Description

Claims (3)
- 一体型フラグナットを製造する方法であって、金属ブランクを、軸を有するナット部分とこのナット部分の軸に直交して突出するフラグ部分とを備えた所定の形状に押出し、ナット部分の内面にネジを切り、さらにフラグ部分上にリブを形成し、フラグ部分のエッジを丸めることを特徴とする方法。
- 一体型フラグナットを製造する方法であって、金属ブランクを、軸を有するナット部分とこのナット部分の軸に直交して突出するフラグ部分とを備えた所定の形状に押出し、ナット部分の内面にネジを切り、さらにフラグ部分内にリブを型押しし、フラグ部分のエッジを丸めることを特徴とする方法。
- 一体型フラグナットを製造する方法であって、金属ブランクを、軸を有するナット部分とこのナット部分の軸に直交して突出するフラグ部分とを備えた所定の形状に押出し、ナット部分の内面にネジを切り、さらにフラグ部分のエッジを丸め、フラグ部分上にリブを型押しすることを特徴とする方法。
