Claims (10)
- モータ保護装置において、
長手軸及び概して平らな頂面を有する導電性の管寄であって、前記管寄が、それぞれの開口部で長手軸に沿って取り付けられかつ電気的に絶縁された第1及び第2端末ピンを有し、前記第1及び第2端末ピンがそれぞれ、前記頂面の上で離間された自由端部を有する、前記管寄と、
それぞれの前記第1及び第2端末ピンで支持されかつ電気的に接続され、前記管寄の平らな頂面と概して平行な平面に位置する第1及び第2固定電気接触子と、
頂面及び底面、並びに中央部分を有する、電気的に導電性のスナップ作動式温度自動調節のディスクであって、第1及び第2可動電気接触子が前記底面に取り付けられる、前記ディスクと、
端部分及びディスク支持部分を有する電気的に導電性の加熱器及び支持部材であって、前記端部分が、前記管寄に溶接され、前記ディスク支持部分が、前記管寄の頂面の上で離間された、前記加熱器及び支持部材と、
前記管寄の上で受け取られ、そこに溶接されて密封スイッチ外被を形成する皿形のカバーとを有し、
前記加熱器及び支持部材は、第1及び第2脚と中央湾曲部分とを有し、前記ディスク支持部分が前記中央湾曲部分に形成され、前記第1及び第2脚の各々は、前記管寄に溶接された自由端部を有し、
前記ディスクの中央部分が、前記加熱器及び支持部材の前記ディスク支持部分に機械的にかつ電気的に接続され、それらと熱的に結合され、前記第1及び第2可動電気接触子が、前記第1及び第2固定電気接触子に位置合わせされ、前記ディスクの温度によって、前記第1及び第2可動電気接触子が、前記第1及び第2固定電気接触子と係合しまた係合から外れるように移動可能である、
モータ保護装置。 - モータ保護装置はさらに、前記ディスクの中央部分および前記加熱器及び支持部材の前記ディスク支持部分に溶接される溶接スラグを備える、請求項1に記載のモータ保護装置。
- 前記加熱器及び支持部材が、概してU字形状である、請求項1に記載のモータ保護装置。
- 前記加熱器及び支持部材の前記第1及び第2脚が、前記加熱器の長手軸に対して歪曲した虚線と位置合わせされる、請求項3に記載のモータ保護装置。
- 前記第1及び第2端末ピンがそれぞれ、第1及び第2の概してL字形のピン加熱器を備えた側壁面を有し、各ピン加熱器が、前記第1及び第2端末ピンの側壁面に溶接された第1脚と、前記第1及び第2固定電気接触子を搭載した第2脚とを有する、請求項1に記載のモータ保護装置。
- 前記カバーには、前記ディスクの中央部分と位置合わせされた前記管寄の頂面に向かって延びる、力を掛けるための突起部が設けられ、それによって突起部の充分な下向きの偏向が、前記ディスクの中央部分の下向きの偏向を引き起こし、前記ディスクの効果的な作動温度を変化させる、請求項1に記載のモータ保護装置。
- モータ保護装置はさらに、前記カバーの突起部と、前記ディスクの中央部分の間に配設された電気絶縁材料の層を備える、請求項6に記載のモータ保護装置。
- 前記ディスクが概して円形の周囲を有する、請求項1または2に記載のモータ保護装置。
- 前記ディスクが、円形状から外向きに延びる対向する第1及び第2耳部を有し、前記第1及び第2可動電気接触子が、少なくとも部分的に前記第1及び第2耳部に位置する、請求項8に記載のモータ保護装置。
- 前記カバーには、前記耳部の外側部分と位置合わせされる第1及び第2窪み面が設けられ、前記第1及び第2窪み面が、前記接触子が外れる方向への前記ディスクの動きを制限する停止面として働く、請求項9に記載のモータ保護装置。
