Claims (8)
- −同期電動機(2)の回転子(R)が、制動機(5)の大きい停止摩擦によって停止されていて、
−多数の電流ベクトル(I)が、異なる方向で同期電動機(2)に対して入力され、前記回転子(R)を所定に変位するために必要な電流ベクトル(I)の値を確定し、この場合、この変位に比例する復原モーメントが発生し、
−前記回転子(R)の回転位置が、前記必要な電流ベクトル(I)の最小値の時の少なくとも1つの角度位置から算定され、
−前記回転子(R)のこの回転位置は、前記電流ベクトル(I)の遮断後にその出発位置に戻る、
から成るステップを特徴とする同期電動機の回転子の位置を算定する方法。 - エンコーダ(3)が使用されて、前記回転子(R)の変位を測定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記回転子(R)の所定の変位は、回転式の同期電動機(2)に対しては0.01°よりも小さく、リニア式の同期電動機(2)に対しては 0.1mmよりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記多数の電流ベクトル(I)は、電気的な一周期によって同様に分割されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記多数の電流ベクトル(I)は、10°より小さいステップに分割される請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記回転子(R)の位置は、前記電流ベクトル(I)の相並んでいる2つの角度位置の合計の半分として算定され、この回転子(R)の所定の変位を得るために必要な電流ベクトル(I)の値が、これらの角度位置で最小であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記回転子(R)の位置が一義的に算定されるように、この回転子(R)の所定の変位の方向が考慮されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記同期電動機(2)用の制御部(1)が、前記方法を実施することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
