Claims (3)
- レビテーション溶解炉と、該レビテーション溶解炉と同様に構成され且つ該レビテーション溶解炉の底部に接続された出湯ノズルとを備え、金属を該レビテーション溶解炉で浮揚溶解し、次にその溶湯を該出湯ノズルから出湯するようにした金属の溶解出湯装置において、出湯ノズルの複数の水冷銅製セグメントからなるノズル本体が逆円錐部とこれに連なるノズル部とを備える全体として略漏斗形に形成されており、該逆円錐部のうちで少なくとも該ノズル部に連なる端部の内表面に該内表面との間に空間を存して導電性物質製の発熱・断熱体が被着されて成ることを特徴とする金属の溶解出湯装置。
- 端部の内表面の発熱・断熱体が平面から見てノズル部側へ突出して被着された請求項1記載の金属の溶解出湯装置。
- 更にノズル部の内表面にも該内表面との間に空間を存して導電性物質製の発熱・断熱体が被着された請求項1又は2記載の金属の溶解出湯装置。
