when viewed from the front, and is formed between the upper and lower screw insertion holes 141h so as to protrude forward in the housing frame. A pin engaging hole 141p that is detachable from the positioning pin (not shown) is formed. The pressing side portion 144 is bent at a substantially right angle from the side side portion 143 toward the inside of the housing frame and extends in parallel with the substrate portion 141, while the front end side of the pressing side portion 144 has a gentle R shape toward the front. It is formed and can be smoothly engaged with the front surface of the decorative board 21.
[0048]
On the other hand, a holding member attaching portion 33 is formed in the housing frame 10 to which the holding member 140 is attached. In the holding member mounting portion 33, the front surface of the housing frame 10 is recessed rearward in accordance with the thickness and shape of the substrate portion 141 to form a substrate housing portion 33a, and upper and lower screw insertion holes are formed in the substrate housing portion 33a. A screw boss that aligns with 141h and a positioning pin that aligns with pin hole 141p are formed.
Further, a slit-like arch receiving groove 33b that is located on the left side of the substrate receiving portion 33a and that communicates the left side surface of the receiving frame 10 to the left and right is formed, and the arch portion 142 can be received.
[0049]
The pressing member 140 is configured by fitting the pin engaging hole 141p of the board portion 141 with the positioning pin of the board housing portion 33a, and inserting and tightening a flat head screw through the upper and lower screw insertion holes 141h. Fixed to. When the pressing member 140 is fixed by screws, the substrate portion 141 is accommodated and held in the substrate accommodating portion 33a without protruding from the inner surface of the accommodating frame 10, the arch portion 142 is accommodated in the arch accommodating groove 33b, and the side portion 143 is Extending forward in parallel with the left side surface of the storage frame 10, the pressing side portion 144 is provided so as to protrude toward the inside of the frame portion of the storage frame 10 (in the game board direction).
[0050]
Here, the pressing side portion 144 that protrudes inward of the frame portion of the housing frame 10 has the rear surface disposed on the base end side extending in parallel with the substrate portion 141 so that the upper and lower hinge structures 101 and 102 are engaged with each other. Thus, the game board 20 is set so as to be slightly behind the position of the front face of the decorative board 21 in a state where the game board 20 is rocked and closed. On the other hand, on the distal end side of the pressing side portion 144 formed in a gentle R shape from the base end side, the tangential direction in which the distal end extends is set to be larger than the insertion angle when the game board 20 is mounted, and the back surface position is It is set to be positioned in front of the front surface of the decorative plate 21 in the closed state.
[0051]
In such an attachment state, the pressing side portion 144 can be displaced in the left-right direction by using the side portion 143 as a swing arm by the action of the arch portion 142, and the arch portion 142 is elastically deformed. The front end side is supported so as to be displaceable also in the front-rear direction, and the distal end side is disposed so as to be swingable back and forth with respect to the proximal end side of the press side part by the elastic force of the press side part 144 itself.
[0052]
As a result, when the upper and lower hinge structures 101 and 102 are engaged, the tip of the pressing side portion 144 guides the introduction of the decorative plate 21 and the hinge grooves 121c and 122c are easily engaged with the upper and lower hinge pins 111c and 112c. In addition, the decorative plate 21 is slid obliquely between the base plate portion 141 and the pressing side portion 144 in the state of being guided in this manner, and the upper and lower hinge pins and the hinge groove are hinge-coupled. Yes (see FIG. 12 (a)).
[0053]
On the other hand, in a state where the game board 20 is swung around the swing axis by the upper and lower hinge pins and is closed in the housing frame 10, the pressing side portion 144 is engaged with the front surface of the decorative board 21 to elastically play the game board 20. To the rear (see FIG. 12B). For this reason, in the closed state, the upper and lower hinge grooves 121c and 122c are pressed backward while being engaged with the hinge pins 111c and 112c, respectively, so that the game board 20 does not rattle or vibrate back and forth. When this engagement state is viewed in detail, the front groove surfaces of the hinge grooves 121c and 122c are urged and arranged rearward in a state where they are in contact with the front peripheral surfaces of the hinge pins 111c and 112c. The front groove surface in 121c, 122c constitutes the left support reference surface (supported reference surface) of the game board 20.
[0054]
On the left side edge of the decorative board 21, when the game board 20 is inserted into the housing frame 10 obliquely and the upper and lower hinge structures 101, 102 are engaged and swung, the side edge corners on the back side are the housing frame. The upper rail decoration 22 that is chamfered in an R shape so as not to come into contact with 10 and is formed with a flank 21r and screwed to the front side of the decorative plate 21 is aligned with the protruding position of the pressing side 144. The receiving portion 34 for receiving the pressing side portion 144 is notched, and the corner portion of the left front end is obliquely chamfered to form a tapered surface 22c to increase the angle tolerance when the game board is attached and detached. Yes.
[0055]
In the embodiment described above, the upper and lower fixed hinge members 111 and 112, the upper and lower swinging hinge members 121 and 122, and the pressing member 140 are shown as examples that are configured separately from each other. The fixed hinge member or the swing hinge member can be integrated as appropriate.
[0056]
For example, as shown in FIG. 10, the upper and lower portions of a belt-like fixing portion 115a extending vertically are bent forward to form support plate portions 115b and 115b, and hinge pins 115c and 115c ′ are fixed to these and fixed vertically. An integral fixed hinge member 115 having a hinge portion can be formed. Also, hinge grooves 125c and 125c are formed above and below a belt-like fixed portion 125a extending vertically and bent forward to form hinge plates 125b and 125b, and an integral swing hinge member having swing hinge portions above and below 125 may be formed. Further, a pressing portion 145 having the same configuration as that of the pressing member 140 described above may be formed in the middle of the upper and lower support plate portions 115b, 115b in the fixed hinge member 115, so that the fixed hinge member and the pressing member are integrated. Is possible.
[0057]
According to the above configuration, the inner surface spacing of the upper and lower support plate portions 115b and 115b and the outer surface spacing of the hinge plates 125b and 125b can be made uniform within the component accuracy of each member, and both the number of components and the number of mounting steps can be reduced. can do. Note that the screw insertion hole 115h for attaching the fixed hinge member 115 to the housing frame 10 is generally disposed at a position that does not overlap with the pressing side portion 148 in the pressing portion 145, but the fixed hinge member 115 When there are overlaps due to the number of screws necessary for fixing 145 and the arrangement pitch, or when it is difficult to provide a screw boss on the back side of the housing frame 10 at the upper and lower positions of the press side portion 148, It is also preferable to provide the center of the back side of the side portion 148 in terms of equal load support. In such a case, it is preferable to provide a tool insertion hole 148h through which the screwing tool (driver) is inserted into the pressing side portion 148. Accordingly, the fixed hinge member 115 can be easily fixed or removed without using a special work tool and without using more screws than necessary.
[0058]
In the above description, the configuration of the opening / closing mechanism 100 provided on the left side of the storage frame 10 and the game board 20 has been mainly described, but the game board 20 is attached to and detached from the right side of the storage frame 10 and the game board 20. An opening assisting member 150 for facilitating the movement and a locking mechanism 200 for locking and holding the game board 20 swingably closed in the housing frame 10 are provided.
[0059]
As shown in FIG. 2, the opening assisting member 150 is provided inside the housing frame 10 and positioned below the upper frame side locking structure 210. The opening assisting member 150 is shown in FIG. 13 as a perspective view of the opening assisting member 150 and the mounting portion before the member is attached, and is opened when the game board 20 is opened and closed with the opening assisting member 150 attached. As shown in FIG. 14 as a cross-sectional plan view, the auxiliary member 150 is composed of a plate-like body that is bent into a substantially crank shape.
[0060]
The opening auxiliary member 150 includes a rectangular flange-shaped substrate portion 151, an arch portion 152 that is bent in a semicircular arc shape with the left end of the substrate portion 151 protruding forward, a side portion 153 that is connected to the arch portion 152 and extends rearward. The rear part of the side part is composed of a biasing piece part 154 bent toward the left side (inward of the frame part of the housing frame 10) and the like. It is formed by performing a required surface treatment as required.
[0061]
The board portion 151 is provided with a screw insertion hole 151h for inserting a pan head screw at a predetermined pitch in the vertical direction. The lateral dimension of the side part 153 is formed in accordance with the longitudinal depth of the storage frame 10, and when the opening assisting member 150 is attached to a predetermined position of the storage frame 10, in other words, In this case, the rear surface on the base end side of the urging piece 154 is set to be positioned slightly forward of the inner surface of the housing frame 10. Further, the urging piece 154 is formed such that the rear end of the side portion 153 is bent at a somewhat acute angle, and the front end side is disposed obliquely forward to the left. The tip of the urging piece 154 is formed in an R shape toward the rear, and can be smoothly engaged with the back surface of the decorative board 21.
[0062]
An auxiliary member attaching portion 35 for attaching the opening auxiliary member 150 is formed in the housing frame 10. In the auxiliary member mounting portion 35, a part of the housing frame 10 is recessed according to the arrangement position shape of the substrate portion to form a flat substrate attachment surface 35a, and extends backward from the substrate attachment surface 35a. Cylindrical screw bosses 35b are integrally formed at a predetermined interval in the vertical direction.
[0063]
The opening assisting member 150 is fixed to the auxiliary member mounting portion 35 by causing the substrate portion 151 to abut on and support the substrate attachment surface 35a, inserting a pan head screw 156 through the upper and lower screw insertion holes 151h, and tightening the screw boss 35b. Is done. When the opening assisting member 150 is screwed, the side portion 153 extends rearward along the right side surface of the storage frame 10, and the urging piece 154 projects from the rear end toward the inside of the frame portion of the storage frame 10. The part is arranged so as to float up diagonally to the left. When the opening assisting member 150 is attached in this way, the urging piece 154 is disposed such that the tip side thereof can be swung back and forth by the elastic force of the side portion 153 and the urging piece.
[0064]
Further, on the game board 20 side, an auxiliary member receiving portion 36 that receives the opening auxiliary member 150 when the gaming board 20 is closed is formed in alignment with the disposition position of the opening auxiliary member 150. The auxiliary member receiving portion 36 is partially cut away at the alignment position of the decorative plate 21 and partially receives the standing wall surface of the upper rail decoration 22 to receive the arch portion 152 and the side portion 153 of the opening auxiliary member 150. The arch portion 152 and the side portion 153 are formed in the auxiliary member receiving portion 36 without contacting the opening auxiliary member 150 when the game board 20 is rocked and closed. It has become acceptable.
The face plate on the front surface of the upper rail decoration 22 is formed so as to cover the front of the auxiliary member receiving portion 36, and an opening operation portion 22m that can be fingered is formed here. For this reason, the operator can easily open the gaming board 20 using the opening operation portion 22m, and the opening assisting member 150 is not directly visible from the front of the gaming machine.
[0065]
Therefore, when the upper and lower hinge structures 101 and 102 are engaged to swing the game board 20 in the closing direction, the decorative plate 21 and the upper rail decoration 22 do not come into contact with the opening auxiliary member 150 and the auxiliary member receiving portion 36. The arch portion 152 and the side portion 153 are received therein to allow the game board to swing in the closing direction. Then, the back surface of the decorative plate 21 is smoothly engaged with the tip of the biasing piece portion 154 projecting diagonally forward into the frame at the swing angle position immediately before the back surface of the decorative plate 21 becomes parallel to the inner surface of the housing frame 10. To do. When the game board 20 is further swung in the closing direction from this contact state, the opening assisting member 150 is elastically deformed, and the tip end side of the urging piece 154 is swung back and is moved by the locking mechanism 200 described below. In the closed angle position where the locking and fixing are performed, as shown by the solid line in FIG. 14, the urging piece 154 is disposed so as to be sandwiched between the inner surface of the housing frame 10 and the rear surface of the decorative plate 21. .
[0066]
On the other hand, when the pressing force that pushes the game board 20 backward at the closing angle position is released, the elastic force stored in the opening assisting member 150 self-resets to the shape before elastic deformation, and the tip of the urging piece 154 Presses the back surface of the decorative board 21 forward to swing the game board 20 in the opening direction. Thereby, the right side of the game board 20 is slightly lifted from the inner surface of the housing frame 10 (see the two-dot chain line in FIG. 14), and the game board 20 can be easily opened by placing a finger on the opening operation portion 22m. .
[0067]
In the embodiment, the opening auxiliary member 150 is illustrated as being crank-shaped forward and attached from the front side of the housing frame 10, but the opening auxiliary member is formed in an L-shape forward and the right side of the housing frame 10. It is fixed to the surface, or a slit-shaped opening is provided on the right side surface and fixed outside the side surface, or the opening assisting member is formed in a crank shape at the rear and the housing frame 10 is provided with a slit-shaped opening. It is good also as a form fixed on the back surface side of 10. The opening assisting member may be disposed at a location where the urging piece portion can press the decorative plate 21 forward. For example, in addition to the middle portion of the upper and lower frame side locking structures 220, You may provide in a center part on either side, and it is good also as a structure provided in more than one place.
[0068]
Next, the locking mechanism 200 is provided above and below the right side of the front surface of the storage frame 10 and the game board 20, and the game board 20 supported by the opening / closing attachment / detachment mechanism 100 so as to be able to swing open / close is closed at the closing angle position. This is a mechanism for locking and fixing the game board 20 when the game is played. The locking mechanism 200 includes a frame side locking structure 210 provided on the storage frame 10 side and a board side locking structure 220 provided on the game board 20 side. Hereinafter, the locking mechanism 200 will be described with reference to FIGS.

It is a front view for demonstrating a degree.
[0071]
The disposition position of the locking mechanism 200 is as uniform as possible in consideration of the game area PA provided on the game board 20, the formation position of the launch passage, and the symmetry with the opening / closing mechanism 100. In the embodiment, an example is shown in which two upper and lower positions are provided outside the game area PA. Each locking mechanism 200 includes a frame side locking structure 210 provided in the storage frame 10 and a board side locking structure 220 provided in the game board 20.
[0072]
The frame-side locking structure 210 is press-fitted into the bolt support portion 212 from the rear side, a fixed support portion 211 that is bulged forward toward the housing frame 10, a bolt support portion 212 formed on the back side of the fixed support portion 211, and the like. The bolt 213 extends and extends to the front fixed support portion 211, and the fixed lever 215 is rotatably supported by being screwed into the screw portion of the bolt 213 at the rear end side.
[0073]
The fixed support portion 211 has a cylindrical lever housing portion 211 a and a fixed support surface 211 c formed in an annular shape at the front end of the cylinder, and is formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape that opens forward in the housing frame 10. The inner diameter of the lever accommodating portion 211a is formed slightly larger than the outer diameter of the rotating shaft portion 215a of the fixed lever 215, and the lever accommodating portion 211a is rotatable by receiving the rotating shaft portion 215a from the front. Can be fitted and supported. The fixed support surface 211c is an annular support surface formed flat, and the fixed support surfaces 211c of the fixed support portions provided at the four positions of the upper, lower, left and right are formed on the same surface, and the support reference surface of the game board 10 is provided. Form. In addition, it is also a preferred embodiment to form a guide pin 211p projecting forward at the upper and lower positions of the fixed support surface 211c, and the guide pin 211p will be described in detail later.
[0074]
The bolt support portion 212 has a support shaft hole 212a that is opened to communicate with the bottom of the fixed support portion 211 in the front-rear direction, and a head receiving hole 212c that is hexagonal and opens on the rear surface of the front frame behind the support shaft hole 212a. Are formed integrally with the fixed support portion 211. The shaft hole 212a is positioned coaxially with the lever accommodating portion 211a and has a slightly smaller diameter than the outer shape of the shaft portion 213a of the bolt 213. When the bolt 213 is press-fitted from the rear, the shaft portion 213a of the bolt is The bolt 213 is fixed and held so that it does not move in the front-rear direction. The head receiving hole 212c is formed slightly larger than the hexagonal shape of the bolt head 213c. When the bolt 213 is press-fitted from the rear, the bolt head 213 is received and the bolt 213 is bolted. Hold it so that it does not rotate around the shaft.
[0075]
The bolt 213 includes a shaft portion 213a, a screw portion 213b formed in front of the shaft portion, and a bolt head portion 213c formed at the rear end portion. A bolt having a screw part suitable for attaching and detaching and fixing the game board 20 with respect to the rotation operation angle when the fixing lever 215 is rotated is used. Specifically, in the locking mechanism 200 shown in the present embodiment, plated bolts or stainless steel bolts having a screw pitch of about 1 to 2 mm are used.
[0076]
The bolt 213 is press-fitted into the bolt support portion 212 from the rear side of the front frame 2, the screw portion 213 b in front of the bolt is located at the axial center of the lever housing portion 211 a and extends forward, and the shaft portion 213 a on the bolt base end side is supported. The bolt head 213c is held in the head hole 212c by being held by the shaft hole 212a, so that the bolt 213 does not move in the front-rear direction and does not rotate around the shaft portion of the bolt. It is held fixed. Since the head receiving hole 212c is formed in a hexagonal shape that matches the shape of the bolt head 213c, the radial direction angular position of the screw biting portion of the bolt 213 to be press-fitted and fixed is set in units of 60 degrees (or 60 It is possible to arrange them at a substantially constant angular position within a range of degrees).
[0077]
The fixed lever 215 includes a columnar rotation shaft portion 215a, a female screw portion 215b formed on the axis of the rotation shaft portion 215a from the rear end side, and a rotation shaft portion 215a in front of the rotation shaft portion 215a. The lever portion 215c and the like which are formed in an opposing direction with the nip interposed therebetween are mainly formed, and are integrally formed by a molding means such as injection molding using a resin material such as ABS resin or polyacetal resin (POM). Thereby, the angle position of the internal thread biting part with respect to the lever part 215c can be formed uniformly. If necessary, glass fiber is added to the resin material to improve member strength, or a coiled metal screw insert is inserted into the female screw portion 215b, or a metal bush having a female screw portion is press-fitted. Or it is good also as a form which insert-molds and reinforces.
[0078]
Further, in this embodiment, a pressing portion 215d that is smoothly projected outward from the rotating shaft portion 215a on the back side of the base portion of one lever portion 215c, and a hexagon wrench of a predetermined size is formed on the front end portion of the rotating shaft portion 215a. The example which provided the tool engagement hole 215s formed according to the front-end | tip shape is shown. Here, the pressing portion 215d is formed on the back side of the base portion of one of the two lever portions formed in the opposing direction, but an instruction is provided to clarify the position of the pressing portion 215d. An index is preferably provided, and in the figure, an example is shown in which a marker 215m is attached to the lever portion 215c on the side opposite to the side where the pressing portion 215d is formed (see FIG. 22).
[0079]
The fixed lever 215 is fixedly supported by fitting the rotation shaft portion 215a into the fixed lever accommodating portion 211a from the front of the fixed support portion 211, screwing the female screw portion 215b into the screw portion 213b of the bolt 213, and screwing in a predetermined amount. The part 211 is rotatably supported. When the fixing lever 215 is attached in this way, the lever portion 215c of the fixing lever is disposed in front of the fixing support surface 211c, and can be rotated and moved in the front-rear direction according to the screwing of the male and female screw portions. The frame side locking structure 210 is formed in the storage frame 10.
[0080]
Here, the angle setting of the screw biting portion at the time of press-fitting the bolt 213 and the standard screwing depth of the fixing lever 215 are in a state where the lever portion 215c with the marker 215m is positioned vertically upward, The distance in the front-rear direction between the locking surface 215r on the back surface of the lever portion and the fixed support surface 211c is slightly larger than the thickness dimension H of the locking receiving portion 225 described later. From this state, the fixing lever 215 is moved in the screw fastening direction (front view). When tightened 90 degrees clockwise, the distance in the front-rear direction between the locking surface 215r on the back of the lever portion and the fixed support surface 211c is the same as the thickness dimension H of the locking receiving portion 225 to slightly smaller. Is set as follows. In the following description, an angular position where the fixed lever 215 thus attached is positioned so that the lever portion 215c with the marker 215m is directed vertically upward as described above is referred to as a “release position”.
[0081]
In the case where the guide pin 211p is protruded and formed on the upper and lower positions of the fixed support surface 211c, the protrusion height of the guide pin 211p from the fixed support surface 211c is somewhat larger than the thickness dimension H of the latch receiving portion 225. It is set to be small (for example, about 1/2 of the screw pitch of the bolt 213). With such a configuration in which the guide pin 211p is provided, when the fixing lever 215 is screwed in and set to the release position, the upper and lower lever portions 215c are fixed in the direction of loosening the screw from the angular position where the upper and lower lever portions 215c are in contact with the guide pin 211p. The fixed lever 215 is disposed at the release position by rotating the lever 215 1/2 to 1 and positioning the lever portion 215c provided with the marker 215m vertically upward. For this reason, the fixing lever 215 can be set to the release position quickly and reliably without using an angle setting jig or relying on the operator's intuition.
[0082]
The board-side locking structure 220 is provided on the game board 10 in alignment with the frame-side locking structure 210 configured as described above. The board side latching structure 220 is mainly composed of a latch receiving portion 221 formed on the decorative board 21 and a latch receiving portion 225 integrally formed with the upper and lower rail decorations 22 and 23.
[0083]
The latch receiving portion 221 is routed through the plate surface of the decorative plate 21 in a front and rear direction so as to be a slightly larger U-shaped cut in accordance with the arrangement position and shape of the fixing support portion 211 on the housing frame side. The fixed support part 211 which is formed by this and protrudes ahead from the back surface of the storage frame 10 is formed so that it can be received.
[0084]
The latch receiving part 225 is located in front of the latch receiving part 221 and is formed in a circular flange shape protruding forward from the back of the rail decorations 22 and 23, and a flat latch receiving surface 225c is provided on the front side. It has been. The locking receiving surface 225c is formed with a locking opening 225b that is similar to the lever portion 215c when the fixed lever 215 is disposed at the release position, and is communicated in the front-rear direction. The locking opening 225b includes left and right arc portions through which the rotation shaft portion 215a of the fixed lever is inserted and upper and lower lever insertion portions through which the lever portion 215c is inserted, and the front of the fixed lever with the fixed lever 215 in the release position. The part can be inserted back and forth.
[0085]
A support rib 225a extending rearward along the opening edge of the locking opening 225b is formed on the back side of the locking receiving surface 225c. The left and right arc portions of the support rib 225a are somewhat larger than the outer diameter of the rotation shaft portion 215a, and are formed in accordance with the annular diameter of the fixed support surface 211a. When the lever portion 215c is inserted, the rear end surface of the arc portion of the support rib 225a comes into contact with and is supported by the fixed support surface 211a. That is, the rear end surface of the support rib 225a is the right support reference surface (supported reference surface) of the game board 20.
[0086]
On the other hand, on the back side of the lever portion 215c facing the locking receiving surface 225c, there is provided a locking surface 215r formed in a rearward convex arc shape (see FIG. 17). For this reason, when the lever 215c protrudes forward through the locking opening 225b with the fixed lever 215 in the release position, and the fixed lever 215 is rotated in this direction (locking standby state) in the screw fastening direction, the lever The portion 215c rotates without being caught by the opening edge of the locking opening 225b, and moves rearward in response to the screwing, so that the locking surface 215r smoothly engages with the locking receiving surface 225c.
[0087]
Further, in the state where the fixed lever 215 is disposed at the release position, the pressing portion 215d that is projected and formed on the rotating shaft portion 215a is the base portion of the lower lever portion (the lever portion on the side where the marker 215m is not attached). When the lever portion 215c is inserted through the locking opening 225b, the maximum diameter portion of the pressing portion 215d slightly protrudes from the lower lever insertion portion, and the left and right support ribs 215a It arrange | positions in the state adjacent to the internal peripheral surface (refer Fig.22 (a)).
[0088]
Then, when the fixing lever 215 is rotated in this locking standby state in the screw tightening direction (clockwise when viewed from the front, and counterclockwise since viewed from the back in FIG. 22), the pressing portion 215d is moved to the left support rib. It engages with the inner peripheral surface of 225a and presses the locking receiving portion 225 leftward in the front direction (see FIGS. 22B and 23). As a result, the game board 20 is pressed to the left in the front, and the upper and lower hinge grooves 121c and 122c are brought into contact with the hinge pins 111c and 112c at the arc portion at the right end to be positioned and supported. In this way, the game board 20 is positioned in the front-rear and left-right directions, and is securely latched and held without causing play or vibration.
[0089]
A lock receiving cover 227 that covers the front of the lock receiving portion 225 is attached to the lock receiving portion 225 located below the game board 20 so as to be openable and closable on the lower rail decoration 23. While being held in a closed state so that the locking mechanism 200 is not visually recognized from the front side of the glass door 5, an affixing surface such as a model seal or a copyright seal is formed.
[0090]
Now, a case where the gaming board 20 is mounted and fixed to the storage frame 10 using the opening / closing attachment / detachment mechanism 100 and the locking mechanism 200 described above will be described with reference to each drawing in addition to FIG. FIG. 25 is a plan view of the pachinko machine PM in a state where the glass door 5 is opened.
[0091]
When the game board 20 is mounted, the glass door 5 is opened and the upper and lower fixing levers 215 of the frame side locking structure 210 are set to the release positions, and the left edge of the game board 20 is set as the front frame 2. Is inserted obliquely into the storage frame 10 from the front side. Then, the lower swing hinge member 122 at the left front end of the game board 20 is temporarily placed and supported on the housing frame 10 in accordance with the position of the lower fixed hinge member 112 (see FIG. 11), and then the decorative board. The front surface of 21 is engaged with the front end of the pressing side portion 144, and the gaming board 20 is slid and moved to the left rearward as it is.
[0092]
Then, the side portion 143 slightly swings to the left and comes into contact with the left side surface of the housing frame 10, positions the tip of the pressing side portion 144, defines the introduction position of the decorative plate 21, and The hinge grooves 121c and 122c are guided to the upper and lower hinge pins 111c and 112c, respectively, to guide their engagement. Then, the game board 20 is received obliquely between the board portion 141 and the pressing side portion 144 along the hinge groove, and the upper and lower hinge pins and the hinge groove are hinge-coupled (see FIG. 12A).
[0093]
Here, since the upper and lower swing hinge members 121 and 122 are housed in the housing portions 31b and 32b, respectively, so as not to protrude in the outer peripheral direction of the game board, the swing hinge members are used when handling the game board. There is no possibility that the peripheral member is damaged by hooking or the swinging hinge member is deformed. In addition, since the lower fixed hinge member 112 is accommodated in the fixed hinge accommodating groove 12 and is disposed flat with the surrounding frame surface, it can be smoothly hingedly engaged without being caught when the game board 20 is mounted. . Further, the relief surface 21r is formed at the corner of the back surface of the decorative plate 20, and the taper surface 22c is formed at the corner of the front surface of the upper rail decoration 22, so that the upper and lower hinge structures are hinged at a relatively large insertion angle. Can do.
[0094]
Next, the game board 20 hinged in this way is swung around the swing shaft and closed in the housing frame 10. In the process of swinging the game board 20 in the closing direction, the pressing position of the decorative board 21 by the pressing side portion 144 smoothly changes from the distal end side to the proximal end side of the pressing side portion 144. On the other hand, on the right side of the game board 20, the back surface of the decorative plate 21 is at the swing angle position immediately before the back surface of the decorative plate 21 becomes parallel to the inner surface of the housing frame 10, and the front end portion of the biasing piece 154 of the opening assisting member 150. Engage smoothly. When the game board 20 is pressed rearward against the elastic force of the opening assisting member from this contact state, the opening assisting member 150 is elastically deformed and the front end side of the urging piece 154 is oscillated and displaced rearward. 14 is sandwiched and accommodated between the inner surface of the housing frame 10 and the back surface of the decorative plate 21 (solid line in FIG. 14). See).
[0095]
At this time, in the upper and lower locking mechanisms 200, the locking receiving portion 221 receives the fixed support portion 211 and enters the receiving frame in the process of reaching the closing angle position, and the rear end surface of the support rib 225a is the fixed support surface 211c. The lever portion 215c of the fixed lever protrudes forward of the latch receiving surface 225c through the latch opening 225b.
[0096]
Therefore, the lever portion 215c protruding forward is picked and rotated clockwise. Then, the fixing lever 215 rotates and moves rearward according to the screwing, and the locking surface 215r on the back surface of the lever portion is smoothly engaged with the locking receiving surface 225c. When the fixing lever 215 is tightened approximately 90 degrees from the release position (that is, when the lever portion 215c with the marker 215m is rotated to the angle position of 90 degrees on the front right), the locking surface 215r is locked. The receiving surface 225c is pressed rearward so that the latch receiving portion 225 is sandwiched between the lever portion 215c and the fixed support surface 211c, and the game board 20 is positioned and pressed and fixed in the front-rear direction.
[0097]
In addition, the pressing portion 215d formed on the back side of the base portion of the lever portion 215c that is rotationally displaced to the left side of the rotation shaft portion engages with the inner peripheral surface of the support rib 225a on the left side of the front face in the above tightening process. Is pressed to the left, and the game board 20 is positioned in the left-right direction and fixed. Thereby, the game board 20 is positioned and fixedly held in the housing frame 10 without any play (FIG. 24 (a) → (b)).
[0098]
On the other hand, when removing the game board 20 fixed and held in this manner, first, the fixing lever 215 of the upper and lower locking mechanisms 200 is rotated to the release position (counterclockwise) while lightly pressing the game board 20 backward. Let Then, when the supporting force holding the game board 20 is loosened, the biasing side portion 154 held between the back surface of the decorative board 21 and the inner surface of the housing frame 10 is stored in the opening assisting member 150. The self-reset to the state before the deformation by the elastic force, presses the back surface of the decorative board 21 forward, and swings the game board 20 in the opening direction. For this reason, the right side of the game board 20 is slightly lifted from the housing frame 10 (see the two-dot chain line in FIG. 14), and the game board 20 can be easily rocked and released using the opening operation part 22m that can be hooked. Can be made. Subsequent detaching work may be performed in reverse to the above mounting work in principle.
[0099]
In the locking mechanism 200, screws having an appropriate pitch are arranged at appropriate angular positions so that the locking receiving portion 225 is clamped when the fixing lever 215 is tightened 90 degrees from the release position as described above. It is configured to be fixed, and at such a standard fixing position, a predetermined clearance CA (for example, a clearance corresponding to one screw pitch) is generated between the rear end surface of the fixing lever 215 and the bottom surface of the lever accommodating portion 211a. The fixed lever 215 and the lever accommodating part 211a are set. For this reason, for example, there is a difference or variation in the thickness dimension of the latch receiving portion 225 depending on the rail decoration used, or the decorative plate 21 is warped, or the fixing lever is deformed due to the fixed state for a long time. Even in this case, these errors can be absorbed by adjusting the tightening angle of the fixing lever, so that the game board 20 can be securely fixed.
[0100]
For example, when the thickness of the latch receiving portion 225 is thinner than the reference thickness, or when the lever portion 215c of the fixing lever is worn or deformed, the fixing lever 215 is moved as shown in FIG. The lever part 215c can be engaged and pinched and fixed by rotating beyond the standard 90 degree fixing position on the right. On the contrary, when the thickness of the latch receiving portion 225 is larger than the reference thickness or when the decorative board is warped, the fixing lever 215 is moved to a standard position as shown in FIG. The lever portion 215c can be engaged and fixed at an angular position where it is not rotated to the fixing position of 90 degrees to the right.
[0101]
In the present embodiment, the latch receiving portion 225 is formed as a rail decoration, and only the latch receiving portion 225 is sandwiched, so that even if the decorative plate 21 has a variation in thickness, the influence is exerted. For example, in the case of a configuration in which the decorative board 21 is sandwiched, the game board 20 can be fixedly held by absorbing errors due to variations in the thickness of the decorative board 21. In addition, the fixing lever 215 can be tightened by using a tool such as a hexagon wrench using the tool engaging hole 215s at the front end of the fixing lever as necessary, thereby further strengthening the fixing lever 215. It is possible to prevent a mischief such as fixing and holding and improperly opening and closing the fixing lever 215.
[0102]
As described above, according to the locking mechanism 200, the gaming board 20 can be reliably locked and fixed regardless of variations in the thickness of the locking receiving portion 225, errors of each member, and the like, and the state of the gaming board 20 is related. Whether the vehicle is in the stop-standby state or the fixed state can be visually recognized from the angular position of the fixing lever 215. However, there may be a case where it is mistaken for the completion of fixing at the stage where the lower locking mechanism is fixed so quickly that the attaching / detaching operation is performed. For this reason, in this pachinko machine PM, in order to prevent the game board 20 from being used in a game in an unfixed state due to such misidentification, a fixing forgetting prevention mechanism 250 is provided. Hereinafter, the fixing forgetting prevention mechanism 250 will be described with reference mainly to FIGS. 21 and 26 to 28.
[0103]
26 and 27 are plan sectional views showing the relationship between the locking mechanism 200 and the fixing forgetting prevention mechanism 250. FIG. 26 is a plan sectional view when the locking mechanism 200 is not fixed. FIG. FIG. 28 is a plan view showing the operation of the forgetting-fixing prevention mechanism 250 when the locking mechanism 200 is in a fixed state.
[0104]
Each figure shows an example in which an interference projection 255 is provided on the glass door 5 as an interference member in the fixing forgetting prevention mechanism 250. The interference protrusion 255 is provided on the back side of the glass door 5 so as to protrude rearward from the door frame 51, and a stepped columnar protrusion is formed integrally with the glass door 5 (FIGS. 1, 2 and (See also FIG. 25).
[0105]
The interference protrusion 255 is provided in accordance with the position of the locking mechanism 200 that is positioned behind and opposes the glass door 5 when the glass door 5 is closed, and when the glass door 5 is swung in the closing direction. The fixing lever 215 positioned at the locking position tightened by a predetermined angle from the release position is set so as not to interfere with the lever portion 215c of the fixing lever 215 positioned at the release position. That is, the interference protrusion 255 is provided so as to protrude above or below the rotation shaft portion 215a of the fixed lever 215, and in the illustrated fixing forgetting prevention mechanism 250, it is disposed so as to protrude above the rotation shaft portion 215a. An example is shown.
[0106]
Therefore, in FIGS. 21 and 27, the interference projection 255 is fixed to the locking lever 200 so that the fixing lever 215 of the locking mechanism 200 is positioned at the locking position of 90 degrees to the right and the glass door 5 is closed. The glass door 5 is completely closed and locked without being interfered with the 215 and positioned above the rotation shaft portion 215a.
[0107]
On the other hand, when the fixed lever 215 is in the release position, the lever portion 215c is positioned above and below the rotation shaft portion 215a, and as shown in FIG. 26, the tip of the interference protrusion 255 interferes with the lever portion 215c of the fixed lever. Thus, the glass door 5 cannot be closed. For this reason, the worker who performed the mounting work of the game board 20 can immediately understand that the game board 20 is not completely fixed because the glass door 5 cannot be closed. Therefore, forgetting to fix the game board 20 can be prevented in advance, and the game board 20 can be prevented from being used in a game in an incompletely fixed state.
[0108]
In this embodiment, when the interference projection 255 is provided on the back surface of the glass door 5 and the glass door 5 is to be closed with the fixing lever 215 in the release position, the interference projection 255 contacts the lever portion 215c. An example is shown in which the glass door 5 cannot be closed in contact with it. However, when a locking receiving cover 227 is provided in front of the fixing lever 215 like the lower locking mechanism, for example, By providing a protrusion insertion hole through which the interference protrusion 255 can pass through the cover surface of the latch receiving cover, the same structure as in the above embodiment can be provided. Also, a projection similar to the interference projection 255 is provided on the back surface of the latch receiving cover 227, and when the fixing lever 215 is in the release position, the projection of the latch receiving cover contacts the lever portion 215c of the fixing lever and closes. However, the glass door 5 may not be closed along with this.
[0109]
Further, in the locking mechanism 200, a hexagonal tool engagement hole 215s is provided at the front end portion of the fixed lever 215, and a mode that can be opened and closed by using a tool such as a hexagon wrench is illustrated, but FIG. As shown in FIGS. 29 (a) and 29 (b), front views of the same locking mechanism as in b) are shown in FIGS. 29 (a) and 29 (b), and this engagement hole can be opened and closed with a key used when unlocking the locking device 4. It may be 215t. Thereby, when the game board 20 is attached and detached, it is possible to perform work using a commonly used matching key without preparing a separate tool, and it is possible to effectively prevent unauthorized operation by an unauthorized person who does not have the matching key.
[0110]
Further, in the embodiment, the male support portion 211 is provided with the male screw portion (bolt 213) and the fixed lever 215 is provided with the female screw portion 215b to be screwed. However, the screw of the fixed support portion 211 and the fixing lever 215 is shown. The screwing form may be a form in which the male and female are reversed. In other words, a female screw portion may be formed at the rear portion of the fixed support portion 211, and a male screw portion protruding rearward may be provided at the rear end of the fixing lever 215 so that these are screwed together. In this case, as means for providing a male screw portion on the fixing lever 215, for example, a structure in which a stud bolt is implanted in the screw portion 215b of the fixing lever, or a bolt support portion (212) similar to the above is provided on the fixing lever. Appropriate means such as a structure for press-fitting and a structure in which a metal member having a male screw part is formed by insert molding or press-fitting into a fixing lever can be used.
[0111]
By the way, in the above, with respect to the holding member 140 that protrudes inward of the frame portion of the housing frame and engages with the front surface of the game board 20 and presses the game board 20 backward, the game board 20 is guided when the game board is mounted. The basic function of pressing the rear 20 to position and hold the housing frame 10 without backlash has been described. However, the holding member 140 has an additional function, which will be described below. Please refer to FIG. 12 showing the operation of the pressing member as appropriate.
[0112]
First, in the opening assisting member 140 shown in each drawing of this embodiment, when the game board 20 is inserted into the housing frame 10 diagonally to the left and engaged with the upper and lower hinge structures, the front end of the pressing side 144 The front surface position of the decorative plate with which the part abuts, that is, the point of action of the backward pressing force, is set so as to be located on the right side of the vertical line standing on the front surface of the decorative plate 21 from the swing shaft formed by the upper and lower hinge pins. ing. This means that the rotational moment in the initial stage of engagement acts in the direction in which the game board 20 is closed.
[0113]
On the other hand, when the game board 20 is swung in the closing direction after the hinges of the upper and lower hinge structures are coupled, the point of action of the pressing force moves to the proximal end side of the pressing side portion 144, and near the left end of the decorative board 21 in the closed position. Press backwards. This means that the rotational moment acting on the game board 20 in the swinging and closing process changes from the closing direction to the opening direction, and at the closing angle position, the game board 20 is pushed backward as a force. This means that the rotation moment about the swing axis acts in the opening direction.
[0114]
For this reason, the illustrated holding member 140 functions as a closing assisting member that biases the gaming board 20 in the closing direction at an angular position with a large opening angle according to the angular position of the gaming board 20, and an angular position close to the closing angle. Then, like the opening assisting member 150 described above, it functions as an opening assisting member that biases in the opening direction. As a result, the operability of the attaching / detaching work is improved to constitute a fixing device with good workability.
[0115]
In addition, it is also possible to give a function different from the above by appropriately setting the shape of the pressing side portion 144 and the pressing position on the front surface of the game board. For example, the refraction angle of the pressing side portion 144 with respect to the side side portion 143 is formed as an acute angle, or a convex arc-shaped protruding portion is formed at the tip of the pressing side portion 144 so that the action point of the pressing force is a game. Regardless of the opening / closing angle position of the panel 20, by setting so as to be always located on the right side of the vertical line set up from the swing axis, it is possible to cause the rotational moment to always act in the closing direction and to function as a closing auxiliary member. In addition, for example, by forming the pressing side portion 144 to be short, the point of action of the pressing force can always be applied to the left side of the perpendicular, thereby functioning as an opening assisting member. Can do.
[0116]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention includes a game board having a game area provided on the front surface and a frame member provided with a housing part that detachably accommodates the game board at a predetermined position, and a game ball is provided in the game area. In a bullet ball game machine configured to play a game, the fixed hinge member disposed on the frame member and the fixed hinge member disposed on one side of the game board are engaged and disengaged. A swinging hinge member capable of relative swinging in the horizontal direction and a projection protruding inward of the frame member, guides the game board when the game board is introduced into the frame member, and accommodates the game board in the frame member In this state, a pressing member is provided that contacts the front side of the game board and biases the game board to the rear side.
And a locking mechanism provided on the other side of the frame member and the game board for locking and holding the game board when the game board is closed at the closed angle position and received in the frame member. The stopping mechanism has a game board lateral direction biasing means for biasing the game board to one side of the frame member, and when the swing hinge member is engaged with the fixed hinge member and the game board is accommodated in the frame member. In addition, the holding member abuts the front surface of the game board and urges the game board backward to position and hold the game board in the front-rear direction, and when the locking mechanism locks and fixes the game board, The direction biasing means biases the game board to one side to position and hold the game board in the left-right direction. Thereby, it latches and hold | maintains reliably, without producing a backlash and a vibration.
[0117]
With the opening / closing attachment / detachment mechanism having such a configuration, in the game board mounting operation, it is only necessary to pay attention to engaging the swing hinge member with the fixed hinge member, and the rest is supported by the opening / closing attachment / detachment mechanism. By simply closing the game board, the game board is disposed in a standby state, and the game board is locked and held at a predetermined position by operating the fixing member. Also, in the detaching operation to remove the game board, the fixing member is released to release the lock by the lock mechanism, and the game board supported by the opening / closing attachment / detachment mechanism is swung from the closed position to support the lower edge of the game board. The game board can be removed in an easy-to-use state. Therefore, it is not necessary to perform delicate alignment while supporting the entire weight of the relatively heavy game board, and the game board can be easily attached and detached.
[0118]
Further, the opening / closing mechanism of this configuration includes a pressing member that engages with the front surface of the game board and biases the game board backward when the swing hinge member is engaged with the fixed hinge member. After the hinge engagement, the game board can be mounted with a light operating force. In addition, since the game board is urged and supported by the urging force of the pressing member, even if a slightly larger clearance is set at the engaging portion between the fixed hinge member and the swinging hinge member, there is no backlash or the like, which is uncomfortable. It is possible to provide an open / close attachment / detachment mechanism that reduces game vibration and noise and improves long-term reliability.
