Abstract
【解決手段】外海用水中養殖装置1は、重錘30をぶら下げることができるように形成され、養殖装置1の下部形状を形成する下部フレーム20と、養殖装置1の上部形状を形成し、下部フレーム20と共に網50を支持する上部フレーム10とを含み、上部フレーム10は、内部に海水又は空気を入れることができるように内部空間13が形成されるリム構造体11と、リム構造体11の内部空間13に配置され、体積が一定の状態に維持されるように形成されて一定の浮力を有する固定浮力体12と、リム構造体11の浮力が変化するようにリム構造体11の内部空間13を開閉する少なくとも1つのバルブ60,70とを含む。

Description
沿近海の養殖場は、台風や潮流からの保護が容易となるように、主に内湾や島に囲まれたところに設置される。
(1)B0+B1>W1+W2+W3(前記上部フレームが水面に浮かんでいるとき)
(2)B0>W1+W2(前記養殖装置が所定深さの水中に浮かんでいるとき)
(3)W3>B0−(W1+W2)>0(前記養殖装置が所定深さの水中に浮かんでいるとき)
養殖装置1は、上部フレーム10、下部フレーム20、網50、重錘30などを含む。重錘30は、下部フレーム20の周方向に沿って複数箇所に第1ロープ31でぶら下がっており、上部フレーム10と下部フレーム20とは、第2ロープ51で連結されている。網50は、上部フレーム10、下部フレーム20、及び第2ロープ51などにより支持され、魚などを養殖するための空間を提供する。

Claims (9)
- 重錘をぶら下げることができるように形成され、養殖装置の下部形状を形成する下部フレームと、
前記養殖装置の上部形状を形成し、前記下部フレームと共に網を支持する上部フレームとを含み、
前記上部フレームは、
内部に海水又は空気を入れることができるように内部空間が形成されるリム構造体と、
前記リム構造体の内部空間に配置され、体積が一定の状態に維持されるように形成されて一定の浮力を有する固定浮力体と、
前記リム構造体の浮力が変化するように前記リム構造体の内部空間を開閉する少なくとも1つのバルブと
を含むことを特徴とする外海用水中養殖装置。 - 前記下部フレームが、複数の鋼管を結合してリム状に形成することにより組み立てられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の外海用水中養殖装置。
- 前記リム構造体が、第1直径に形成された複数の樹脂管を結合して組み立てられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の外海用水中養殖装置。
- 前記固定浮力体が、前記第1直径よりも小さい第2直径に形成された複数の樹脂管を結合して組み立てられることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の外海用水中養殖装置。
- 前記固定浮力体は、内部空間に空気が充填されたまま密封されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の外海用水中養殖装置。
- 前記固定浮力体が複数であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の外海用水中養殖装置。
- 前記バルブは、
海水の前記リム構造体内部への流入又は前記リム構造体内部からの流出のために、前記リム構造体の下部に配設される海水バルブと、
空気の前記リム構造体内部への流入又は前記リム構造体内部からの流出のために、前記リム構造体の上部に配設される空気バルブと
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の外海用水中養殖装置。 - 前記海水バルブ及び空気バルブが、前記リム構造体の周方向に沿って複数箇所に配設されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の外海用水中養殖装置。
- 前記上部フレームと前記下部フレームとの間に形成される仕切り網をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の外海用水中養殖装置。
