Claims (10)
- ハウジング、
該ハウジングに接続された第1ステータおよび第1ロータを有する第1モータ、および
前記ハウジングに接続された第2ステータおよび第2ロータを有する第2モータ、
を具え、前記第2モータが前記第1モータとは機械的に独立して逆方向に駆動されることにより、前記第1モータの加速トルクの少なくとも一部が前記第2モータにより慣性釣り合わせされるようにしたことを特徴とする回転駆動機構。 - 前記第1モータが前記第2モータにより実質的に慣性釣り合わせされる請求項1に係る機構。
- 前記第2モータを逆方向に等しく回転させることで前記慣性釣り合わせが有効となる請求項2に係る機構。
- 電力供給部がモータのそれぞれに電力を供給する請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに係る機構。
- モータのそれぞれに対する前記電力の供給を制御する制御が行われる請求項3に係る機構。
- 前記制御を行う手段は、前記第1モータに供給される電流に比例する電流を前記第2モータに提供する請求項5に係る機構。
- 前記第1ロータが前記ハウジングに対して回転可能な出力シャフトに接続されている請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれかに係る機構。
- 請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれかに係る機構を含む位置決めデバイス。
- 前記第1モータがアーティキュレーティング・プローブの駆動モータである請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれかに係る機構。
- 前記ハウジングがアーティキュレーティング・プローブのハウジングである請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれかに係る機構。
